VCA auto body did an amazing job on my vehicle. I had to get some work done on the drivers side fender and It looks I was never hit. The body work and paint job looks amazing. They did amazing on repairing my rims as well. Great customer service and staff is super helpful! I highly recommend this place!

They did a great job, finished when they said they would, and took the least invasive approach to completing the job (another shop wanted to pull a bunch of stuff off). And Galena was great!

The people running this place are amazing!Last year I took my Rav4 in for a major dent that required paint work with a blended paint. They made it look brand new.Today I needed a new window for my Ford Focus and they replaced it in an hour. Very reasonable prices.

Ordered my part same day good service

I was quoted $100 for them to install the power window motor in the drivers door, which I provided, in my 2002 transam. Dropped the vehicle off at lunchtime and it was ready by 5:30p.m. with no problem.

I was told not to go here from a shop up the road and heeded their advice. After receiving my vehicle from the aforementioned shop’s care, I was not pleased with the overspray and lack of care on the paint work, so I decided to go to VCA for my second vehicle’s paint job. I paid a little more for VCA but was far more satisfied with the work they did. I could see their paint job was just like a factory finish, unlike the previous shop that could not achieve the mirror finish (i’m assuming because it’s done so quickly and parts are not removed before painting). VCA also worked on a Saturday and got the job completed sooner than I was told it would be done. I could not be happier with the finished job. If you’re paying out of pocket, stick with VCA and don’t go anywhere else no matter what others tell you!

I am super late posting my review, but that speaks to the awesome work VCA did on my car. I have been driving smoothly in my car since I got got work done at VCA. My car suffered trunk/bumper damage and VCA fixed it right back up good as new. They were affordable, friendly, and quick. Not only that, they were open the earliest of all the shops I saw on my phone.I highly recommend, and will be back whenever I need more work done! Thank you!

Brutal honesty the place is not much to look at, but do not let that put you off. We were very happy with the work done and overall experience. They gave options during the quote phase, communicated well while the work was being done and we are happy the the result. Would definitely use them again.

If youre looking for low prices with great service and repairs. This is the place to go! The staff is friendly and very easy to talk to. I had to get my front bumper replaced. I went to multiple car shops to get an estimate. One car repair shop tried to charge me $942! Definitely didnt go there, instead I came to VCA Auto Body Repair where they only charged me $360. Such a big difference in pricing and relief they didnt try to take advantage like the other car shop. My car looked good as new when I picked her up. Excellent work!

We got into a really bad accident on Christmas Day 2019. We hit a deer. :( We took it in the next day to VCA Auto Body Repair and they were able to give us a quote right away! They were very responsive the entire process and very professional. The process took about 2 weeks (our car was in bad shape) and when we got is back it looked like brand new!! My son’s parked Toyota Camry got totaled by a drunk, hit-and-run, driver and we were just sick about it because it was in excellent, well cared for, condition, despite being 15 years old. Galina at VCA assured me that they could get in fully restored for the insurance company’s estimate price if we truly wanted to keep it.Well, all I can say is wow, what a job they did! They perfectly blended in the new body parts with the faded paint on existing body, they fixed the damaged axle, suspension, and alignment to the point that it seems to ride a bit better than before, and they did it in a more than reasonable time-fame.I highly recommend this shop. There may be someone as good as them in the area, but I can’t imagine finding anyone better. VCA did some paint and minor body work on my BMW, and the results are great. I waited a couple weeks to write this review, because paintwork that looks great when you pick the car up won’t necessarily look great after some time has passed. Several weeks, and several hundred miles in some of Wisconsin’s most temperamental weather, and the work has held up beautifully. These guys do a wonderful job at an exceptionally fair price. They have my recommendation.

Was new to the area when my car was broken into, found this place on google and took a chance. Their service was incredibly fast and efficient, they did extra work including helping clean the glass from inside my car and replacing a part on the door without extra charge, and kept my car safe overnight. They even unexpectedly checked in a few weeks later to see if everything was good. Will return if I have future car issues.

I took my 2003 Toyota Corolla le too vca auto body last week. The front bumper, reinforcement and bar was replaced along with the passenger side window run. It was super affordable and the work quality and I received my vehicle back the same day. Ill be returning 5 star bodyshop !

VCA Auto Body and Repair was very helpful in assisting with my window when it fell off track in the dead of winter. After stopping at a few other shops and getting the run around regarding simply putting the window back on track, I stopped at VCA. The owners and their crew assisted me immediately and were extremely friendly. I was also in need of a bumper replacement after being rear ended. Had I gone to one of the bigger named body shops in the city, I know my repair would’ve taken longer than it needed to, not to mention, costed more money. Just bought a 2004 BMW 530i from them 2 weeks ago. Car works great, great condition. Usually when Ive bought older cars I get a lot of surprises, but they were very up front about everything that was right and wrong with the car. They worked with me for financing and even cut the price down. Pleasantly surprised at how good the experience has been thus far!

My Acura RDX was side swiped while parked downtown on Monday. Took my car to a couple of other places and then brought my car to VCA. They gave me an extremely competitive quote and said it would be done in three days (other places said 6-8). I agreed to the price and my car was put on the schedule for the work to begin the following morning. They gave me a FREE loaner in the mean time.Picked the car up Friday morning and wow! They matched the 3 stage white metallic pearl paint perfectly and the body damage is unnoticeable. Also, the interior and exterior was cleaned and detailed (tires even had tire shine one them).Long review, but overall great customer service, great pricing and amazing quality of work. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone I know needs some body work. Thanks guys at VCA!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! They buy cars really cheap (many from junk yards) and fix them as cheaply as possible (with used parts and stop leak) and sell cars that are not in good enough condition to sell legally. If you bought a car from here, go to a reputable mechanic and have them check it out.Bought a car from here and it turned out to have a major oil leak, which they claimed they didnt know about and refused to repair. Had to file a complaint with the state to force them to fix it. Dropped my car off on November 14th and still havent gotten it back over 3 weeks later! And Galina had the nerve to hang up on me! Horrible cars, horrible customer service! Stay away!!!And FYI, Misha, the guy whos review is directly after mine is the general manager so his review has zero merit.

Worst experience ever this man is a scammer. DO NOT GO HERE FOR WORK. I took my car in Monday the 25th. He told me my car would be ready Wednesday because he was getting the part next day shipped. I called Wednesday for an update about my car he then told me the part would ship out today which was the day of Wednesday the 27th so the car would be done Friday the 1st or Monday the 4th. I called Monday the 4th which Is today the day my cat was supposed to be ready for pick. When I called he stated my car wasn’t done and the part hadn’t arrived. So I’m guessing it would have killed him to call me and update me. He was very rude about the situation but he was nice when he took my money the first day. I was confused on why I paid next day shipping for a part that’s taking a week to come then he’s saying it’s the snow which still doesn’t make sense to me. My car is now being towed from his shop to another shop because his communication is poor and every time I called he was rude got no reason. Then he hung up in my face because he had a paying customer in front of him. Never go here
