I would NOT send my worst enemy to have any work done on their vehicle here. Our vehicle has been here for 3 months. No phone calls or updates. The transmission had to be rebuilt under warranty. We are still making the payments and paying insurance while they have the transmission rebuilt. This is the 3rd issue we have had with this service center. Stuck here because of the warranty. Will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this place.

Don Jacobs is the only certified Toyota dealer for collision repair in the Milwaukee area. I took my RAV4 there for repair and the people in the body shop could not have been more helpful. Much of the insurance paperwork was done by them. The repair, which I considered major, was done within a week and it looked great, like nothing happened. Highly recommend.

I was in the initial phase of shopping for a used vehicle. I ended up at Don Jacobs due to a vehicle I had my eyes on. I was met by Julius and he was superb. He was not pushy and overall a good salesman. He took away the stigma of the dreadful car buying experience. He was patient with me because I test drove 3 vehicles and asked a lot of questions. I walked away thankful because I purchased the vehicle I wanted and a better than expected interest rate. Thank you for a great experience. I feel blessed 🙏🏽

I had a leak in my tire and talked with AJ. It was late and I was going on vacation the next day. I was for sure I was going to have to delay my trip. He not only got me in the next day but he gave me a call prior to even making it to my appointment to make sure my vacation didn’t get interrupted. Amazing customer service.

David Sundquist was rude and disrespectful when I presented him with my concern. My car was being repaired at the shop and it took them over two months to repair it. The concern was the miles on the vehicle and someone else’s phone was connected to my vehicle as if they drove it for personal use. I went to David Sundquist and spoke with him in a calm manner even I was upset about the fact. But his attitude towards me was so unprofessional. He was so rude and threw the papers on his desk in front of him stating that no one here was driving “your car. He also said who would go after your “Toyota Camry when there are more expensive cars parked here” in sarcastic tone of voice.Yes the Toyota Camry I paid $24K for. Might not be too much for him but it is a lot for me as I belong to a middle class family and have family to take care of. I was a loyal customer and always gone to that location for anything that my vehicle required ( full services, damage, etc). I’ll never return to this location and would not recommend this place to anyone. Everyone I know drives Toyota vehicle (like most Indians are obsessed with Toyota vehicles)

I come in for an oil change, just so you know my car was fine no problems prior and as I’m leaving this guy is trying to sell me that my heat shield is having problems on my Cadillac converter. I leave and it starts rattling it was not rattling before so they must’ve loosened it so I would come back to them and have it serviced for that....now I can’t prove that they loosened it but it was not rattling when I came in just to get my oil change Only so which is telling me that there’s some shady practices going on here. They are cutting corners to try to sell you things on top of what you don’t need they cannot be trusted. I will not be going back.

Due to poor customer service in the parts/service department, I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership.Online scheduling feature is not monitored and even though it said I could schedule a same day engine diagnostic online, when I called they told me they couldn’t get me in that day. This also happened for an oil change I scheduled online and when I got there another time, the service department had no record of my appointment. So please remove this off your website as the service department does not monitor this.I called to ask about a rough estimate about a sensor needing to be replaced and could not get an answer. At first the lady told me they couldn’t tell me without having my vehicle and then after pushing and explaining I had my engine scanned because the check engine light went off, I was transferred back and forth 4 times to different people, one person in parts told me how much the sensor was but when I asked about labor, I was transferred back to the same lady. She finally transferred me to a service advisor who was not at their desk, so I left a voicemail and nobody ever called back.Picked up the phone and called my local Firestone afterwards and within 5 mins they gave me a rough estimate w labor included.Very disappointed to say I bought my $40k SUV from here and will have to deal w poor customer service for years to come but will not be purchasing our kids vehicle or my next vehicle from this dealership.

NO SERVICE SUPPORT - THEY MUST BE OUT OF BUSINESS.I called Don Jacobs Service Center four times, and never received a call back. I purchased a Camry from their sales department two months previous, and it now required service. The purchase experience was a circus, but I was determined to buy this particular car. Now I have to find an independent service shop, or drive half way across Milwaukee to get service.

I am upset. My family and I drove from Chicago, IL to Don Jacobs Toyota to meet Rob Bata (the sales manager). It was a long drive, taking 61 miles and 1 hour of our time. It was worth it though, because we thought we were going to get a good deal on a car. However, this would not be the case. Once we reached there the sales manager had strictly told us that the price on the car was fixed. This was in contract to what was said through text, which was that he would negotiate the price in person. But, like I said this did not happen. Instead he went on to go and say that the car is the best in the area and other stuff of that sort. When we persistently tried to tell him that he wasted out time, he just went on to say that the car is perfect and you wont find another one like this and dont miss this opportunity. He talked down to us and made us feel like we were not valued customers. When we purchased the car in the end, the manager gave us a look of surprise and stated no hard feeling. Yeah, right. I will never forget this. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I wont be back here every again.Also the people here do not know how to properly wear a mask. A mask is meant to cover both your nose and mouth. Instead, the people here would have the mask only covering their mouths or the mask covering their chins (which means it was off their mouth and nose). The pandemic is not over. Stop being arrogant and do your part to help keep us safe. If you dont care about COVID (employee) then this is the place for you!

We may have spent almost 4 hours there, but it was well worth it! I couldnt have asked for a better dealership to work with. Julius was a rockstar, texting me a vehicle he knew fit our criteria. When we went to look at it the finance team, Nick and Walter worked their magic and got us an awesome deal that worked with our budget. Im so thankful for the staff, and the experience that made buying a reliable vehicle easy and enjoyable.

Standard official recall repair / replacement. A one-to-two hour job estimated to take four-to-six hours, and took the full six hours. A nine minute drive to the service center, took a full hour to get home via dealer shuttle. Once completed, another hour and a half to get picked up. They did find additional multiple issues that they could also repair for additional costs. I did agree to pay for a new cabin filter as they werent able to reinstall the old one they removed. I will wait until it is above freezing to consider the a/c recharge.

I’m disgusted with the lack of ethics and moral. I’m leasing two cars I wasn’t told about the mileage limit for Jacob’s care. I went along with their pricing even though it was triple market value. They still had the audacity to over charge me. When I revised the situation with the staff member and he saw me upset; he stated that it was the wrong amount. I will never renew leases or bring my cars for maintenance. It is disgusting how low people can go to rip you off...

As of July 16 2020, Milwaukee County has a mask ordinance in place requiring everyone over 3 to wear a mask when in public and in close proximity to other people. On July 23, The shuttle driver at this location refused to wear a mask, and refused to enforce this rule on others riding the shuttle (also, the shuttle was packed to full capacity), risking the health and safety of everyone involved.
