Great Customer service. I needed a connector but every place told me i had to buy the whole part.Not only did Ace Auto Salvage give me the connector. The guy at the front desk gave me advice on how to do the job myself.I cant recommend this place enough. I wish i could give Ace Auto Salvage more stars

Great place for hard to find used parts

I feel like I was talked at not too.It wasnt a bad experience, but I felt like I didnt get the help I needed for the part I was looking for.

Very unprofessional specially the guy sitting on the front desk, wasnt helpful or respectful. Unfortunately I didnt catch his name. Only giving them 2 stars because only 2 people were willing to help and were respectful. Most were rude and showed attitude.

They have everything great service was given many options on replacement parts. Will recommend if you need minor and Major parts for your car

Mixed feelings at this place.Was there a year or so ago and customer service was bad staff was unprofessional. Recently I decided to give them another shot and had no complaints this time around. Will update my review the next time i need to take a trip there.

If i could have given 0 stars i would have! 1st off i called for a rear strut, giving them the make, model and VIN, and was sold the wrong part. I came back the next day and tried exchanging for the right part. Since they didnt have it i then requested a refund. I was then told Id only be getting 50% back. They made the mistake and i have to come out of my pocket$50??? They refused a full refund, but more importantly they refused to own up to THEIR mistake! So Im left with half of what i spent and they had to nerve to ask me to consider shopping with them again! The moral of the story, dont spend your hard earned money with this company and their incompetent employees, you could get the wrong part and have to pay for their mistakes. Customer service is non existent here. Keep your money and spend it somewhere reputable.

Called them to see if they could help me with some tires, person on phone was friendly and extremely helpful. I was even able to get a total cost estimate over the phone so I would be prepared.When we arrived we were promptly greeted and helped. They put my new (used) tires on quickly! The tires look awesome, almost new! After calling around to at least six other places they had the best price for the pair of tires, mount/balance and disposal of the old tires. Thank you! I will be back in future when my truck demands it!

Every person that I had contact with from this business was extremely courteous and acted like I mattered. It was less than an hour from the time I called and was quoted a price until the time Mark Jr. picked up our car. He was so kind for a young man and looked professional!! Thats for getting that junker out of my life my only wish is that I had called 6 months earlier!!

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.Initially I went there to get a 16 rim. They had the item I wanted; while a staff member was retrieving it, the desk clerk asked if I needed a tire as well. I didnt know they had tires and did tire mounting. Fortunately he asked me because I needed a rim, tire, and have it mounted. Had he not I would have had to go to another store for the tire and mounting. That definitely saved me time and money, so thank you. Ace Auto Salvage was better than expected. When I need parts and service again I will return!

Been going to Ace on and off since the 70s. Great guys at the counter, Mark (The Crusher) and Sorry I forget the other guys name that started there last December. We talked about the good old days and we all related to them days. Usually has the parts I need when other yards failed. Prices arent bad. I purchased an engine several months ago for my 2003 Nissan Quest and I was treated well by their friendly and helpful staff. The engine runs great, no problems. Went there recently after vandals broke 2 side windows, Ace did a quick installation while I waited and at a very reasonable price. They always seem to have what I need or they can get it quickly, highly recommend them if you need auto parts in the Milwaukee area!

It would be nice if you answered the phone sitting out the parking lot waiting for somebody just to answer the phone I could see people moving around in there but 11:00 in the morning and you just sit there and dont answer again you just lost me and a few other customers they couldnt even get into the place

I was impressed by the service I received. My boyfriend and I were trying to sell them our van which had a lein on it from a previous owner. Once we had the issues cleared up we had cash in hand within minutes. Professional and caring employees.

I bought a used 2007 Chrysler sebring engine from them 4 months ago, they told me it was good. The engine no longer works and they refuse to acknowledge that this wasnt there fault.Now I see my self going to court for some kibd of restitution. There 30 days warranty must be something they use to get away with taking hard working peoples money.And I have written a letter to the BBB along with the car report.I would not recommend them to anyone.

Service was slow and employee was really rude

Ive never been to their yard, but Ive called them numerous times looking for different parts and theyre always really rude on the phone. Maybe theyre different in person, but all I know is that other yards are very polite over the phone in contrast and I dont even bother with Aces anymore.

LOL its a salvage yard, if your looking for parts then you should know what your talking about. If you dont tell them they are mind readers, they dont have time to play 50 questions. I call for parts an they tell me only what I need to know, I dont need frosting on my used auto parts.... So if you know what you are talking about youll be fine and if you dont LET THEM KNOW... An they have signs in black an white for everyone to see, READ PEOPLE ITS THAT EASY...

I bought a tcase motor for my 02 exploder. it didnt work, so I called them and asked if I could leave it on to save me some trouble, and them just test it on my vehicle. They said yes. I double checked with a so youre sure... and they said yes. I go there after the weekend and they say, no, you gotta take it off. then literally got in my face and told me to forget what you thought, this is how it is. Horrible. Never been treated that way in my life.

I recently purchased a rear end for a Lincoln navigator which they didnt have in stock but ordered it which I didnt even know they could do and ended up being 150 less than two other yards I called and even delivered it to the shop. Couldnt ask for better service
