From start to finish, they made sure to take care of me AND my car! The customer service was wonderful, the work done was GREAT, and the customer service was AWESOME! They detailed my car and fixed t!! They took care of EVERYTHING and I was able to worry about getting my other things in order with the theft of my car! Take your car to Tender Car! Tell em I sent you!!

The management was very helpful and the communication was great.I felt like they really cared about me and my vehicle situation. You need to have a little patience because of the high number of car thefts. But they will do their best to help get your vehicle back on the road.

The staff was very nice and professional. I was afforded a comfortable vehicle to ride as repairs were being made. However, my firearm was left under my seat and it was missing when I got my car back. Also, I never received a receipt for the repairs. Had these two things not happened I would have given 5 stars.

This place will take a vantage of you and your insurance. They will charge your insurance more money or tell you to pay more money there mess up. They have poor customer service. I also had my truck fixed here to and they didnt fix it right, Im in the Process in Suing in them for that right now

They did an awesome job with my SUV. I Really did not pay a deductible. I was really Happy with what I saw. They detailed it and made me feel like I was almost driving in a new car. My Harley Davidson mats looks better than when I first got them. Highly Recommend!

I took my car here on 7/27 for repair after an accident. I was told it would be completed on 8/13. On 8/13 I called to confirm it was completed. They said they received the wrong parts and it would be another week. I called on 8/21 as I hadnt heard anything. This time they said the parts came in dented, but it was being painted and would be do e next week. On 8/27 I called and was told the mechanic left for the day so they couldnt tell me if it was ready. The guy said he would call me 1st thu g in the morning. Next day I waited till afternoon. No call back. I called again and was told they were waiting on 2 parts that should be in today, and it would be done Monday. I was assured someone would call. Now its Monday 8/31. No one has called. I just called and again IT ISNT READY. They are still waiting for parts. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO CAR. THANK GOD FOR COVID! I would be in a very bad position if I wasnt working from home and needed to go to work. School starts tomorrow and Im grateful for remote learning as my son wouldnt be able to get to school.

There were a few hiccups, but they took care of everything and exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend them!

I have mixed feelings about Tender Car. One one hand the work they did is fine and looks good. On the other they had my car for close to a month, kept pushing back the date it would be ready and caused me a lot of hassle driving back from up north to get my car. I called and was promised a date it would be ready. I had to call them to verify it was going to be done. And again, the date was moved back. Not a parts, issue, not work needing to be finished, the detailer was too busy. All said they had my car for close to a month.

I am often a critic of how automotive shops run. Tender Car is AWESOME!! They fixed my destroyed Ford Escape and even fixed a dent that I made for FREE. Plus they saved me $500 which is a lot of money. I dont know how they do all of it. I was in an accident a couple years ago and the body shop charged me the $500 deductible and were horrible! Tender Car is professional and easy to deal with. They always pick up the phone and are willing to help. Great job all around. The damage was so bad I cant believe they know how to fix this stuff.

Had my car fixed and redone since they guarantee their work. The paint still chipped away again. I am done and will deal with it.

Was very disappointed called about my car to be looked at for a radar issue the girl said 125.00 just to look at it never was charged that before and I knew tow was an additional 90.00 she said I needed half down which I have been going there for years never had to do that. I said if I could talk to Tim who use to work on my car she said he never worked there. Like I was a liar. I asked to speak with John which I never heard from. Took my car elsewhere they lost my business. Not the same anymore.😞😞

Total waste of time and money. I called on a Saturday to make an appointment to bring in my car, which has a hatchback that wont open. I was told that I needed to bring the car in for diagnosis before I could make an appointment. I went in on Monday and was told that I needed to make an appointment before my car could be seen. Brought it back for an appointment on Tuesday. By that time I was having second thoughts about the place both for their bad information initially, and even more, because nobody was wearing a mask 😝. I think thats disrespectful to your customers. I was called about an hour later and quoted over $400 to replace my trunk latch. That quote didnt strike me as fair, so I went back to pick up my car. They then proceed to charge me $90 for looking at my car. I asked to speak with the mechanic who looked at my car so I could better understand the problem, and was told first that he was working on another car and couldnt be bothered, then when I persisted, that he didnt speak much English. Ive never been unable to speak with the person who actually worked on my car. Everything about the place felt like they were looking to make a buck, customer be damned. I would never go back or recommend this place.

Tender Car does have excellent customer service.They fail completely in time of delivery and quality. My vehicle had minor damage and was suppose to be completed in two weeks, they had it for a month! They damaged two interior parts and cut one of my tires when changing out my wheels. The final detailing left my car in worse shape then when I dropped it off. Hazing everywhere, I will have to have it redone.Very poor quality, I do not recommend.

I was given a quote on a MBs repair, but there was more work that needed to be done. I had more of my deductible paid than I anticipated. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service was great. Very comfortable environment.

Ive been waiting for our truck for the last few weeks.one day its pose to be ready then they say Thursday,then friday.now they say Monday... Its Sunday so well see tomorrow.Hopefully itll be done right.

Recently brought my vehicle to Tender car after getting into a pretty bad accident and hearing an AD on the radio. I had no idea what to do and where to start but the second i walked in to Tender car I was greeted by great knowledgeable people who assured me they would help through every step of the process and thats exactly what they did. My vehicle was even cleaned up and i saved $400 on my deductible! If i ever need work done on my vehicle in the future (hopefully not) I will be bringing it to Tender Car!

I just picked my car up from Tender Car. This was the second time Ive used them for body work after my car had been hit while parked. The whole process was made very easy, and John, the owner/operator, is there all the time, answers the phone, takes care of customers. My repairs took longer than expected but they were very accommodating with use of one of their loaners. My car was beautiful when I picked it up - spic and span - has not looked this good since I bought it! I recommend Tender Car to everyone!

Cant keep good tech, says he cant afford them, but employs people that play on their phones all day, or are out in back having good old time, While phones ring off the hook. Keeps cheap help, with limited knowledge. Takes 3 months to 1 year to complete a vehicle? Really? Not strongly recommended!!! He rips off insurance companies and customers. Tech in service is a parts replacer. Pathetic place. DONT GO THERE! COMMERTIALS ATE LIES!

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car repair / auto body shop, and I’ve dealt with quite a few unfortunately. Only went here for the deductible credit. They took a full 30 days to repair my car, with 3 supplements to the insurance company. I understand 1 supplement but not 3. And every time I called for updates, I’d get the run around and incorrect information. They definitely don’t care about their customers. I didn’t have to pay the full deductible, but the number of calls to them and wait times and emails and calls to my insurance company and car rental company were a nightmare. I literally likely spent hours on the phone in total. I knew it likely wouldn’t be a pleasant experience by what looks like 100+ cars in their lot. Lesson learned.

This is my 3rd time having body work done here. Great service and turn around time. Fair prices. Plus supporting local business is always a good thing when the quality is outstanding.

Ran into a few snags during the repair process resulting in a delay in completion. After a couple trips back for touch up work the end results are great and the car never looked better.

I was satisfied with the work. However they still kept my car for 10 days for an 11 hour job. They also do not pay up to a $500 deductible as their sign would have you believe. They paid $200 of my $500 deductible which was fair enough. However I would have rather just paid the whole $500 and skipped the long wait time.

My experience and my opinion of this repair facility is one the WORST auto repair shop I ever been to in my life. I took two cars there for repairs (my truck and my wifes car) and I sent my daughter there with her car for repairs and within 6-9 months all the cars had additional issues that never got fixed. I was told that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. What a joke! They do good body work and you save that $500 deductible from the insurance, but the mechanical repairs I could have done myself. Customer service is down right terrible...I asked to speak with the owner John Peachtree at least five times for a resolution and got nothing!

I had my Scion fixed here through my insurance. Initally I didnt understand how the deductible thing worked. Tender Car explained it pretty well over the phone and got my car in. I was amazed at how the car looked when they were done. It was like the accident never happened. Plus they cleaned the heck out of the interior. Totally unexpected and I have to say I was a little embarrassed at the condition of my interior. I work out of my car and it was filthy. They shampooed and cleaned it better than I have ever seen. Cleaner than when I bought it. Great Job guys.

These guys are awesome! It is obvious that their top priority is providing good service. They fixed my cars dents and scratches and they covered my deductible. It was so easy. Also, when I picked my car up, the power window wasnt working. Instead of going through a big hassle with the insurance company to have it added to the claim, they went ahead and ordered the part needed and installed it without any charge. They also do a great job detailing.

I took my car there to be repaired. I was put in a loaner until i would have gotten mine back. Come to find out the loaner they put me in was not registered since 2013 the back tail light was out...It was all bad for such a reputable company

I’m a single mom with a 2011 Toyota Sienna. The front bumper was lost in an accident (my boys and I weren’t hurt), but the car was not safe to drive.Tender Car took such good care of me. The deductible help made a huge difference in my out of pocket costs and they not only did a great job with the repairs they detailed the inside. It’s spotless. I have three boys and we spend a lot of time in the van. It’s neat and clean and I’m so happy I could cry.Thank you!

I would highly recommend this place if:• Youre able to be without your vehicle past the timeframe its due back to you (thus tapping out your rental reimbursement coverage through your insurance). Did I mention we were told 2wks and it was over 1 1/2mths....• Youre use to doing numerous follow-up calls to check the status of repairs because 1) youre nearing the time to return your rental and 2) its past the date of your vehicle repairs being complete• You want additional repairs because your radio/back up camera are now inoperable (both were operable when you brought it to them)• Youre ok with them re-using your damaged parts (from minor rear end damage) as if you wouldnt notice• Youre ok with them offering you a rental vehicle that needs more repairs than your vehicle being repaired(I had to choose a star to post this)

I read all the reviews, and what people complained about was how long things took. So I thought I would give them a try because they pay your deductible. I AM SO HAPPY I DID. Ok yea it took 3 weeks for a loaner car to be available, and it took 2 weeks to do the work. But MY CAR LOOKS GREAT! Not only did they repair what I took it in for, when they painted or detailed it or whatever they got rid of dings and scratches clear on the other side of the car. Never would have expected that. My car looks brand new again, did I mention they washed and vacuumed the inside also....wow good looking.I know I sound like they paid me but they didnt. But because they paid my deductible I got my car fixed FOR FREE!

Great advertising got my attention,Tender Car helped me get my car towed in immediatley,and when I came in to sign repair authorization my five hundred dollar deductible was covered, the customer service was great and tried to keep me informed as much as possible with what was going on with my car, I would have given this a four star review due to a small delay in parts but when I got my car back the body work and paint looked fantastic,they pulled my car around just washed and the inside was cleaned.I have to say I was a bit skeptical when reading some of the reviews,but my experience was great.

From the owner to the manager they dont give a care about customers the owner hires Mexican only two managers walkt out on the past 2 months has employees paying others.takes money out of peoples checks so imaging how he treats customers.. The owner has his favorite employees .as you can see no african Americans work for him

Was in a car accident back in January, and brought my car to tender car in February, i finally got my car back about a week and a half ago. I decided to try tender car because of the help with the deductible, If i could give half a star i would. The whole time my vehicle was in their possession, i received maybe 3-4 phone calls. I was calling them almost everyday to hear they would call me back, to no call backs. Every time my vehicle was supposed to be done, it never was. At one point i called to verify my vehicle would be ready for pick up the next day, to find out my insurance had totaled my car out, and they stopped working on it. received no phone call and didnt find out until i called under the impression my car was almost ready. Communication was absolutely terrible, and a constant run around. Fast forward, everything was worked out with my insurance and they fixed my car. after receiving a couple more finish dates i finally got my car. Mind you i live a good hour away, and on my way home, i notice i nice sized crack in my windshield. Called them up, and of course someone will get back to me.........still waiting on that phone call. I was having issues as well with my lights on the passenger side, which is the side that had the damage and was replaced. My husband took it apart to swap out the light bulbs, which on average are cheapest $10 a piece, and discovered the technician who worked on my car, never grounded the wire, so it was shorting out. Was charged for a hubcap, which is not on my car, and was offered when i picked it up to purchase one from them for $30. Was charged for a replaced air-intake but have the broken one still in my vehicle. Save yourself the time, its nice that they help with deductibles, but the hassle is honestly not worth it.

Brought my 2012 Chevy Malibu in due to an accident which wasnt my fault. Tender Car paid my ENTIRE deductible! Not only did they fix the car but they also detailed the car for free!!! The owner was more than willing to make any necessary accommodations since I live an hour away.I had the car back within a week but noticed that a tail light had not been replaced; called them up and got it fixed the next day. The owner also gave me a bunch of free car washes for the hassle of bringing the car back in. More than happy with the service they provided and would gladly take my car there again.

THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE! They lacked professionalism from the very beginning and someone drove my car home. Yes, you read that correctly... SOMEONE DROVE MY CAR HOME regularly while it supposedly was still being fixed.I was initially told two weeks and it ended up taking five weeks. During those last couple of weeks, while I was growing more and more frustrated and paying more and more money for my rental, my car was on the road regularly. Not sure who it was but someone drove it home, and wherever else for a few nights. When I went to check on it, I was given the run-around and told it was locked in a building they didnt have access to.I obviously was angry, but wanted to make sure I got my car back without any hidden damage. When it was finally returned, I thought everything was fine. NOPE.... a couple weeks later I ended up with internal problems. I took it to a different mechanic and I did not tell them I recently had body work done. Their exact words after looking at my vehicle This is weird. A piece is missing and were not sure how that could have come off. Weve never seen that gone before...My car only has 60,000 miles. What do you think happened?AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone at any time, our truck was in an accident, had a lot of damage, I realize its going to be alot of work to fix it, but if they tell you a date that its supposed to be ready it should be ready or dont give a date, our date has been changed 5x, yes they said they would pay our deductible, but if I would have known it was going to be this unorganized, I definitely would have taken it to a more reputable business. Then after weeks of waiting, they offer a loaner car, a very old loaner car, that we notice a few days later that the plates are expired.....are you kidding me. Not confident at all to see our truck!

I was overall pleased with my service. I was offered a free shuttle ride to and from work (in West Allis) and the shuttle driver was very knowledgeable about the area we were driving through and I got a little bit of a nice history lesson. As for the service itself, the outside of the car turned out beautiful! My only complaint was that they made the inside glass more dirty than it started. Cleaning residue and streaks all over the place. I didnt notice it until I was driving home into the sun :(

My insurance company paid Tender Car over 12,000 to fix my brand new car. After two months the car woyld not start

Way over priced. They want $900 for a small blend job that i can get done for $300 at most body shops. I dont recommend this place due to pricing.

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!! DO NOT USE TENDER CAR!My husbands car went in for a simple repair and was quoted to be a one week job. It took 3 weeks to get his car back. The shop promised to continue paying on my husbands rental car after our insurance stopped paying on it. THEY LIED!!! We ended up getting stuck with $172 in rental car charges because they did not stick to their end of the bargain. They also dont communicate with customers. If we needed updates, we either had to call ourselves or our insurance company would call. It has now been about a month since this initially happened. I reported this issue to Better Business Bureau. The owner ended up replying that he would send us a check to cover the rental car charges, and he apologized for the issue. He also added he would send a gift certificate for a free detail, which honestly, we dont care about. We want the refund that we are due. As soon as we accepted his offer through BBB, he said he would send out the check immediately and to confirm the address. We confirmed the address. It has now been almost 3 weeks and still no check. Every time I call, I get told they will have the owner call me back. He never does. I contacted BBB, they reopened the claim, and he still has not replied back about it. I just called again and told the clerk at Tender Car that I am getting ready to take this to the Milwaukee news station to get to our resolution. I am so furious!!! This place is so shady! Horrible customer service!!! Go somewhere else!!

This amazing business covered my deductible which saved me $500. They put me in a car that was on site and it didnt cost me anything (but I beleive they billed my insurance). Overall I am happy with the job. Beyond that I am so grateful for the fact that they covered my deductible! I literally cried when they told me they would cover the whole thing. I have been driving my car for 6 months with pretty severe damage because I just didnt have the deductible. When I saw the commercial on TV I thought there must be a catch. There wasnt. They fixed everything, dealt with my insurance, and it didnt cost me a dime. They took longer than I thought it was going to take but that seems irrelevant compared to the fact that they saved me $500 that I simply did not have. Loved everything about Tender Car and I would definately reccommend them in the future.

For the sake of your safety for the sake of your sanity do not take your car to Tender car please read the reviews please go to Better Business Bureau see the numerous complaints that they have against them I am pretty sure that soon enough theyll have plenty of lawsuits against them as well here is my story youll find it to be long as was the process of trying to get my car fixed in the end costing me out of pocket over $900 Tender car had my car for over a month for a bumper replacement they kept claiming they had the wrong bumper brackets when my insurance said it was the very last day they would cover a car and I told tender car they would have to then provide me a car suddenly they had the brackets and it was fixed that day about a month later my bumper was coming apart so I brought it back they told me it needed new brackets so they would order them it took about another month to get the new brackets in they never called me I had to call them only to find out that they had shipped them back for some reason so they now had to reorder the brackets then they put the new brackets on the very next day my bumper was popping out so I came back to them and was told that they were going to have to take the bumper off to see what the problem was it was going to take a couple of hours five minutes later they come out with my car all fixed we epoxied it they said there was a broken part on the bracket so we are going to epoxy glue it and that will hold it and I said this is how you plan to fix my car glue it together and he said yes I have tried to contact the owner several times he refuses to return my phone calls please save yourself the time and effort and the money and do not go to Tender car it is not worth the couple of hundred dollars that they may or may not save you on your deductible because it all depends on how much the repairs cost they may not even be able to help you with the deductible they dont tell you that at first though so no dont waste the time your time is worth way more than the money that theyre going to give you and to not even get your car fixed the right way apparently gluing things together as their motto 2 weeks later after they glued my bumper together my hood was detaching from the bumper took it to a reputable auto body shop and they told me the core bar that the Hood latch was attached to was damaged in the accident however they bent it back in place instead of actually fixing the part 2 headlamps should have been replaced which were not which was the cause of my bumper continuing to fall apart if they would have just fixed those things my car would have been okay but they did not finally I got a hold of somebody they said that they could give me a free paint detailing I laughed and said why would I ever trust you with my car I want my money back this is ridiculous they said they couldnt do it so now I have complaint with the Better Business Bureau

We have been taking our cars to tender car for years. They always come out very clean and smooth. I purchased a car from a dog lover and brought it here and they used their ozonator over the weekend and the dog smell was gone for good.You will not find a comparable service in Milwaukee. I drive 40 mins to get work done here from the suburbs. and it is worth it.

Just got my Cadillac out of the shop and I am floored by the great job. Thought the car was totaled when I wrecked it but these guts fixed it and didnt even charge me the deductible! Also they detailed the car cleaner than I have ever experienced. Really overboard with the service. These guys save me $500, clean the car up, and they threw me a loaner to use. BEAUTIFUL job guys and thank you to Gian who walked me through the insurance process. I wouldnt of figured it all out on my own. Any dad with kids is going to appreciate this place!

I took my car in for repairs and it took them 31 days before it was ready for me to pick up! Excuse after excuse then they painted the new parts the wrong color!! Which took another two days of waiting I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE yes the work was excellent but it was very very stressful for me and was without a vehicle for most of this time!! My first time involved in an accident and TENDER CARs experience just made it worse.... SMH

For my birthday, my husband took my car here to be detailed. They never called him to say it was ready and when he went there to pick it up, the windows were closed and water was dripping down the inside of them. He stayed there an extra 40 min (until they closed) and tried to have them fix the problems he could see. The window situation, areas that were not cleaned, etc. Once I got it back, I could tell right away it was done poorly. There were buffing compound smudges all over the outside and it did not shine at all. Everything on the inside was greasy and the floor mats have a couple little pools of grease. The worst part though was that they attempted to remove a circle of adhesive that I had on the dashboard. It looks like they took steel wool to it!! I feel like they actually devalued my car and Im pretty upset about it. They basically took our $250 and ruined my birthday.

I cant trust a bisness that lies and misleads even before I bring my car in like in advertising. He says its cause of his bisness and paying $500.00 deductible insurance companies are working extra hard for us to go to insurance companies shops cause they get a discount. Its not cause of tender car. Insurance companies have been doing that from the beginning of insurance.

There were times when they provided excellent service. But the last two times their services were rushed and incomplete. I thought the first time was just a fluke and gave them a second chance. I would usually get the Black Tie ($200), but last time I wanted the White Glove ($300) which would have included the scotch guard. But this last time the car was returned to me late still completely wet on the inside and the scotch guarding wasnt performed on the seats. In addition I had ordered new tires and they neither balanced them nor even bothered to clean off the rims before putting the new tires back on, which caused me a few visits to a repair shop due to leaking air. Unfortunately, but for sure a business I will never return to.

Cant believe my car looks so good. Bought the white glove details package and WOW, cant....so clean. I also had an brake job done through the repair shop and it cost me $200 less than any other quote I got. Great small shop

This place begs for good reviews from customers, friends, and employees, they even offered me $500 for a good yelp review!I unfortunately worked at this establishment for a time, they didnt even make sure I had a drivers license before dropping me off and havingme drive a customers car home from a dealership they sent it to! I did have my license, but still! infact they didnt take or confirm any of my credentials I just walked in off of craigslist! Aside from that theyre constantly backed up and pushing pick up for your car further and further away from the original date untiil they finally let you take home their unfinished product because they cant stall you any longer!I remember one specific instance where the body shop tech forgot to install the logo on someones bumper... not a huge deal quick fix for the man on shift, but upon installing the logo we realized they had forgotten to install license plate lights, which are illegal to not have in working order! when i called my superior about the issue they asked me if i would even noticed when i hesitated they said that must mean I cant and to give it to the customer anyway!To sum it up i would never bring my car here and am doing you all a service letting you know to do likewise!

Great car wash and interior cleaning packages, they leave my car looking like new when I take it in, pricey but worth it.

They told me my car would be ready the 18th then they said the 22 and now there saying the 26th! They dont call in advance and let you know, you basically have to harrass them! This is my first and last time bringing my car to this place!!!!

Obviously their top priority is milking insurance companies and repairing fictional damages. Had bumper damage on passenger rear, they added $1500 for driver side quarter panel repair...
