Cannot recommend Crystal enough. Honest, hardworking and extremely efficient with their work!. Went in for an estimate on my wifes car after she kissed the garage, and they were able to remove the paint transfer and fix the scuff at no cost. I didnt realize a little rubbing compound would take it off. They could have sanded and repainted the fender and charged me the cost of doing that. I would have not known any different. They were honest and took care of it simply and at no cost right there in the parking lot. Since then weve taken our cars back there three times for paint and body work. They do an awesome job each time and you always feel like family when they are working with you. 100% we will be back again!

I cannot reccomend Crystal Auto Body enough! Was referred by family after my accident, which resulted in about 10k of damage. Beyond grateful for Bill, his wife, and his team. Bill stood up for me and my interests when dealing with my insurance, which was so helpful and not an easy task.. Aside from that I cannot tell AT ALL that my car was even in an accident. And as you can see in the pics thats pretty unreal.. Bill and his team did a phenomenal job. Communication was great from the very beginning and all throughout as well. And they finished my car way quicker than I expected. One of Bills employees even came in on Saturday (when they are closed) to paint my vehicle which sped the process up even more.. Not to mention Bill and his wife are so kind, helpful, and just simply good people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you again so so much Bill!

I have an older Nissan that I was getting ready to hand down. the car had the typical Nissan rust issues which few body shops were willing to touch. Bill gave a fair price and did a very nice job on the car. He also took care of an issue that I found out later was my mistake. Above and beyond. Very professional.

Needed some bumper work done. Called to see if they would be able to do that. Suggested I bring it in before calling insurance since the repair maybe less than the deductible. Gave me an estimate well below the deductible and said it would take less than an hour. In and out in about 15 minutes. Great work, friendly people and no hassles. Highly recommend them and they work with all insurance.

They really know what they are doing and it was apparent how important that is to them when they made extra effort to be sure it was done right even when my insurance company gave me a hard time about fixing a small quarter size dent & blending my paint correctly (amongst other things). My car is looks brand new and beautiful (inside & out) after being plowed into by someone with no car insurance at work while parked without me in it thankfully. My work van had been at this shop for weeks. I was waiting for the insurance company to total out the van. Finally, I was able to go and get everything out of van. I had a power sprayer that was installed that had to be removed. It was bolted in a way after 3hrs I was unable to removed it. Luckily one of the mechanics saw me struggling and came out and help me out. He let me use his personal tools and help me finally get the bolt off. I appreciate your help, I would highly this auto body shop!

I went here a few years ago after someoneone ran through a red light and torn up my car. I was so pleased with them I was been back a few more times for other repairs such as a motor in my window annd a dig in my paint from a hard object.. I would strongly recommend this body shop they are really professional and reasonably priced.

Crystal Auto Body recently repaired/repainted the rear bumper cover on my wifes 2016 Honda Civic, and they did an excellent job at a very fair price. The shop itself is modern, with a clean and nicely decorated office area. While I hope I will never have to return, we will definitely be returning to these guys if we need future repairs.

Crystal Auto Body is the BEST place to get your car repainted. I looked all over the country (really!) for aHUMMER H3 ALPHA with less than100,000 miles on it. We finally found one in Illinois but it badly needed a paint job after sitting in the Florida sun for 8 years. Bill and the guys did a super job and even fixed a few little things that we had not even noticed since we really hadn’t driven it yet. It now looks showroom new and we couldn’t be happier.If you need any collision repair or repainting done, look at the cheaper places first but know you’ll have your work done at Crystal!

These guys do a good job and stand behind it. They fixed up one of my cars and when I came back to get some adjustments they were quick to fix and were very curious. Id happily give them my business again.

They are the best! They went out of their way to accommodate me. In addition to the car repairs, I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Since they don’t do that, they took my car to Firestone and had it done before I picked my car up. Also, the people were very friendly, and their quote was the lowest I had gotten. The repair work was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience here. We had a bent hood bracket that rendered our car undrivable, and Bill bent it back into shape in no time. Furthermore, he refused payment for the work he had done. I am VERY impressed with Bill the owner, and the shop itself. If I ever have any more auto body work that needs to be done, crystal auto body is the only place I will go. I strongly recommend this place, as they clearly care about people, not just about making money.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. I brought my car there to have my headlights looked at( New ones weren’t fitting properly )and they came out and tried some things just to help out . I ended up having them work on it there as they were able to fit me in later in the day. They fixed my problem and everything looked great. Highly recommend

My husband and I took my mother-in-law to church. She is in a wheelchair. When we came out of church our windshield was cracked and their were scratches and marks on our hood and side of the car. Crystal Auto body was so helpful. The people were very kind, friendly and willing to help. Great customer service! They were able to fix the marks on our car. Their prices are good! We highly recommed them!

Humble, patient & helpful.The staff is VERY helpful. They couldnt fix my car as I had convertible issue but the staff helped with contacts who can fix them, took some time on a busy day to help me. Shows how they treat their customers eventhough they are not going to make money of me.

I would give them 0 stars If I could. I had some light scratches on the rear fenders of my 2 year old pick up truck. The scratches where only to the primer. I went to Crystal Auto Body because of their life time warranty. 3 years later I noticed the paint began to bubble only on the fender that they painted. I went back to Crystal Auto Body and showed them the bubbles. They told me that this wasnt covered under warranty because it was probably rust starting from underneath the paint. They said that I should go back to the dealer where I bought the truck from. Funny thing that only bubbles I have on my truck are on the fender that they painted.

I had my 2009 Ford Escape repaired at this location. The right rear quarter panel was rusted. The repair began on Monday@08:00. I picked up my vechile Thursday@15:00. The repair was completed ahead of the estimated time. I inspected the repair it looks perfect. The vechile was clean an polished. Also the cost to repair came in under the estimate. Bravo to the team and to Crystal Auto, I will pass this success on to other people.

Heres a straight honest review...I took my classic Corvette into the shop for an estimate on driver side window, since this is an Auto Body Shop...Man was I taken for a ride. First of all the part to repair the window was only $31.00 which had to be ordered and would be in a week later, so I picked up my car and told someone would call me when the part arrives. After a few days later I take it back, then was told that one of the guys broke the part trying to install it, now stating that it might need a window regulator which would cost $280.00, So now the car needs a regulator? Thats not true when I could hear it turning..Then something happens that Ive never experienced, Someone sends me a txt with door parts scattered around on the floor of the shop telling me how hard of a job it was to put it back together, ( this is an Auto Body shop whats the problem? Is all they do here is paint cars, but dont normally do windows?? Not once did I get a call on a quote of how many hours/nor the hourly rate....I get a last minute phone call just before closing to tell me my car is ready and the cost is $248.00 I couldnt believe what I heard, so I asked to speak with the owner, he wasnt there so I spoke to his son Jake who tried to justify the cost stating they spent alot of time trying to put it back together, which I felt that was not my problem . I feel that there should have been a well qualified tech thats experienced in the installation of car windows working on it there wouldnt have been an issue.. I also asked why wasnt I informed of the hourly rates before continuing the job?He apologized for his dads mistake, stated he could take off $48.00, which I didnt feel was fair, but thats a lesson well learned.. Heres My Advice...Please take your car to a well qualified Auto Body Shop that specializes in all aspects of the words......NOT JUST PAINT.

This has been my go-to body shop for close to 14 years! Bill and his team have taken care now three of my cars - unfortunately for small and big repairs. I’ve had the unfortunate luck of having damage done to three of my cars due to other drivers at fault or hit and run incidents. No matter how big or small the job Crystal comes through...and in that fussy car guy who would notice even the little blemishes! When my 2012 Mazda 6 was in an accident I did more damage to parts of the car you couldn’t see than what was cosmetic. I worried my car would never drive the same again and Bill and his crew assured me that wouldn’t be the case and they were right - was good as new when I got it back. Both my Mazda’s were the pearl white paint and they did a good job matching...as could as can be done with that color. What I love is that even with my small jobs (yearly visit to have paint chips filled and scratches buffed...salt in winter is the culprit and I do a lot of highway driving) Bill is so great to make sure my car stays as new looking as possible! Great customer service all around - couldn’t more highly recommend!!
