I love shopping at the Milton VT store. Top notch crew for sure. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is well maintained and very clean. The parking lot is cleared of snow and the walkways promptly shoveled.

No one was wearing deodorant today for some reason (other shoppers.) Long-ish wait for self-check out. Little to no sales, over priced. Just meh. Kinda hate this Hannafords, sorry.Price Chopper is my jam.

Terrible Hannaford store. 9am on a Saturday morning and half the produce section was empty and what was left was rotten. Workers wandering around while almost every aisle needed items restocked. It is the same most times I shop here. Now I have to go to a second store. I will not be back to this location.

The place to go for kabobs, chicken, beef or seafood. Hannaford has them all, ready to grill.

My experience is always great. The only problem I had today I saw a customer using his fingers to take care of his nose and then proceeded to handle some produce many items made me nauseous and I had left the store. With everything that is going on the world this most certainly does not need to be added. Also the 6 feet apart people need to work on this better then what we are doing now. I understand its hard BUT we all need to work on it harder.☹

Better off doing hannaford to go unless you like bagging your own groceries. Almost every time we go shopping there we end up bagging all groceries

Hannafords To Go is the way to go. Contactless. Shop and pay for it online and you can leave notes about substitutions youll accept, if any. The shoppers are really good at getting things right!!Irritating that customers hop out and load their own stuff and insist on talking to the staff. Trust them. They know how. In March they didnt. Now they do. Six feet is three feet longer than the cart. Protect these poor people and stay in your darn car. At least learn what six feet is.

Was a disappointing experience. Stopped for about 5 specific items. I left with only 2 of them. My dog will only eat a certain type of their brand canned food and they didnt have any flavor of that type of food. Also didnt have their brand of beef stew or chili seasoning pkts as I said earlier I was only able to get 2 of 5 items.

I went to the pharmacy, and the pharmacist was awesome. Very helpful, answered all of my questions. I highly recommend their pharmacy

Was a good experience today

Earlier this week I stopped by to grab my groceries. I got home and put them away. The next day I took the açaí bowl out of the freezer for breakfast and realized it had expired in August. I called the store to let them know they had expired products on the shelf. The woman on the phone seemed concerned and asked for product information. My husband stopped by this morning to get a few things. I asked him to grab me another açaí bowl since I tossed the other one. He said there were plenty on the shelf but they were all expired. Some expired in July. He informed the woman at customer service, so I hope they finally get removed from the shelf. This is the only local grocery store, which is why we shop there. They never seem to have enough cashiers working. If you plan on shopping over the weekend, prepare yourself for a long wait. Produce is really hit or miss. The employees doing the shopping for Hannaford to go will absolutely run you over with their cart if you are in an area they need to be in. I understand they have a certain amount of time to gather the items, however, a quick “excuse me” or “oops, I’m sorry I ran over you” would be nice. There are a few employees at this location who are wonderful and very helpful, which is the reason for the two stars.

The store is clean and well laid out. They have a good selection of products, and the meats are always nice and fresh. The people are always helpful and very friendly. And the new Hannaford app is great for clipping coupons and keeping track of your shopping list, plus you can now enter your phone number at checkout instead of having to carry a card. I just wish, now that they have the app, they had better cell signal so I could use it to look stuff up while in the store.

My little cupcake is an adorable little cupcake store with a lot of options. I got the red velvet and although the icing was a little too sweet the actual cupcake tasted amazing!If you are looking for good tasting cupcake then you should try these ones.

It’s your neighborhood grocery store and one of the best in the area. Meats and vegetables are fresh and bakery items are made daily. There is a sushi bar with fresh made sushi, nice deli counter for sandwich meats, cheese, and other food items. A chicken wings and salad bar is also available right across from the sushi counter.The aisles are easy to maneuver and things are logically placed throughout the store. Oh yeah, they have an international section too where you’ll find items covering Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew, and much more. You can can your medications filled here as there is a full pharmacy available with very helpful and friendly pharmacist. If you want to rent DVD movies, there are two Redbox units available inside. This Store covers almost everything you could possibly need. Good friendly staff and a nice location.

Its a massive store with a large selection of everything you need. The store is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Usually, they have great customer service. Occasionally, you will have a cashier that doesnt realize a human existing in front of them, but generally, the service is good. As far a stock, they are generally well stocked. There have only been a few times that they havent had what was desired. That may have been around the time of the warehouse fire, though.Also, check out the rewards program. Everyone loves rewards, right? Hey, guess what?Theres an app for that! 😀

Produce & seafood section not so good. All other departments are fine. Went at Christmas time and was happy to find a Peppermint Stick Ice Cream and other seasonal ingredients. Also found almond flour for a Christmas cookie recipe.

This supermarkets aisles are always cluttered with boxes of stuff that needs to be put out. As a disabled person who uses the motorized carts it makes it difficult to get around. Starting in the produce section right through the entire store. The bakery puts these long labels on their bread products with a regular clip on it instead of a twist tie so the clip becomes impossible to use once you get to the label and try to close the bag. Its cluttered and doesnt look clean. Dont follow the times given on the website for the pharmacy, they arent correct. They actually close at 4 pm on Sat not 6 like the website says. Never heard of a pharmacy closing that early ever. I will be looking for a different store/pharmacy.

This place is busy. The produce is hit or miss, depending on when you shop. We tried to buy cooked Turkey breast, and were told to check back in an hour, which we did....unfortunately, when we returned we were told they didnt have any. We ended up traveling to Essex and found several Turkey breasts for sale. Miltons Hannaford seems to have a problem keeping items stocked. Perhaps a different management team is the answer. Employees dont appear to be very happy.

Let me first say how much I love Hannaford To Go!!! Logan (Milton, VT) is such a nice and polite employee! I was late to pick up my order and we laughed about my wine order. I mentioned it had been a tough day. Logan came out with my order a a nice bag of Inspirations chocolates and told me to have a better night. Awesome!!! I am a manager myself and understand great customer service. Watch out Hannafords ...I may make him a job offer.

This is my first time this far north and I liked the feel, layout, and quality of this store. Reminded me a little bit of my HEB back home. I did think it was hilarious the they have a mexican and hispanic section separately lol. I guess being from the south gives a very different perspective. Overall a nice place.

The store in milton had caused damage to my truck twice now and Im sick of them not helping with the cost of damage done by the mowing crews they have doing the property. Dent in my truck the didnt even have 3000 miles and they refused to cover the two stones dents in my tailgate. Most recently a nice size scratch on my damn mirror. Watch where you park at this store.

Its sort of become a running joke in my family, what are they going to be out of today. The answer this time, bread. Yup, no white or wheat Hannaford bread at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Fyi..... Shaws had plenty of theirs.

For years I was a Price Chopper customer (earning discounts on gas) until I went to Hannafords one night to pick up a cake my wife ordered. Hannafords prices are all lower (even factoring in the fuel discounts!) plus they offer 2% cash back on all Hannafords products. All around they are a better deal and the staff there are great!

I like the new Hannaford supermarket muchhh better than the other one but I dont and I mean I really dont like the parking lot design it wasnt planned out very well and should be redone again

Produce section always seems super empty

Close and convenient, this Hannaford has most items youll need. Produce is generally fresh, though some items go fast. Weve had onions, oranges, and bananas go bad in just a few days. The parking is a reason I cant go to 5 stars. Its usually crowded and people seem to lose patience. A lot of drivers have taken to parking on the side. Weve had drivers throw doors open with traffic coming. Its unsafe and a reason I try to shop at the St. Albans location instead.
