Love that i found them! Not to be confused with the other Richlens on Lincoln as they have no relation to the others. They are kind, honest, professional, on time and there is no comparison when it comes to price and the quality of work performed. Dave and his team do awesome work. There is never any hesitation on their part to get me in for work that is needed. Been going to Richlens for a few years and while I do perform some of my own simple work, they can be trusted to get the job done at a fair and honest price. Just had an alternator and battery replacement on a 2014 Traverse. This is a very time consuming and challenging project. Left confidently knowing that all is well.

Dave was recommended to me I called the same day he wasnt able to get me in but he was able to get me in the next morning. Dave was professional, I was able to tell he was passionate and had been doing this work for along time. Dave talked to me about his growing up with the business we had a laughter. But he love his input with the family business. Dave did a frontend alignment took no time doing it. I was impressed how fast he was moving the other customers in and out. Great Great service. For five years that I leaved in West Allis, I was extremely happy with the service of all my family cars. Dave is very knowledgeable. After we moved to Franklin, I tried three nearby shops and ended up going back to Richlen Garage ....worth driving plus he has a practically new loaner.

After doing some work on my car myself it needed to have a profile relearn performed. Dave has the exact same diagnostics equipment that the dealership uses (Ford IDS) and was able to perform the procedure for a lot less than the dealer would. Hes honest, straight to the point with no fluff. Ill definitely use Richlen Garage in the future.

Outstanding service every time I go here. Ive had multiple cars repaired here and every time I get a detailed description of the issue in terms I can understand, and I have my car back and running in no time. Will always come back here if I can.

Fast and honest service. Got a flat tire during a snow storm. Found Richlen Garage online. They ordered the tire and had it there in a couple hours. He squeezed me in and had me back on the road in no time. Couldve ripped me off for a TPMS tire sensor. Instead, he showed me how the Fix-A-Flat plugged the sensor. Then spent extra time trying to salvage mine. He went out of his way to save me $100 when he couldve saved time and just replaced it. Will return in the future.

Anything that has to be pressed or removed and u cant do it and the over priced rentap tools from the auto stores dont work call these guys. Fast service and low prices freindly hearts

Ive been taking my car to Dave and Glen at Richlen Garage for a many years and have never been disappointed in the service or price. In fact, at 100,000 miles, I took my car into the dealership and they wanted to update everything for a hefty fee. I was sick over how much it would cost, so I brought my SUV into Daves shop and he honestly told me what was necessary vs. what was completely unnecessary. He ended up saving me nearly 50%! Its so hard to know who you can trust, but without a doubt, you wont get taken for a ride at Richlen Garage. Also - make sure you are at the right location...Dave and Glen are on the south side of Lincoln Ave.

Last year I was on the hunt to find a reliable auto repair shop in my neighborhood. I found them via google and are so glad I did! Dave and his dad are awesome! They are a family business with great values, super honest and more than fair, and they know cars! My Subaru had leaky gaskets including the head gasket, which required the engine to be taken apart aka more expensive. Other shops quoted me $2600+, Dave did it for $1900. Highly recommended!I just went back recently and was again more than happy with the services provided.
