From the minute I called to inquire about a paint touch up for a scratch they were so accommodating. They got me in very quickly and worked with my crazy work schedule. When I showed up for the appointment, I was immediately greeted by staff and the friendliest dogs. They got to work right away on my car and even stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and that I wouldn’t have to bring my car in a second time or leave it overnight. They checked in with me frequently to give updates on their progress and you could tell how much attention to detail and care they put into their work. Would definitely recommend Concours! I had a tricky rust issue on my CRV that other body shops wouldn’t touch. A piece had to be fabricated to complete the restoration/repair and the result was that it looks like new! They are cost conscious, keep the customer informed of progress, and checked out the rest of the body for any other issues. When I picked up my car, it was shining, the headlights had been polished and the doors sprayed with rust retardant. Well worth the price.

These guys were great from the moment I walked onto their lot. I came in for a second opinion after being quoted $1000+ to repaint the bumper and trunk of my car (which were previously repainted poorly by another shop, and looked dull). They spent 30+ minutes looking at the car and even buffing/polishing a test area (at no cost!) to see if it could be restored rather than repainted. Well, it worked - despite the other shop saying a full repaint was the only option. A week later they restored both panels at a small fraction of the cost of repainting. At time of pickup they waxed the car and even tried paintless dent repair on a few unrelated dings at no cost!I could go on and on but trying to keep it short. Friendly, skilled, honest people - Id never go anywhere else again.

Fantastic repair; lifetime warranty and the price that I was quoted was the price I paid— no funny business. When I brought my car home after the repair it was so seamless that my wife couldn’t remember what fender even had damage. I don’t know what else to say they other than this was absolutely the best experience I had after an accident. Salt of the earth guys who tell it like it is. That alone is hard to come across these days. Finest around and they have a customer for life in me. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Very fair prices for great quality of work feels like I am stealing. I originally went to a different shop and was not happy with their work. I was EXTREMELY impressed with Concours! The body work they did on my car after an accident was flawless and was finished in a timely manner. Above all though, I was blown away by their customer service! Even though someone hit my car on the freeway, Concours made the stress and anxiety of dealing with it virtually disappear. When I frantically called for an estimate, they saw me on the spot despite it being closing time and were friendly and understanding the entire time. Since I had never been in an accident before, they walked me through the entire process, talked to me with nothing but respect (which isnt always a given as a woman taking your car in for repairs) and assured me my car would look better than ever when they were done with it. They handily and quickly dealt with insurance, fixed my car ASAP, and helped me coordinate my rental. And they werent lying, my car looks better than when I first bought it! I can confidently say, collision or not, I will take my car here any time I need body work! Plus, they always have dogs greeting you in the lobby so you really cant go wrong doing business here.

Oh my gosh, I cannot rave about Concours Auto Works and their staff enough. They were so accommodating and friendly to work with. They put all of my concerns at ease. I did not realize going in that I had a tire that was getting low. It went completely flat while my car was getting worked on. The guys patched up the leak and made sure to tell me what happened. They even cleaned out my car 😁😁😁 I recommend them to everyone! Great work!

Having work done on your car is never fun, but the people at Concours Auto Works made it as painless as possible. The work done had made my car beautiful again with a perfect paint match on a 3 coat red. The talked to me about what they were doing and updated me. They even gave me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental car. I was able to leave the rental with them when I picked my car up. I 100% recommend this place!

It is never a pleasant reason to find yourself at a auto / collision repair company. I was hit by an uninsured driver and had back pain from the accident. Though the whole hassle of the accident and dealing with my insurance company was a lot of stress, the part that was pleasant was the customer service (and welcoming puppies) when I arrived at Concour Auto Works. I was actually on my way to another place, and then called my “car guy” who I trust with everything car related and he redirected my visit to them...And thank goodness they did - all the guys working there were extremely friendly and understanding of the stress (and lots of questions) I threw their way. When I went to pick up my car when it was ready, I was sooo pleased with how my car looked brand new!! And did I mention... there is a lifetime guarantee?! My car was hit when I had it parked in parking lot, of course no note was left. Took it to Concours auto works because I had good results in the past. They said itll take 1 day to fix dent, took like 3 days. Still they were rushing because they didnt take a screw off rear body protector and ripped it when removing it. They said they wont replace it because they usually charge the insurance company for their mistakes. I was paying out of pocket. Then they tried to downplay the damage saying its a little tear no big deal. I just bought this car, should be perfect after what I paid . New management sucks. Should of took it too Prestige.
