My wife Jodie and I brought our Ford Flex here after becoming victims of a hit and run. Someone hit her driver door and smashed it all the way forward- ruining the door, the fender, the hinges etc. Luckily we found Carstar Miller Autobody. They were extremely polite and professional from the start. They assured us our vehicle would be like new again and they did a tremendous job keeping us informed along the way. They worked with our insurance company and made this entire ordeal as stress free as possible. I cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had to have the front bumper and fog lights replaced due to my husband crunching into some iced over snow. They were able to fit me in super quick, had my car back to me the next day and cleaned both the inside and outside super nice. Additionally, the online quoting was super helpful.

If you really care anything about the integrity of the people, at the business where youre getting service; do not come to this place. I brought my vehicle here and they treated me like I was a bother and not a valued customer. The workers left my dome light on in my vehicle and drained my battery, then didnt want to replace it until my insurance company spoke with them. Thats not the killing part, my driver side and back passenger door was hit. When they claimed it was fixed the dent was still partially there, and the scratch was not repaired or painted. If my other phone had not been damaged I would have pictures of before and after. Very poor and shabby work as well customer service.

They also did some custom work for me and custom paint job that looks fantastic. People do not believe that my car is a 2004.

The owner and his team were absolutely great!! They did their best to hurry and get my car fixed within 3 days and actually got it done!!:) They always answered the phone when I called and had any questions. CARSTAR Miller has professional excellent service. Last week I finally decided to fix my hood and bumper that was vandalized and Erika took great care of me. I called her on the phone, we talked about what needed fixing and how important safety is with covid 19 going around. She told me she would be wearing a mask and gloves and that she would also supply me with one as well if I don’t already have one. When I got there she took the time to really look at the damage and we were able to set up a time to bring it in right away. Debbie did a great job of calling and keeping me updated as well as asked me for permission to change a few things in my favor which I appreciated a lot! When I picked up my car, everything was brand spankin new and I was super happy with everything they did! My car was vacuumed, windows were clean, car washed. I highly recommend this place! My car was rear ended and I contacted Car Star and Debbie was able to get me in very quickly as I would need my car for the weekend. Not only did they do a great job repairing the damages but they also had a recalled air bag taken care of for me which saved me a trip to the dealer! They kept in contact with me and also offered to pay for my rental an extra day if I needed it due to a sensor that needed to be reset by the dealer only. I would 100% take my vehicle here again. (but lets hope I dont need to ha)

They are very professionals, they are experts on repair of German cars and all brands. Their mechanics are outstanding and their body repair are excellent. Prices are very good. I recommend them strongly. They worked on two Mercedes cars.

Autostar always saves my car! Several times my car gets to be in the death mode! Those guys know how to nail the root cause of the problem in the car and do the job in very short time. And their support system is great. They tow the car, give you accurate estimates. And the body shop is a story by itself. Highly skilled mechanics and body shop artists!

This shop is owned by very honest, friendly and professional couple Debbie and Marty. The quality and speed of work is outstanding. Ive used their service in the past few years several times and they have never tried to sell, overcharge or overstate the work needed. They give several options for consideration if available. I recommend them as often as I can for any regular auto mechanic work and body shop work needed.

Excellent!! Quality of work was outstanding; no corners cut and very thorough. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional from the front office to the techs that hunted down and installed an accessory cap that had been missing long before I brought my truck in for service. The updates on progress via mobile device kept me apprised of the progress being made and the expected completion date.They went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. (Mission accomplished!) Hopefully, I will never be in need of their services again, but if I am I will not hesitate to return. I highly recommend this shop!

Forest Home Auto Body is the only place we will take our cars. They treat you better than family! Everyone there is personable, friendly, and very caring. I recommend them every time Im asked.

I strongly recommend this body shop. They are not only hospitable but also provide professional work. My car got a little bit scratch, and they spent roughly half an hour doing a painting make-up, which made the car looks much better. To my surprise, I was not even charged!

Great service. They repaired my car after it was broken into, and they set me up with a rental car in the meantime. In addition to the repairs, they cleaned my entire car inside and out, for which I was deeply grateful and a little astounded...the inside of my car had been gross. Also, I enjoyed interacting with the ladies who work at the front. I felt comfortable going there, which is unfortunately not always the case when going to different auto shops (Ive had people say some weird things to me in the past). I would certainly go to Carstar again if I ever needed more repairs!

I was very impressed. They made an otherwise crappy situation much more bearable with friendly, personal service. They keep you updated with their progress. They followed up with a handwritten thank you card. I dont think an expert could tell that my vehicle was ever in an accident.

Our Ford Explorer needed the back gate window glass hinges replaced. After mulling over whether to do it ourselves and calling around for pricing to have the job done, we ended up at Forest Home Auto Body. They were fast, reasonably priced and the place has that magical combination of family owned feel and utmost professionalism. Hopefully well never need collision repair, but if we do, they are first on our list. Great job!
