Just had my first service for my first Porsche. Mike the service manager drove out to my house for pick up and drop off because the loaner was unexpectedly unavailable.Drew, the tech who oversaw the work, texted me with updates, made payment through my phone super easy, and took time to explain everything about my car when it was done. When I got home, my car was sitting waiting for me.I am really happy with my car purchase specifically, but even happier to know I’m taken care of and Important.After all of his help, Drew’s final comment was to save his number, and reach out to him at any time. He said he planned to be there for at least another 30 years :)Knowing that made my day, and really affirmed my decision to buy the car and service it there. Thanks to everyone who was part of the process.

Excellent service. I know cars are in short supply but asking 10% over MSRP is not a good signal to a new Customer. Adding nitrogen for $200 for every car is a bit cheesy.
Consistent, outstanding service by the Porsche team in Glendale and this week was no exception. I had a punctured tire that was slowly leaking and was having to fill it up every two hours. A simple fix, but no local tire shop had time to fix or store overnight to fix the next day. Andrew Putterman at Porsche returned my call within minutes. Though they were booked for several days they worked in the car between scheduled jobs and it was done the next morning. They also washed the car inside and out though it just a simple plug of the tire. This is my fourth Porsche through them. Andrew and his team are the reason I keep coming back.
Went to porsche milwaukee north today to test sit in two cars I have been interested in. Drove to umansky / porsche and asked for a salesperson to just open the two cars I was interested in. I did not require a test drive. I asked for help since I had recent knee surgery and am disabled. Called and was told they dont come outside, that I had to go inside to get any assistance. So thats really not very handicapped friendly.Funny thing is I have owned porsches and bought new cars from that dealership under the previous owners. And since they are very close to my house I would likely deal with them for parts and service and maybe buy from them.Yikes. I have been a porsche club member and done events and been to dealers all over the us. This was my only bad experience.
I am a proud new Porsche owner and, much to my discouragement, the check engine light came on this morning. I called this dealership to ask if I could have them read the code just to find out what the error was and they said in order to do that I needed to make an appointment for a full inspection costing $150. Unfortunately for them I know that I can buy a whole diagnostic tool for $150 and read fault codes for the rest of my life. I decided to do that instead. They could have had me for a customer, but their predatory practices have chased me off.
Repaired my Panamera in a timely manner and good price. Very satisfied with their service department!

My son turned 13 10/31 and one of his ONLY wishes was to take a ride in a 2020 Tycon. I made “1” phone call and spoke to Rob and he wasted no time to tell me to bring my son up to the dealership and he would take care of his wish and he did just that!! My son was so excited and smiled the rest of the day!! I would recommend the silver spring location to anyone. I drove 30 miles to this location after calling ahead. I am in the market for a new 2020 Porsche and have been shopping and researching for some time . Upon my arrival Trevor the ‘manager’ would not permit me to test drive the Macan Turbo because he felt that :A. I’d expressed an interest in a different trim potentially. One that I as of yet, have not driven.B. I’d expressed an interest in negotiating the price given that it’s already July and 2021 models would be appearing shortly.C. They have only 2 models with limited availability and 18 miles (Gasp!)and he felt my test drive would waste his low miles?Please save your time.If you’re willing to spend this kind of money on a new vehicle, find a professional dealership. I’m neat, clean and professionally attired, and I can afford their product.This was the most insulting experience of my life.Trevor strolled away from me with the confidant smirk of a used car salesman.I would never buy anything from this dealership and they degrade the Porsche name.I am German car enthusiast and a current owner.Footnote: the 5 star review following mine is from an Affiliated Employee, Ben Lakis who is a salesman for Mercedes Benz AT THE SAME DEALERSHIP. Rob and Aaron were excellent to deal with during the entire car purchase process. Rob took the time to insure I understood all the features on the car and personally made sure the car was fully detailed before I took it home. Aaron is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Porsche products and was extremely helpful in clearing up for me the haze around the multitude of options that Porsche offers on their cars which can make comparing two of the same model of car difficult. Overall, very well done.

I took it in because check engine needs service light was on. Living over 100 miles from nearest dealer makes this quite inconvenient at best. After I picked it up and drove 3 miles the same light came back on.The next morning it came on right when I started it up. After driving it 2 blocks coming off a stop light it ran very rough when I accelerated then began running smoothly and the light went out.. I then drove it the 210 miles home at 80 mph and didnt have any troubles. Hopefully it will behave itself for awhile now. Will ask dealer to drive it at least 5 miles after they fix it next time.
Came to buy a car but changed my mind because they didnt know how to let me shop in peace I hate to feel pressured into buying something I dont want or know little about.
Bought a car from them around 730pm. The next day going to work 6am the rear driver sider caliper fell off. later that day I noticed the washer pump for the windshield didnt work,or the license plate bulb. Then also noticed the rear turbo was leaking oil also. contacted them about this and they refused to fix it. Even though it was checked all good on the safety sheet. Keep in mind I fixed the washer pump and license plate bulb. They still wouldnt fix the leaking turbo even though on the safety sheet it said nothing was leaking and it was.

For a Porsche dealership and for the $330 price tag for a routine service event, the experience was just ok. At an absolute minimum, I would have expected the dealership to clean and wash the car and fill up the tank. None of that was done.Besides that the communication to inform me that the service was complete didn’t happen and I had to call the office.Overall, I expect more from the service department of a luxury car dealer.

Purchasing the vehicle from this dealer went without a hitch and the sales consultant was informative and knowledgeable.The preowned vehicle had only 7700 miles, but the interior could have been cleaned more thorghly.Other than that, the car was exactly as advertised and it was a great deal.I would buy another vehicle from this deal again.

The MB service team always attentive & top notch. Cannot day the same for the Porsche service crew. Very disorganized, no single point person, weeks-long repair time, much higher prices. Confused about how these 2 brands function so differently under the (newer) Umansky owners vs. the old Concours brand. Will have to re-think this firm.

Service was good. The one month wait for a service appointment was awful. The car could not be driven for a full month, as a window was partially open.

As much as would like to express a positive review I cant do so at this time. After only 650 miles since taking delivery of my long search for what I thought was a good deal and great vehicle it has been nothing but a problem. 6 days after ownership the vehicle is displaying fault codes for Steering lock, Parking Brake and ABS/PSM failure codes. The distance I am from the dealership makes it near impossible to return for service without great heartache and cost. I took it to the nearest Porsche dealer and they found a broken TPSM bracket but this has nothing to do with the faults. The TPSM is working OK. I have sent the salesman and manager a request for help with this and am waiting on a response. Planning to take the vehicle to Tom Wood Porsche for investigation again, they found the broken TPSM bracket. While looking at possible failures other than the TPSM control unit I found that the right passenger floor area is soaked with water. The vehicle was serviced at approximately 1300 miles before taking delivery so I didnt expect this. Being a CPO vehicle this failure shouldnt have occurred. I can only assume that the drains are plugged and has now caused corrosion issues with the electrical harness running under the carpet. I hope that Umansky will stand up and do the right thing to make me a happy customer but as of now I very disturbed with my purchase. I have spent three weekends dealing with the purchase and now failure and its not over yet. Didnt plan or do I have time for this. Trevor Erickson did a great job but someone has has done a poor job of preparing this vehicle for sale. Had I know this I would have passed it up. Also while investigating the TPSM failure it looks like someone took my Cayenne for a joy ride through the swamp. Found dried grass embedded in the undercarriage while inspecting. I looked at this before committing to purchase and it was clean, probably why the TPSM bracket was broken. So for now I am holding my anger in check until this problem is resolved and I am a satisfied customer with the vehicle of my dreams. I have saved for some time to be able to do make this purchase, tried to find the best price, best vehicle I could afford and look what has happened, I am losing sleep and confidence in Porsche over this. Im sure in my dealership experinces that warranty will cover this repair. Besides being a new car owner several time over and at one time a Ducati motorcycle dealership owner. I know a lot about how warranty works. Also a factory trained technician in motorcycles and Large Caterpillar diesel engines. I am a development technician for Cat for the last 22 years.
