My first-ever service experience at Honda City was great. Bob May, my service advisor was really easy to work with and a really nice guy. Transmission service and oil change completed a little earlier than estimated! Easy checkout process and my car got washed too. Very happy with Honda City.
I had a very rare experience in a dealership today. I never in my 37 years of life would have expected writing a positive review for a dealership. I hate dealerships & have dealt with my share of shady salesman this month. I would highly recommend this Honda dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car. A special shout out to Juan R. for making car shopping a pleasant experience. He was not pushy, in a typical car sales fashion. He gave us keys promptly outside without an appointment, was very informative with Carfax paperwork and reviewed our offers promptly. Also his manager Chris was very generous, understanding, and did not pressure us. Thats my first go-to place now when car shopping.
We had a very pleasurable buying experience at Schlossmann Honda City. Our first stop was Zeigler Honda of Racine and it was like pulling teeth just to get the price of a vehicle. Here tho, they were very straight forward and acted like professionals with integrity. I would absolutely recommend Schlossmann Honda City if you are looking to avoid talking in circles and you want to buy a vehicle with ease.
I went over the weekend to Honda City in search of a new car and everyone there was so pleasant especially Juan the sales man who ended helping me out and I am very happy to say I ended up getting a NEW 2021 Honda Accord Sport! Which by the way I am very happy with! Juan is an exceptional sales guy and I will definitely refer anyone I know in need of a car to him specifically because of how informative and sweet and welcoming he was!
Juan Rojo was great, and made the process as seamless as possible. He helped find a car that worked for everyone involved, especially when non existent credit was a thing to get past.
Bought a car from this establishment and we specifically told them to put the car in my name and have my father be the co-signer. We told them this twice and they still went ahead and put the car in his name and put me as the co-signer. Clearly they knew what they were doing and knew if it was under my fathers name the payments would be less and I would agree to buy the vehicle. Make sure you guys are paying attention to that final yellow page you are signing cause they will definitely try to catch you off guard since you are sitting there signing for an hour, she told us where to sign on the page and now they are refusing to change who’s name it’s under saying I have to refinance it to be able to do so even though it was there mistake because I know not every document I signed was under co-signer. I know this is something I should have paid attention to but I didn’t think I would have to worry about Honda being scam artists. If I even have the email and messages stating my father has to come in to co-sign. I called the guy who sold me the car and left him a voicemail at his desk and he never responded. I didn’t tell him what I was calling about so clearly he knows what he did if he didn’t call me back. This customer service is horrible and I will never be buying from Honda again which sucks because I’ve only ever leased or bought a car from Honda. I will definitely be following up on this situation
Top Notch service! Randy was EXCELLENT! Best and most thorough demonstration of car features ever experienced and delivered exceptionally patiently at 3 hours past close! Used Costco buying program on car and yet provided a very good deal beyond! Highly recommend in New car purchase. Traded in and got a fairly good trade amt.
There is no better dealership for sales and service. All employees are sworn to the highest of ethical and customer service standards. Many technicians and service advisors have been with Honda City for dozens of years. Safety comes first in all aspects. The customers needs come first. I drive over 20 miles to buy, lease or service my cars. Since their original dealership a Dodge franchise, I have only gone to them. We are talking since 1976. Want a great experience and a trusted friend, make The Schlossmanns Auto Group, Honda City, Dodge City and Subaru City your go to company for all things tied to your auto needs.
Jessica L and Chris T were so wonderful and so helpful after autozone screwed us over. Thank you to everyone who made our day easier!
My wife and I purchased a certified Honda Pilot in July 2021 from SCHLOSMANN. Our purchase was out of state as we are residents of Pennsylvania. Initially I did not want to do an out of state purchase due to the complexities of the paperwork process. Additionally, I have been part of a used auto dealership for many years and have been involved in sales myself for well over a decade. Therefore, I have access to auto auctions in Pennsylvania. My wife and I went to many dealerships throughout the course of several months seeking a new vehicle that she would be comfortable with test driving Hondas, Toyota, Fords, Dodges, etc. Finally we settled on a Honda. But by then discounts and rebates were non existent due to the chip shortage that vehicle manufacturers are still presently experiencing. I wanted to be cautious buying a vehicle at sticker price or above especially when I could go to auction and possible devaluation in the future as the market adjusts, if it adjusts. However this is where SCHLOSSMAN HONDA CITY comes in. I was checking out autotrader and saw a certified 2021 Honda Pilot available. I contacted Schlossman immediately and asked the salesman (Mohamed) if the price was correct as it was also certified. It was. I didnt hesitate and secured the vehicle immediately with a small deposit. Now many dealerships I previously contacted in and out of general area were not willing to accept deposits to secure a vehicle even if customers would accept non refundable forfeiture of the deposit. SCHLOSSMAN was different however and I was sold. The final factor was figuring out the completion of paperwork being out of state and transporting the vehicle. Thats where Joe and Dana came in with SCHLOSSMAN. Joe handled all the necessary finance paperwork and Dana who is the used sales manager handled the transportation process. Both made the process efficient and smooth for us. The vehicle was delivered earlier than expected by a reliable and dependable transport company from Wisconsin. There was a slight issue that Schlossman corrected with a temporary tag after delivery until we received our permanent plate from PA Department of Transportation. My wife and I are 100% satisfied. Even in my used vehicle sales experience I prefer certified vehicles for longevity purposes. We were fortunate that Schlossman business practices are strong and stable. Most dealerships in our area already started selling new and certified vehicles above MSRP. We received an AWESOME deal. Thanks to Mohamed and Dana for detailing the vehicle prior to transport and answering transport questions and Joe for his assistance with the paperwork. And finally a thank you to Katie for sending our PA plate and registration within one day of SCHLOSSMAN receiving it.The overall experience exceeded what most dealerships provide and it was because of the flexibility and availability of the aforementioned employees of the dealership. Im not from Milwaukee but if you are looking for a vehicle stop by and ask for one of them at SCHLOSSMAN!!!! 6 plus out of 5 stars definitely earned!!!!
Amazing service!! I just wanted to give some recognition to Tom Fasanello. I was looking for a Honda pilot and he was incredibly helpful. He made a video for me of the car that I was interested in which was very helpful. He also informed me that it was sold which was very nice. Tom then helped us purchase a different Honda Pilot. He was very great to work with and incredibly helpful.
I had a great experience purchasing a Honda Civic from Jonathan. He was responsive via text the moment I submitted the online request whether it was arranging documents or answering questions, and on top of that he arranged delivery of the car in less than 24 hours. Consider this all in the midst of a pandemic and chip shortage - bravo Jonathan, and Schlossmann Honda City!
Purchased the 2nd brand new Honda Insight in 5 months. Excellent staff! Cody in sales and Dan in finance are the best!
I had a great experience with the salesman. They had exactly what I was looking for, when I went to finance with a pre-qualified offer and asked specifically that they only search that finance company, they looked for a better offer anyway. Dinged my credit 2 extra times and now I have 2 EXTRA hard credit inquiries on my credit report. 🙃 thanks FiNaNcE!!!!
Everyone was very helpful and very kind. Quickest car purchase Ive ever done - especially for a busy Saturday!
I took my car here for a simple fluid change, recall fix and a broken door handle. I have been here a couple times before but after this experience, I probably wont be returning. Everything was fine until they called me as they were delivering my car back to me to say that one of the tires is flat. They had to take it back to look at it. I get a call from the service advisor saying that there is puncture in my tire and she tries to convince me that it was like that when they took the car. I told her my tire pressure has been fine. I would have noticed if my tire was losing air. Of course the puncture is too close to the sidewall of the tire so the whole tire is ruined. She tries to convince me that I would have noticed if I put more air in the tire. That makes no sense because my tire pressures were at the correct level to begin with. She tires to talk me into buying 2 new tires for $400! Im put on the spot not knowing what to do exactly so I initially agree. I then think about it and say Ill go somewhere else. They put air in the tire and drive it back. Within a couple hours the tire is completely flat. Now I know for sure they cannot say this happened before they took the car. The service advisor vastly understated how much the tire was leaking. I could HEAR the air coming out as soon as I got it back. I had to go through the hassle of getting a hold of the manager and having them send a tow truck. They did replace the tire for free but now I have 3 old tires and 1 new tire which isnt ideal. I wouldnt describe this as a place that goes above and beyond for their customers. They just want to make money. They should not have put the blame on me for their mistake. I dont understand how they could not hear my tire leaking when they got in my car to deliver it back to me.
Peter and Jordan from service, the ones who helped me with my broken Elantra, were always communicative, honest, and helpful throughout my experience at their Service Department. While I did not get my car repaired at their service center (I claimed a warranty with the cars manufacturer), I will definitely be getting my car serviced here, this one or otherwise, in the future.
Been buying cars at Honda City for over 20 years. Best way to put it is been going back so I guess theyre doing something right.
Have visited this dealer numerous times just to see whats on their lot, visited yesterday to see what hatchbacks were there without any intent of purchasing. While looking at the new lot, a young salesman by the name of Parker came up around my car and asked what I was looking for, then immediately followed up by asking for my name and phone number... lol WHAT??? Seriously? I was actually shocked... this dude had talked to me for 30 seconds and was already asking for my info without knowing anything about my intentions, then got offended when I politely declined giving him my number. It was actually laughable. Even made a comment about whether we like the customer when I asked about dropping in price. Cmon man.Ive had some good interactions with other consultants here, but Parker was not one of them. Whoever trains their salesmen here needs to work with him quite a bit more, cause what he did is a fantastic way to scare people away from your lot and take their business elsewhere. Establishing a good connection with a client is crucial, and trying to get in their contact list the second you meet them is not the best way to do that. Get this man some proper training so he can be successful in this business
The best dealership around. Peter Froelich is the best salesman in the business. Give that guy a raise! Highly recommend! Bought my second car from him, both cars have been a super easy process, straight to the point, and quick! My second car was a CTR and they even shipped the car to CO for me. Nothing but high praise from me! Thank you for the new car!
Honda always takes such good care of us and our civic.
Awesome service and deal i recently bought the new honda cr v se trim and i am loving it
I drove over a large bolt, it was stuck in my tire. My car had 303 miles on it less then 3 weeks old. Jessica, Tim and I accessed this strange situation. I had a choice, plug the tire (didnt want to) or replace it. I chose the replacement.I was very grateful they took care of the situation quickly and I was headed back to work in a timely manner.Professional group that I trust.#pizza
Thank you, Jessica and Neil. My car broke down while visiting my parents. Jessica got me in the the next day! Thank you, for the great service!
Got my car totaled in January and working with Jon Oster at Honda City was probably the easiest and best part of my accident/new car experience.I might update this review if I have to take my car back (if I have any major unforeseen issues with the car). I started by contacting the dealership after finding a car on the site that I liked. Jon showed me the exact model I wanted when I got there, the price was the same as it was online, he didn’t try to immediately up-sell me on something I didn’t want. He did take me to see a few different cars, and I appreciated the options. Not pushy at all, just cool and helpful. Finally I chose the car, I worked with an outside lender (large bank) the dealer didn’t always work with. I would judge next time if that was a great idea, because it caused some pain with trying to coordinate between the dealer and the lender. I don’t blame Honda City for that, Jon and the others he worked with helped me figure it out in the best way they knew how, and I ended up getting all the paperwork figured out.Overall this was a good experience. I’ve always heard horror stories about dealerships, but this experience was overall smooth.
Had a great experience buying a used Toyota vehicle at this dealership. Low pressure, politeness, and consideration for my budget made the sale. It took a while to complete the transaction but they were busy at the time. Highly recommend you check them out.
Very friendly helpful went for an oil change, courtesy van drivers were super nice
Have a love/hate relationship with this place. Today I hate because theyre taking a bunch of my money for service, that said; they do good work.
Nice new car purchase experience. John Billman excelent salesperson. On the job even on his days off.
I am making this review on behalf of my father, Mark. The attached image showcases an email sent by my father to dealership & regional service staff to call out shameful business practice conducted by this dealerships service team. The detail can be found in the attached email, but in a nutshell, the scenario presents an evolving/ever-changing story on behalf of the service team as my father pushed for more information after being presented with a supposed initial diagnosis by engine code that his CRV engine needed replacement (due to supposed timing belt/chain jump and cylinder/piston damage). In the end, no engine code was never thrown. No timing belt/chain jump ever occurred. No cylinder/piston damage was ever present. No new engine was ever required!! (all confirmed by a third-party shop)This real story only came out as my father pushed for added information and had his vehicle towed from Schlossmann Honda over to a an independent shop for a second opinion. Is there still something wrong with the vehicle that requires some sort of service? Yes. But that said, it sure isnt a $6800+ used/new engine replacement as quoted by this Honda dealership team.Had my father not been informed and pushed for added information, this shameful business tactic may very well have succeeded with certain people that may not have been as informed.Through all of this, not only did this dealership try to sell a new/used engine at a price tag of $6800+, they also tried to sell my father a new car as a possible means to solve the issue the car was brought initially brought into service for.Absolutely unreal.
Great service and knowledgeable staff.
My boyfriend and I stopped by this dealership after we got off work today, thinking we would just take a look around and see what they had to offer...aaaaaand we ended up leaving with a 2018 Honda Fit! Very friendly staff, great selection, and Jakar was absolutely wonderful to us and managed to pull off some magic to get us the vehicle we fell in love with! Would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a relaxed, non-pushy atmosphere they can make a big decision in!
Great Dealership, friendly service personal, they are very efficient and follow through on my needs. They always remind me of other needed maintenance when it is time.Have purchased my last two vehicles from them. I always feel like a winner because of the fair deals on the purchased price of the vehicle.
Believe her name was Gina, but great service was what she provided!
Great service and friendly staff.
Jacques was the best. Great stress free experience car shopping
Marion was excellent to work with, she is very knowledgeable and made the whole process uncomplicated and enjoyable. 👍👍
This is the first review of anything Ive ever written. But I had to come on here and say that I had a great experience with this dealership. It took a while for all my loan paperwork to come through, which meant I had to wait a few weeks before I could pick up the car. But everyone was super patient and really generous with their time. I live in Madison, and I couldnt easily drive over to get the paperwork started. So the sales person working with me drove over just for me to sign things! So generous. The entire process was great and I love my certified pre-owned car. If you are looking to buy a car here, ask for Elvin!
Slow service. When I went into the appointment it was supposed to be 45-1hour to be done. I ended I being there 1 hour and 36 min. When I text Jessica are you almost finished I need to get back to work she never responded. I had to go hunt someone else down to get my car. Very inconvenient.
Love this location. The service is great and friendly. They have a early drop off option. They have a shuttle service that will transport u to a location of ur preference and pick u back up when ur vehicle service is completed. The shuttle drivers are always friendly and drive safely in my opinion. I have had walked in service done for minor stuff like Oil change. Waited aprox. 1hr or 2hrs.Today I am here after I scheduled a B1 services $179 plus tax. Rep. Justin took care of my needs immediately. I requested if they could put a store bought license plate cover on for me. He said sure and no extra charge! Yeeeeeeea!*Free car wash and vac with services, but it will be a longer wait though so keep that in mind if u are in a rush. Lets see what else I can add, ohhhhhh they have **Free donuts, coffee, filtered water, sodas and during the afternoon hours popcorn in a bag is available with the same drinks. ***Free charging station with all the cords if u forgot urs. ****Free WIFI in the waiting room so bring ur laptops, Ipads and headphones.. LolHit like if this review was helpful. Thanks!
CJ is a great helpful salesman and very kind i would recommend anyone going to him to buy a car
We went for cars and coffee. Lots of fun cars . A great way to get people to the dealer ship.
Body shop intake workers know their business! Plus, since my car will be in the shop for a few days, I was happy to be provided with a car to use.
The Service Department is always on the ball and very friendly.
I got myself a new Honda. Everything went great.
Goodness, where do I even begin..? It all started out with someone t-boning me in a parking lot at a moderate speed causing $9,000 in damage. I looked up body repair shops I could take it to, and this dealership was the best ranked out of all in my area. I figured dropping my Honda off at a Honda dealership they’d actually take care of me and my car... also considering I’ve been a very loyal member for years previously outside of the body repair shop. They evaluated my car, requested payment from insurance and they approved it right away. A week and a half of them having my car, I receive a call noting I never authorized repairs, which I did over the phone to whomever had answered the phone in the repair shop. Considering I had authorized repairs a week before they even called to notify me, that no one noted I authorized repairs.. I again, called back and asked why they waited a week to reach out if repairs weren’t authorized when they needed to be, and that I did authorize the repairs a week ago and have record of it. They said okay, we will have your car ready in two weeks. Couple days later, get a call noting they found more damage internally, called insurance to make sure they authorized those right away and then they got back to me and told me the repairs were going to take an additional week on top of the original two weeks stated. To conclude, they had my car for approximately two months, not three weeks like they noted. Every time I called to get updates, I always got a voicemail. Note: I always left a voicemail asking for them to call me back so I can keep up with the repairs.. never received any calls back. Considering the unprofessionalism at this dealership I decided to work my way up the line of management and ended up getting into contact with the owner of the actual dealership which now is my only and primary contact. He gave me a call back, ensured me that the car would not keep getting pushed back any further after they told me it was going to be two weeks, to three weeks, turning into four weeks, turning into two months without my car. Keep in mind, the damage wasn’t even all that bad for them to take a whole two months to piece my car back together. After complaining to the owner, he was able to get my car repaired within a week (what a coincidence). My car is finally ready when the owner promised it would be, I show up.. sign for my car and leave. Instantly feel a difference in drive and that something was way off about my car. The back two tires have punctures, which also were not there before handing my car over for repairs to the shop, and also.. my audio plays with pauses every 30 seconds. Instantly called the owner making him aware of these issues, he didn’t seem to care but offered for me to bring my car back in. The last thing I want to do is drive 30 minutes back to a dealership that already had my car for two months and still did not think that was enough time to properly repair my car and make sure everything was up to standard before returning it back to me (especially given my experience and wait time with the repairs and miscommunication) seems to me like management structure at this location is not stable, as their employees were telling me one thing, their manager was telling me one thing and then going back and telling them a whole other story. Bottom line, I would not recommend bringing any car here for anything. After complaining again about how my car is completely screwed up, the general manager offered for me to come in on a Saturday to look at my car and see what is wrong.update: They were nice enough to take liability for the brakes but refused to take liability for the punctures in my tires? Lol. They also told insurance nothing was wrong with the tires but the minute they gave me my car back and I was getting ready to drive off the lot my tire pressure light was on again. I go to the nearest kwik trip to check pressure and sure enough the back two tires were super low again in the low 20s. If you want to preserve the quality of your car, do NOT bring it here.
Normally, I would give them 5 stars, but not today. I recently bought a used Honda Odyssey from a small, used car lot and I needed some touch up paint. After pulling my van inside the garage and talking to three people, the last one told me to write the VIN number down and go to the parts department. He was standing right there with paper in his hand and he could have easily done it for me, but I had to ask him to please write the number down for me, because he apparently thought that I should go out in the cold and snow and do it.Interestingly enough, when I walked into the building through the sales department door, one of the sales reps opened the door for me. At least the sales department understands great customer service.
Car shopping at Schlossman Honda City was a pleasure. My sales person, Montel Austin was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. Excellent people skills and salesmanship. Thank you Montel!!
I’ve been getting my Hondas serviced here for a few years now. Used to go to a different place, but moved to the area and wanted to go somewhere closer, hence me going here now. Either way, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Great customer service, good work, and honest advice / opinions. I appreciate it and will continue to go back....oh, and if you’re reading this in 2020 - to me, it felt pretty COVID safe. So, as someone who works with a vulnerable population and really doesn’t want to catch anything, bonus points should be awarded here too.
Overpriced for oil change, and tire rotation, and service takes longer than other Honda dealerships.
The best Honda dealer in the area, Great prices and customer service, I was helped by Sinisa who was great and helped me get a great deal, I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a Honda to check them out, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Sinisa.
They are still using the Bait and Switch. This is how much they want my business, I will never go there again Ive leased 2 vehicles from there, gave them a second chance. Theres no 3rd chance. Enough bull from sales to service. Those who gave 5 stars must be oblivious to recognizing bad service.
Ive had better experiences than this one at Schlossman. After getting into my car I found a sheet of paper with images of tire wear and the right rear camber out of alignment. Nothing mentioned. Also my security system and radio were disabled. Not very good customer service.
Love love love my new car! Jonathan and Marion were so awesome!! They really treat you like family.
The worst car buying and trade-in experience that I have ever had. I would highly encourage anyone to look absolutely anywhere else for purchasing a new or used vehicle. The staff are incompetent, condescending, and lack integrity.
Went in for an oil change and had fantastic quick service. Jessica Lange was my customer service representative. She was great to deal with. I would go back just for her positive attitude.
Very friendly, good car buying experience.
Quick service.
Friendly, knowledgeable service staff. Work completed sooner than expected.
I had such a great experience working with Jon, the salesman! It was my first time purchasing a new car and he made it very enjoyable for me! Everyone was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with the financial advisor; she was so nice! I would definitely recommend coming here. I love my new ride!
I had such a pleasure having Juan Rojo as my salesman and having me find my Honda Civic with a great price. He was very friendly and knowledgeable which is a plus. My experience with him was very good and I highly recommend going to him when you want to buy a vehicle. He’s the best. 😊
Great place to buy a car. Efficient and knowledgeable staff.
Service team was helpful and friendly. I also appreciated that they were all wearing masks and had their office area set up to make it easy to maintain 6 ft. distance
San in the service department was great!!
Dont waste your time. I was looking to upgrade my 2018 odyssey to a new one, so I came to schlossman. Their initial trade offer was so far off from any online valuation. When I tried to negotiate, the salesman was indignant that this was a great deal. While he was talking to manager, I emailed another dealer, made an appiontment, and went straight there. WIthin 30 minutes I had an offer that was THOUSANDS less than schlossmann. Brought the new car home immediately. This is the 3rd time theyve lowballed me on a trade. Last time I beat it by $2000.I sent a feedback to the salesman but of course he ignored it.
Chris Tovar in service was so knowledgeable and helpful while I got the compressor replaced on my Honda Civic. He even talked to my dad on the phone so he could decipher what was going on (because I kinda don’t have a clue about cars). He got everything all fixed in 24 hours and my car is like brand new. Thanks Chris!!!
If you’re looking to buy a new car, go with Peter Froelich! He’s the best. Outstanding customer service, he takes great care of you. I’ll keep coming to Schlossmann’s as long as Peter’s there!
The service itself was excellent. And you know, even though this was my first visit to this dealership, I expected it would be. But more importantly (for me), the people, everyone I spoke with, were truly kind. Technically Informed certainly, but genuinely friendly and easy to speak with. I will return for additional services when the time arrives and I would recommend other consider doing the same.
During the selling process, they low balled me on the trade-in as per dealership tradition (which they resold my car for 3k more than they gave me) and after I’d signed the papers they informed me that the car wouldn’t be able to be registered in my home state until I received the title from Honda Financial. I’ve been on the phone with them for weeks trying to figure out where it’s been sent. At this point, I purchased the car 2 months ago and I cannot get it titled. I’m driving around with expired temporary tags waiting to be pulled over. If they had told me the process before signing the papers I wouldn’t have done the deal. They also said they had changed the oil as part of the “Honda pre-certified” which you pay extra for, but the oil was dirty. Not the biggest deal, but it causes you to lose faith in their so-called warranty. Poor experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Make sure you get what they tell you in writing..... I would look around
I got my car from a different dealership and came here to have it serviced. Shout out to Ashely for the best customer service I have received at a car dealership. She was amazing, explained everything they were doing with the car, and even found coupons to lower the cost for me! Said it would take about an hour but I was out in 30mins (and I even came earlier than my scheduled time). Overall highly recommend this place.
Too bad selecting no stars is not an option for Schlossmann Honda. My husband and I went here to purchase a car and have never felt so disrespected by another human before. The sales guy was pleasant, but kept having to ask his manager about pricing, eventually the manager, Jason, came over to the desk we were at and completely lost his composure on us for no reason. He told us we were wasting his time and that he didnt know why we were here. Um...to buy a car from you. He swore at my husband multiple times before he abruptly left the desk and stormed off. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. Left the dealership feeling humiliated and got exceptional care at another dealership.
Great service and Caitlin was very professional answering any questions about my car and very little wait time.
Great dealer
To preface this I didnt end up buying a car from Schlossmann due to them not having the exact model I was looking for, which is no fault of their own.I worked with Brian Griffin while I was there and he was an excellent salesman, he talked me through both finance and lease options for cars similar to what I was looking for and let me test drive a couple similar cars. In the end I unfortunately wasnt able to purchase through Schlossmann, but if they had had the exact model I was looking for theres no doubt I would have! Thanks again for your time Brian, it was greatly appreciated! Id recommend Brian to anyone looking for a car from Schlossmann.
Wife past away no mercy and assists with returning carDue to covid 19. Told me I will be out of $8,000.
I had the pleasure of having Ahmed as my salesperson. He was a great guy not pushy. I drove from 3 hours away to look at vehicle. He assured me the $100 deposit was refundable. I got there and the vehicle was not as I wanted. He truest cared and said “I want you to be happy”. He changed my thinking on car salesman in the big city. He had nothing else in the model and price I wanted. I called him later and he refunded the $100 deposit. E told him I found the modelAnd year I was looking for and he congratulated me on finding what I wanted. Even though he spent countless hours with my questions, went into work early to meet me when I arrived. He was happy I found what was best for my family elsewhere, truly great man and he got nothing. Even though I did not buy from them I would recommend them and will buy from them in future if they have the vehicle I desire. Thanks Ahmad
Quick and easy oil change, rotate and carwash. All in about 1 hour. They were not too pushy about getting extras, like other oil change places. Nice waiting room with coffee and TV. Clearly marked social distances.
I have purchased two vehicles from Honda City and have them serviced here as well and I always have a top notch experience. Ken, my salesman, was very patient with me as I was considering several vehicles. We were able to come to an agreement on the price and trade and was very helpful in answering my questions throughout the process. I am very happy I chose to do business with them again and I really enjoy my new CRV!
I went in for oil change. Very well organized, clean, covid safe, very efficient. I would highly recommend.
How many days would you spend buying a car from one place? Well ours have been a week and at least 5 trips so far. They already run credit check inquiry affecting credit score, plus we already agreed a car we dont actually want, waited for hondas system crash that they cannot process applications (hard to believe but thats what we were told) and on top off all these paid deposit. Unfortunately these were not enough. How many stars you would have given? I wish there were negative stars.
Service staff was incredibly helpful when our battery went dead and we didnt have the code to get back into the radio screen. It was easily after 7pm and at times there were 4 people working to get us logged in. The car was used from IL and didnt come with a code! They even called the head mechanic for help! GREAT EXPERIENCE! Will return for any issues with my car!
Waited an hour for them to tell me no when they said we accept all credits.
We just got one of our work fleet trucks back from the Schlossmann Honda City Body Shop. They did a great job repairing, replacing and repainting the damage that had been done. The entire time our truck was down, the folks at Schlossmann Honda City kept in touch with us, answered all of our questions quickly and directly, and we always felt like a valued customer. Thanks to everyone that worked on our truck, this is one of those situations where we hope to not have to go through this again, but if something happens, well be coming back here for our body work. Thanks Honda City for keeping First Klass Window Cleaning rolling down the road in a great looking truck!
Great service, very helpful. The only dealership I will buy from I Milwaukee.
Was looking to purchase a CRV. Went to Schlossmanns to see if they could earn our business. They were unable to earn our business, found the same new Honda elsewhere for cheaper. In addition they really low balled us on the trade-in and would not negotiate much on the purchase. The sales professional was fine and courtesy, the problem was more with the sales manager. I think most customers want a fair, quick hassle free, experience, we found a better deal elsewhere.
Ok
Total 180 from our experience at a competing dealership. Staff was friendly, cars were clean! (It was amazing that other dealerships didn’t clean theirs, but these were very clean) At the other dealership we argued over trade in value for 2 hours, they eventually came up $2,500 from initial offer but by then we had enough and walked away. It turns out it was a great decision to walk away! We had 0 argument at Honda City, they gave us a fair offer from the start. At the other dealership they had priced the car incorrectly on Auto Trader but agreed to honor the price, they acted like it was a huge gift and that we were not being appreciative enough they honored their mistake. At Auto City the price was the same as the “glorious” deal that the other dealer offered us, a great price from the start. Additionally Joakim was a great salesman, he was willing to go on two test drives with two different vans of the same trim, without any appearance of annoyance. He got the sale in the end for 3 reasons1. Honda City takes good care of their vehicles, and presents them clean!2. Honda City does not play games, they offer a fair trade in price and a fair sticker price from the beginning.3. His customer service was stellar, it was a Saturday, which is always a busy day for a dealership. It took 5 hours from beginning to end (if you want it to go faster don’t go on a Saturday, take a day off work and go in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. Otherwise don’t complain about having it take long, it takes long at any dealership on peak hours/days) during the 5 hours we felt well attended too, with refreshments popcorn, and when it rained they pulled our trade indoors to grab our personal items to transfer into our new purchase. Our next purchase, the search will Start at Honda City.
Always very friendly service advisors and they keep you well updated.
I recently purchased a 2019 Accord Sport from Thomas Scherr, and was on the fence on whether or not doing the Accord or the Fit. Thomas made the entire process easy and painless, and was always mindful of my needs and requirements to best suit my vehicle for my family. The no-pressure sales approach and willingness to work with me on my decision made the entire experience outstanding. Thank you Thomas and the Honda City staff for the great purchase experience! I would highly recommend!
The car I bought had a dent on the tailgate we didnt notice due to the aggressive lines on cars these days and Juan was super helpful in having their dent guy pull it. Also the lobby is nice.
We purchased a 2020 CRV from Schlossman’s Honda City last week and are very happy with the vehicle and service we received. We looked at both used and new models. Salesman Tom Fasanello was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out which vehicle to purchase. He anticipated our questions and had the information we needed to make the purchase. After the purchase, Tom did a great job of explaining the operation of all the features.

Service Dept is excellent! Went to drop off my car for service, and Caitlin was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. She had gone over a few things that I hadnt known and gave me some interesting reading about my cars service! Highly recommend the service department here!
Terrible dont get a car at Honda city
Received a call from a jake that it was very urgent I return his call regarding a notification from Honda. This lead me to believe it was a recall for my car. It turns out they wanted me to trade in my car and buy new. The customer service manager was very rude when I shared my concerns and unapologetic. Are you guys this hard up for business?? I am considering getting a new car, but not at this establishment with these shady business practices.
They text when there is more work to be done, but not when the work is done so you can pick up your vehicle.
