Great service. I dropped my car off in the morning for glass repair. They were finished by the time I got off. I was quoted $462 after tax, much more affordable than other other places without insurance.

10 out of 10 would recommend! I called the staff and asked if they could replace my front passenger window and they got me in the next day, no questions asked, even though they were still busy. They got my car done within an hour and a half. While I was waiting, who appeared to be the manager offered for one of his employees to drive a lady home who lived close because they knew she was waiting for the car at the shop and the repair was going to take a couple of hours. They even offered to bring her car to her home. How sweet!All in all, amazing staff who work hard and care about their customers. The guy at the front desk even gave me stickers that he made for cars that have valet keys to prevent break-ins.I just cant say enough.

Service was fast but the front windshield camera has been loose and falling off ever since. I went in one time to have it fixed and was told that the windshield we were given might be the cause and if I keep having problems with the camera to come back for a new windshield!?? Luckily the windshield has been okay and we haven’t had any problems but we still have a camera that has to be pushed onto the windshield multiple times per day. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just seal it to the windshield like it was originally.

They repaired a Kia rear window for us (sigh) quickly, it was a Friday night they offered to do it even at the end of the day as we wait, but we were fine for next morning completion. New window looks fine, price was $280 which I thought was fair. One thing I complemented them on, they were the only place to actually answer the phone and not send a frantic victim of vandalism into phone-hell. 5 star ratings. Give them your business.

Came in with a front passenger side window that wasnt working properly. They got me in the same day that I called and gave me a few cost options based on what the extent of the repair might be. Turned out that it was a pretty simple fix once they got inside the door to diagnose the problem. They were able to fix it quickly and generously didnt charge me for the work. Super friendly staff with a good sense of humor. Ill keep these guys in mind next time I have any car issues. Go Cubs.

Had windshield replaced by this place. They stole something from the car. When I approached them, they denied it of course and called me “stupid and swearing and very unprofessional”. Bald headed guy name “Tom” he’s the manager which is the same person that was doing the name calling and very unprofessional and yelling in front of 10 other customers at the shop.Do not do business there. All they have is young crack head looking workers that will take ur clothes from you if you let them.Don’t recommend at all….————————————————————————————Responding: Car was there 1 day not 4 and I was there when car drove from their lot to your location. Headphones were there when car left to come to your shop.. what’s disturbing is that you know you have junky employees and isn’t willing to show the cameras because you know the truth lays there and are not gonna accept the fault for ur shady employees.. In addition, why call paying customers “stupid” and “fuck you” in front of other customers which shows your low level of education and non-existing of your customer service skills..If you were smart, you would have handled it very differently and checked your cameras if you truly believe your employees would not steal..

I took my car in last Saturday and they called it was done. I got there and it wasn’t complete. They forgot to replace my side mirror and didn’t put my sun strip on either. I was very upset they told me it would be done by noon and this was now 130. Then they said an hour and they didn’t call me back until 3:52 they close at 4! I asked the manager for a discount for my inconvenience he said no it’s a mistake we’re human and I’m not cutting my throat! Seriously where’s the customer service. Over all the tints are ok but I was not happy with the fact it took them all day with my car which I was told a two hour job!!

Free windshield chip repair is no joke! Brought my car in and luckily the chip was small enough and in the right place, service was friendly and quick as well.

Terrible customer service experience.... Extremely rude and dismissive for no reason.... I received an email saying they would beat competitors prices by 10-15%.... Upon showing them a competitors price that was lower, they said they would match it, but not honor what they sent me in an email in regards to being 10-15% lower.... I was cut off in the middle of my sentence and handed my keys back, and told to go to the competitor..... This is after making a 45 minute drive to SafeAuto Glass smh.... I will definitely take my business elsewhere, I dont support rude ungrateful companies!!!

This company was a headache from day 1. Came to site to replace window, left said needed to order custom window and came back next day. None of that was known until WE called. Then window wouldnt work properly . They said I needed to drive to shop, 45 min away. Took car to my mechanic and he found parts not installed properly and broken glass still in vehicle. Very unhappy and 1 wk to fix a simple window.

Owners was very rude to me, I spoke with him Sunday & he told me to come in at 10:30am when I arrived he told me I had to do my own insurance claims but when I spoke to him the day before he said he would take care of me, customer service was very poor. He did not respect me he was yelling at me in front of other customers, saying he didn’t want my service. highly don’t recommend.Update: I was there at 10:25 am to be exact, I gave you my insurance information, I was waiting for my mother to send it over which didn’t even take five minutes, I also told you I had to get that information offline when we spoke over the phone because everything was closed because it was Sunday. You never told me that I would have to do my own insurance claim when I spoke to you the day before. The fact you didn’t even have my information in your computer system for my appointment when your secretary looked it up speaks value. You also had over 5 customers waiting in your shop for 10:00/10:30 am appointments, you don’t schedule 5 appointments for the same time that’s very poor time management skills sir. Besides all that, I then asked you will my car be ready before 2 pm because I had to work, you then said “ you don’t even have your insurance claim done yet “ (which was something you was suppose to have done for me) after that you got rude in front of your customers, that’s when I returned the same energy. You treated me poorly with no customer service skills that’s when I became vulgar & disrespectful because respect is earned not given sir. You get what you dish out now have a wonder day & I pray God bless you with a better attitude. ❤️

Very fast service. Called them in the afternoon and got my windshield replaced by the evening.The only area they can improve is by vaccuming the whole car properly to remove any small glass pieces from the inside of the car.

Called them to replace my windshield on my truck. I paid for them to come to my work place and repair on site. everything went great! 3 months later the seal around the windshield started coming off and flapping in the wind. When I called they were extremely rude and it seemed like I was bothering them. I asked them to come here and repair the issue but they first told me I must bring it there. The lady was rude and handed the phone to another guy. I told him that I paid for you to come to me to fix so why must I bring the car to you to repair your mistake. I could tell he was BSing me and stated he would see what they could do and call me back and let me know when they could come.. Been 2 weeks and no call back or email. They were fast to take my money but wont fix the issue that was under warranty! do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.Ill update this if I happen to hear from them..

I called for a question about a leak in my sunroof, the manager walked out with me and did a quick test. I couldnt believe that it was a quick adjustment I could do myself. He pointed out what I had to do.They are very honest, I could imagine taking it somewhere else and them charging me an outrageous amount for what I was told to do in just a minute.Yes, really it just took a minute for me to do.

Great fast service at good price!

Updated 4/29/18 - photos of more things falling apart due to poor/rushed workmanshipThe work on my car looks rushed - the windshield fluid hose was not reconnected and the plastic sealing on the bottom of the windshield now hangs loose and rattles. They offered to price match a nearby shop that offer similar quality of work, even that price was not competitive to other shops. I chose this shop after the manager promised to meet my deadline, they had 2 hours to complete the work. Not only did they fail to meet the deadline, the manager could have cared less. I had to ask when the promised deadline rolled around, ended up being late to work. They must have bumped me for other customers that came in, this seems to be a running theme in the 1 star reviews here.I emailed them about this, have yet to hear back. So much for the added value of warranties. Also my invoice bills 3.1 hours for work that took them no more than 2.5 hours. In the attached images you can see how they messed up the washer fluid hose so that liquid went all over the filter. The plastic molding at the bottom of the windshield is not set correctly, so it rattles when Im on the highway. In the past Ive been able to trust auto repair shops at their word, this is the first time its burned me.Update 4/29/18 -The rain sensor/antenna connection has either fallen loose or was never reconnected, you can also see where pieces of the dashboard are falling off. I still have not been contacted by management.

Brought in my truck for a chip repair on my windshield. They were great. Very friendly staff. Awesome service. Also have very good prices. If you ever need your glass replaced or repaired this is the place. Don’t take it anywhere else. Just stop by here and they will take care of you. It doesn’t matter what kind of vehicle you have. Oh yeah they didn’t even charge me for the chip repair. Which a lot of places charge you 30$-75$. So that tells you they really care about there customers and are very professional about there work. I would have to say this is the best place to have any of your glass repair worked on. Keep up the good work guys.

Got me in within 12 hours of a shattered back windshield glass.. did a good job on installation & even vacuumed glass in back seat. Only complaint is: the labor was 2hrs MAX & on my receipt he charged me for 3.75 which added quite a bit on to final cost.. didnt notice until I got home but I was just happy to have it fixed & didnt have it in me to call & make a fuss..

I was instantly greeted by Tom the Owner. He walked outside with me to look at my windshield and had on of his employees take care of it. While my kids and I waited he was super friendly and offered us donuts and cookies lol. It was so nice and I will definitely be returning to have my car detailed! Thanks Tom 😉

After 3 moths of my son had the windshield replaced on his car a 2015 Hyundai sonata, the windshield started cracking at the center bottom of this we went back to this place and the owner gave us a very rude attitude claiming that some work was performed in the car and this was the cause of the windshield cracked up, got very upset.... I wouldve given them 0 start as rate.

We waited outside for 4 and a half hours and finally he brought our car in. He was very rude and unprofessional the car was only in there for 30 mins and he charged us for 2 and a half hours of labor. They wouldnt accept my debit card cause it has no name on the front of it. So they made us walk to an atm to pull the cash out. When I asked for a discount he rudely declined. Save your money go somewhere else. Reported to the BBB

Late on a Saturday I found out my rear glass was broken accidentally. I called Safe Auto Glass and they had me bring it in the same day. They cleaned up all the glass and plasticed over the window until they could get the glass to replace it on Monday. They then PICKED MY CAR UP FROM MY JOB, & THEN DROPPED IT BACK OFF WHEN DONE!! AMAZING customer service, will never go anywhere else for glass work. A+ service here.

Had my car for a whole day. Called me at 6 told me it was done. Went and they were still working on it. Wake up the next morning I see the biggest mess inside my car. There’s scratches in the tint. They weren’t done right at all. Bubbles all over and everything. First and last time I go there

My car was broken into through the drivers side quarter pane. Other places were quoting me $550 for a replacement and had fully booked schedules. This place not only was able to do it for hundreds of dollars less, they were able to get me in the next day and it was done in an hour and a half. In short, here you will find great prices, great service, and be back on the road in no time.

Something chipped my windshield on the way to work so I called around. One place quoted me $130 which included a discount so I called around and found this place which quoted me ZERO dollars for a chip repair on my windshield. The quote for a replacement was also cheaper than the other place. I went in after work and was initially told I may have to wait or make an appointment but someone said they could do it so I waited less than 10 minutes before they got my truck and brought it in. Total time was less than 30 minutes and I was on my way home! My recommendation would be to make an appointment because they can get busy. Staff was friendly and professional.

This business is down right unprofessional, disrespectful, and non trustworthy. Not only was the owner distasteful, but lack the customer service skill in all aspects. I was quoted (in person) for a crack repair, once I arrive owner advise “it’s a replacement, either fix it or get out of my shop”. I was hushed and told he wasn’t gonna argue when I went to explain my last visit (which was less than 24 hours ago) Police report was made after police were called after I chose to do business elsewhere. Little does the owner know his OWN ASSOCIATE left the premises to help me right outside the business (less than 30 minute repair) and advise the owner is very rude Save your time and money!! Do not go here!

They got my windshield replaced quickly, and for a price much lower than other places I received quotes from.

The staff wasn’t helpful. My car has a little crash on windshield like fingerprint size but he said this is not chip so we need change whole windshield. He said it costs $240. The thing is my car is 1998 Toyota Camry. Even my friend has brand new Toyota Sienna changed his windshield $150 cost so I never want to go there again.

I went here to replace my drivers side window. Turns out my regulator broke while closing my window(at 65 mph on the freeway no less). Safe auto glass identified the problem quick, ordered the part, had it shipped, and the new window installed in a little over the 2 hours promised. I only spent 100 dollars more than I would have just to replace the window at a competitors price. Will return if needed.

Was referred to them by my car insurance. They are supposed to come to your place to do the repair. They came and decided it really should be replaced versus just fixing the chip. So they had to order a windshield. Then I had the appt set up for them to come back to my house. They never showed. I called and they said the service tech didnt come in. That they cant guarantee that a service tech could come out to me again and that if I wanted my windshield replaced, that I needed to come to them. I went there yesterday. One the door and inside are signs stating that face masks are required. Three different people working inside did NOT have masks on. I asked the one lady why she wasnt wearing one and she replied, Because I dont want to.

Disrespectful! You set up an appointment and when you come in they tell you it will take 3 hours to do work! Why lie, they should tell you to drop off vehicle and then call you in 2-3 hours because there are other customers before you.

This was a great CS experience. 15 mins after I emailed them for a quote they texted me w their hiurs/ location a long with cost of replacing the back windsheild. Iwas told initially it would take an hour. I was out in 45 mins. They have a cozy waiting area in the back with a clean and comfy couch., also had a good movie playing during my wait. It is a freindly and professiona environment and would definitely use and recommend their business again.

Outcome of replacing glass was good. However, better communication is needed. Told vehicle would be ready by end of the day and was not. Matter of fact I had to call for a update on several occasions when they should have called me.

I had a chipped windshield and while getting quotes I came across the ad from Safe Auto Glass stating FREE windshield chip repair. I was a bit skeptical because nowadays nothing is free. I walked in and had my truck looked at. They said due to the size of the chip there’s a 50/50 chance I may need a new windshield. I was going to schedule an appointment until they said if I had time the could knock it out while I wait then and there. They were fast and FREE. Yes FREE. The staff were professional and I was in and out in no time.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!I have never before taken the time to write a review on any business, but this was truly the most bold face rip off Ive ever experienced in my entire life.I called around to different shops to get quotes on install of the passenger door window in my chevy silverado. I found the glass at a salvage yard for 65 bucks and Safe Auto Glass quoted me another 65 to install it.I waited for about two hours before they could get my truck into the shop, and upon removal of the door panel I was told that the regulator which controls the electric window also needed to be replaced. I looked up the cost of the part and found that it was roughly 50 bucks retail. I asked the mechanic how long it would take to install it and he told me about 20 minutes. So as any honest and logical human would think, I assumed that the additional cost would be roughly 100-150 bucks with the additional 20 minutes of labor, so all in at the shop for 165-215 bucks.I told them to go ahead with the install feeling pretty confident in the total cost.When the truck was complete I was called up to the counter and the receptionist told me the original 65 bucks plus the regulator totalled THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS.I asked if there was a mistake and the owner turned around and said no there is no mistake. I asked how in the world a 50 dollar part costed me 280 fking dollars and his repsonse was labor costs man. I told him that the mechanic told me it woiuld take him 20 minutes to install it and there is no way in hell that was his charge for labor. His response was its my shop and i can charge whatever I want to charge. I laughed and told him he runs bad business and that it was a total rip off. I reluctantly handed over my card, got my receipt and grabbed my keys and left the shop.This guy is dishonest and roped me in with a reasonably priced install and completely took advantage of the situation and charged me 230 dollars for 20 minutes of labor. Completely unreasonable and truly grimey business. I made sure to tell all of my friends and family about this experience and I hope this review will deter any potential first time customers from choosing this company.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Tom agreed put windows in my Mercedes Sprinter when several other shops turned me down. Im pleased with the results, his work is professional. I would not hesitate to have Tom and his crew work on my van again.

The year of 2019 I got an windshield installed on my car, I started to have electrical problems that cost me 2700 of work. The dealer stated that my windshield was leaking and corroded my fuse box and damaged some wire harness. If a windshield installation is put make sure inspect your vehicle for any water leaking or pay the price like me!

Don’t go there they say 3 hours but take 4+ hours...this is my first and last time coming here I have a business so my truck is what I need to get my orders completed so when you say 3 hours or less I expect 3 hours or less. My time is valuable.

My boyfriend took in his car to get it tinted today. We dropped off the car at 9am and was told that the car would be done in 2.5-3 hrs. But we didn’t get our car back till 4:30pm. They did a poor job with the tinting, and didn’t even bother to clean the windows before they tinted . His back pillar was coming off and they didn’t even bother to put it back. (Keep in mind the pillar and car is in fantastic shape) . There is bubbles in the tint, dirt in between the tint, water marks, and the tint looks so dirty from inside. He paid $150+taxes for a $75 job. He waited for 7.5 hours to have a rushed job done on his tint.

Good BUT, make sure they have the window seal for your vehicle. Upon arrival at 10:00 they notice my windshield seal was rotting and needed to be replaced. I was told the replacement seal would arrive at 13:00. It arrived at 13:32 and the window was FINISHED at 14:00. BUT I hadnt planned on being there that long.

Absolutely the best place to go for windshield repair! Tom and his team are wonderful people and offer the top of the line help. I appreciate what they did for me as my windshield needed to be replaced but at the time I couldnt afford it. So they tried to just repair the crack in the windshield and turned out pretty good, I am very satisfied with what I got. I will be back anytime!

A pebble had hit my windshield and left a small crack. I had called around to several glass places and they were ridiculous with their pricing. Safe auto glass was offering a special for the month of April for free windshield repairs if I brought the car to them. When I got there they were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they fixed my windshield in about 20-30 minutes. Not only was it FREE but it looked great and it also came with a warranty. I will definitely be recommending them from now on. Thank you Safe auto glass!!

One day, I returned to my car after a long day of work to see a massive crack in the front windshield. I called my insurance company, who recommended me to Safelite... who wanted almost $700 for a compact car. Instead, I shopped around and found this shop. They were significantly less (less than half the cost of Safelite), and the guy I spoke to on the phone was very friendly.They quickly scheduled me (for the next morning) and drove out to my house to do the repair, almost to the minute of the time I was scheduled for. I believe they were finished in less than 30 minutes, and did a fantastic job.
