My experience here was excellent! The owner, John, and the employees were all super nice and easy to talk with. They did amazing work and got the car back to it’s original state. The repair was quicker and cheaper than other places and the car looks brand new! I will definitely recommend anyone to come here in the future. It’s a hard working group of people willing to work with their customers.

My first time experience with an auto body shop. They friendly and walked me through the process and let me know what to expect with going through insurance. They were able to take my car in with ease and were able to get it all repaired as quickly as possible while maintaining excellent quality of the parts. They kept me update with the process. I sideswiped a neighbors car and damaged my car and her jeep. So after driving around all day looking for a place to get them fixed, I finally got the best estimates at the 13th street Maaco. Only 30 mins before closing time and owner John Bluemel took super great care of me. Gave me a great quote and even buffed out my whole scratched and scraped doors on my black malibu....for free!!! Did I mention this was 30 mins before closing without an appointment or ever having gone there before?So I was so happy after leaving couldnt believe it. Thought would cost me at least 300 bucks.And Im taking the neighbors jeep in on Monday to get hers fixed .I HIGHLY recommend going to the 13th street Maaco next time you or anyone needs body repair work.

John the owner gets mad when you let him know that a car was supposed to be done in 2 weeks and by car I mean 2 doors and a fender,3 weeks later and haven’t got a call!! And when I do call him he answers very rude and cancels my order, Because I want my car done. To top it off I go back to only the insides of the door shells painted, didn’t remover plastic trim so original paint was visible behind when lifted. I definitely don’t recommend this place. John the owner is horrible at talking with people.

SUPER polite and convenient people. All of them. Went in and talked to Tony the owner and he was super nice and funny and worked with me without a second thought. Gave me the best price around for not only an entire paint job because the paint on my entire was peeling off bad, but also for fixing the scratches and a big dent in my 2011 Corolla (before and after pics posted) and my car looks brand new. Would rate higher if I could.

Maaco did an amazing job on my car! I dented a portion of the side of my car and had scratches all alongside it. When I came to pick up my car it looked like there was never damage done to it. Excellent detail was put into fixing up my car!

Gave good help on my rust spots to fix more than the other quotes I got from other body shops to make it last longer.

I got my car painted in July of 2020, I purchase their best package for over $2200 in two weeks later the paint was peeling income at all I talk to somebody up there they told me bring it in I brought the vehicle and they say they don’t cover chips in the paint coming off worst ever money blown in my life I’m warning everybody do not go to this location.

I brought in my 2017 Nissan Rogue on July 9th, and I had a bullet hole in the bumper and messed up the passenger door. I thought I had to replace the door, but the owner gave me better and cheaper news. John, the owner, was very good at explaining things to me, seeing as I am not a car person. He said that they would just repair the door instead of buying a new one save me 1000 dollars, which makes my bank account happy.The quality of work they were doing on my car was phenomenal. I accidentally left something in my car, so I went back to get it. They lead me back to my car through the shop, and I saw them sanding it. It blew my mind how good my car looked, especially the door being that it wasnt replaced.They called me on Tuesday to tell me that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. For having the side molding on my passenger door and the door itself being hit, and my bumper being replaced and getting the two paint with base clear, the total was pretty fair. Cost me $2245, but take into account my insurance was there.The overall experience at Maaco Milwaukee was very good. I would highly recommend that people go just to get a free estimate and see where it goes from there.

Macao did an A+ job on body work and paint for my son’s vehicle. Car looks like it is brand new. The quality of the work was excellent. Friendly and timely customer support as well. Would highly recommend to anyone whose car is in need of repair.

We had a scratch on our car repaired in 2019 under the previous management of this Maaco, and the paint came off so the scratch returned. The new management honored the warranty on the job even though it hadnt been their fault, and fixed the paint at no charge. It looks great! We are very grateful for their professionalism in making good on this mistake that wasnt their own.

This Maaco location really went above and beyond my expectations, to give an estimate on two damaged vehicles that were parked in a lot adjacent to some construction work being done.The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and offered great advice.They even went as far as reminding me my windows were rolled down as rain rolled in.I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing body work done on their vehicles.The customer service alone speaks volumes.

It s currently Under New Management and let me tell you the quality, service and affordability has not changed....it is still your best value.I have gone back to Maaco with an outside the box solution to a painting problem. Maaco was kind enough to test my painting theory, without charge and honest enough to tell me it wasnt a good solution to my painting situation. They were kind enough to send me in another direction to solve my problem. Above and beyond expectations!!!!

Very unprofessional. The manager, (fat bald white guy) did not want to give me an estimate. Only when they took off the bumper and fender they tried to tax me 3000 just to fix those 2 things. They tried cheating me and lost a bunch of bolts and i had some partw missing.

Maaco, on South 13th St. in Milwaukee, WI was awesome. Someone rear ended my car and I had to get three estimates. Maaco was the only one with a reasonable price. After a week my car was done and it looked like nothing ever happened. Buddy, the front office worker, was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Maaco to anyone who needs collision repair.

Quite a bit of over spray all around the window gaskets and tires. They should take the time and tape off the car better. I still am very happy with finished product! I dropped off my vehicle and the manger was very clear what I wanted done. I even got the comment Yeah, you told me before. I got it!. I assumed we where on the same page. I dropped my car off and had is sitting there for 3 days only to pick it up with a buff and polish. Somehow they felt I didnt feel I needed the paint job we talked about. That was fine but I never got a call to let me know and it doesnt take 3 days to do a buff. Not thrilled with this place at all. Im in customer service and am a huge believer in giving the best.

They are very knowledgeable in repairing vehicles and they did a excellent job on my vehicle. It took a couple of days to order the part and they had to put two or three coats of paint and then have to let it dry.I was really satisfy with the work they did.

I paid 1300 for my car to get painted and I had paint on my windows they bent my hood paint got cracks and runs the painted my exhaust had paint on my tire the are sloppy

Everyone has bad days but this was beyond normal. Manager of the Milwaukee store was very strange and aggravated on the phone each time I called. I called to get the lowdown for a paint job then once again to follow up. He was so rude and personal it became comical. He then acted as if he want the one on the phone upon arriving for my consult/questions because his unprofessionalism was embarrassing.Alternatively when I called the Menomonee Falls location it was like a breath of fresh air. Perhaps this is because the office manager is a woman as am I. Much better customer service and accommodating personnel without rude tone or condescending comments. I will be going there instead.As an aside: read the other bad reviews and see for yourself. Im not the first who has reported this location delivering extremely sub-par if not damaging service when servicing female customers. The manager is a pretty stereotypical type.

I am cab driver and i love going to Maaco paint and repairs, i went a tuesday to get estimate a taught i needed an appoitment but they said to me leave it today and pick it up thursday morning. Awesome place to go i recommented to every one.

1st time i wentThe white guy( I forgot his name)seemed nice and explained all he would do to the car and obviously i fell for it.-Cut the rust by the back gas tank and add a new piece of metal and repaint it.-Re paint my hood  (which also had rust). He said he would sand it down and make it new-And add a new bumper which i hit on the left side. So he said he would add a new one and repaint it...When I picked it up, I noticed the bumber looked offish in color. More tint of yellow.Not even three months later, my hood bubbled up where the rust spot was and the rust spot in back by the gas tank all the sudden came back and look liked they never did anything but add paint over it.So i call Maaco and told the white guy exactly what happened, he told me to take it in so I surely did. I took it the following week, and told him I needed my bumper done again, my hood and that rust spot. I was without a car for a week, I ASSUMED they were working on it Memorial day weekend. Nobody called me, I drove past and seen my car outside so I had to call for them to tell me to pick it up. I was told they would clean it for me, I came to a mess! Paint was everywhere on my car! They even had paint on my windows and behind my tires, my car look like it was sitting out for all them days just collecting dirt. I told the dark guy that it looked the same, the rust spot looked like they just put puddy on it to cover it up by the back panel. The front bumper still looked off in color.  And I had someone come with me and they even said these people did a real bad job!The darker guy who worked on my car than comes and says to me and the person I came with, I blended in the entire bumper and it matches the mirrors . Which looked like it wasnt touch. I still couldnt figure out how my car looked like they didnt do absolutely anything to it, yet looked so messy with paint everywhere.I came home very upset! I let my anger calm down and all the sudden i go inside my car and paint was inside on the back seats and outside on my windows, which I attempted to clean the paint and it wouldnt come off! So i went back again and told the white guy who came out to please take all that paint off my windows and he did. The dark guy left who knows where!It has been a month, I been observing  my bumper every day and its frustrating!  I called back yesterday because my bumper all the sudden looks more tinted yellow. And the white guy tells me, oh all bumpers are off in color. Than he says, he didnt understand why I am seeing a different color when the darker guy never painted my bumper in the first place. Apparently the white guy just went off of the notes, the dark guy must have said one thing and did something else.I told the white guy, how is that possible that he didnt touch my bumper when he said he did? I knew the dark guy lied and now he is sitting there making himself look like he did a good job while doing absolutely nothing to my car.At this point I dont even think Im taking my car back to that place, why should I stay without a car for a week and see no results! Im beyond frustrated at the crappy job they did to my car! Now I even see different shades of whites around my car, in spots they didnt need to paint. I honestly wouldnt even trust niether of them, just because I am a girl doesnt mean I am going to stay quiet and they pushed the limit. Either the white guy is acting dumb, one of them are lying or they saw me go in alone and are trying to take advantage because I am a girl.

Do a reference check on the owner before you take your car there i seen him with customers
