I had some steering components replaced and an alignment done. The steering now feels tight and the alignment now is like new. I would recommend Meineke to everyone for the great service and cost.

Im pretty sure the gentlemans name was Kevin... he was super cool. He was nice and answered all of my dumb questions regarding spare tires 😅 He didnt make me feel dumb for asking and was a great help. Only spent a little under 2hrs there so that was nice as well. Thanks for the help, Kevin! :)

The best place to take your vehicle for work. They kept my 1993 Jeep running past the 250k miles. Very honest auto repair shop.

We brought a used tire and all we needed was for that tire to be put on the existing rim, so basically mounted and balanced. They charged us over $30. including tax, which is outrageous! And they didnt even put the hubcap on!

Im satisfied with the work these guy do here, the mechanics are knowledgeable the manager Kevin was great, he found a way to fit me in at the last minute, the front desk receptionist woman was nice, respectful, and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this store on south 27th street across from mcdonalds to anyone thats looking to get your vehicle repaired in a timely fashion Ive brought all my cars here for repairs, they never failed. its a clean waiting room, with entertainment while you wait for your vehicle to be done. It was an ok experience. The staff were not very cheerful nor welcoming for my first time being there. At the end, I had to go in and ask to pay for my oil change so I could take my car and leave. They did not provide me with any notes about my car, like other places do, and I had to ask the guy who checked me out if they saw anything of concern while working on my car. They were super busy and it took almost an hour to get an oil change done.

They were able to get me in and out quickly. Being a business owner, timeliness is very important.

Had a 9a appointment for a wheel alignment, got a call around 2p saying that car would be ready in 20 min. On my way there to pick up the car they call saying the wheel alignment couldnt be completed and gave me three completely different reasons why, without any solutions.Decided to take my car to a different mechanic after this and they were able to complete a wheel alignment without any issue.

Very efficient. I missed my appointment time by 15 minutes and they still got me in. They didnt try to upcharge me or sell me product I didnt need. Very good experience. I will use them for all future oil changes.

I had an oil change and wheel bearing and new battery installed. I was in a predicament where I needed to safely drive across the state to MN and there were many other fixes I could use. Patricia was honest and up front and gave me ONLY what was NECESSARY to make the trip back home. It was swift, professional, earnest, and they even evaluated other fixes that will be needed soon. I went get my brakes done due to the rubbing sound of my brakes. They examine my brakes to check to see what they look like. After examining my brakes they told me that my brakes was 80% good that I didn’t need new brakes. This kind of honest I am looking for in my mechanic. I was quoted that new brakes was going to cost about $390.00. It truly made me feel good to know that there are still business that has integrity. That you so much for restoring my faith back in humanity. After not needing brakes they made time to give me an oil change. Thank you again to your honesty

License plates inspection in a timely manner.

Before booking an appointment at this location I was having a hard time finding someone to simply provide a car diagnostic. I called and spoke with Kevin. He was very professional and pleasant! He recommended I book the appointment online. I was very nervous that I would need to replace some parts and they would charge me an insane amount. Especially since I’ve had experiences with shops trying to get over on me before. Kevin called me after they looked into it and informed me it was a simple fix and my car was ready. I took a few of his business cards and gave them to my coworkers and a family member. I appreciate when businesses are knowledgeable, kind and honest. Will be back again for sure :)

Made an appointment online which was easy to do. Showed up a little before appointment time. They took my key as i waited in the lobby. It was about an hr later they came back, explained the problem. They gave me an estimate of fixing it and time frame. They were able to fix it at that time so I waited a little bit longer. A half an hour later they said my car was ready. My AC was fixed and I wasnt melting. Im happy and thought their service and price was great. Will definetly go there for other car problems.

Kevin did a great job recommending me the best oil for my car. This was my first oil change here. The free tire rotation is an awesome deal. I was really pleasant with Kevin and his great team.

I booked an appointment for a vehicle emission inspection several days in advance. When I arrived, the attendant told me that they dont do inspections until 10 AM (my appointment was at 9 AM, and the inspection sign outside said they start at 8 AM), and that I needed to book an appointment. I said I booked an appointment, and the attendant said I couldnt use online appointments (supposedly I was supposed to call by phone - none of this is mentioned on their site, nor any signage on the building). The attendant told me to come back an hour later at 10 AM - I didnt trust them to be available, and left.The attendant also was not wearing a face mask when I entered. They have a large sign visible on their front window saying that face masks are required. The attendant seemed visibly frustrated with having to put on a mask, and generally was unhelpful.Really bad experience. I went to another auto place and got my emissions test done elsewhere.

When calling fir information dues not answer the phone and when they do answer, they hang up on you. Way to high abs was able to reach another auto service provider who was professional? Courteous and more economical. If this place had to rely on me to stay in business, they would cease to exist. I wasted 15 minutes out of my life to get mistreated.

I was going there for an emission test and found it they only do it by appointment 🙄.

I scheduled an appointment for a 2 pm oil change, and the guy at the front desk was super rude and said he doesn’t have anyone there for an oil change that I’d have to reschedule. Then I asked if there was anyone there for at least an emissions test, and he continued to ask if I had an appointment and had a horrible attitude, so I just told him never mind and walked out cause I don’t get time to be disrespected. I wasted my gas coming over here Smdh never coming here for anything ever.

My exhaust pipe broke at the catalytic converter and I had to get the conver replaced and they got it done in one day.

If u Hispanic or another minority just DO NOT DO business with them, they not deserve our hard earn money, go somewhere else, a lot a better places to do business with, without attitude.

I got an emissions test and they had it done with in 10 mins. They do just about everything its a decent place and the people are professional and friendly.

Went to get a simple emissions test done at a different company in the area after 4pm. Was told their machine happens to be down. Seems to be a common theme when doing emissions at some locations. Quickly went to Meineke and was able to get in before they stopped at 5pm. Had 5 people in front of me but they moved through them quickly. Giving them 5 stars for the service / customer service.

They are one of the very few places doing emissions testing right now, (by appointment only). Outside of that, I never would have gone there and never plan to again. Since they had to move my car themselves, they noticed my brakes needed to be bled and offered a free brake inspection. I let the girl at the counter know I wasnt able to get one bolt loosened, because it was stripped. She said theyd be able to find a way to do it. Ultimately, they couldnt. And while I asked several times about getting my registration updated and my new sticker, the girl kept telling me they would, but stared at me like she was wondering why I was still there. And for those concerned, none of the staff were masks or even pretended they would by having them around. Ultimately, I wasted $50 and over an hour of my time.

Stopped in to make an appointment, guy at the desk just points to business cards and tells me I need to call to make appointment. Call the number and the lady says I have to call tomorrow because shes not taking appointments today. Call the next day and I was told they are done taking appointments for the week. 3 attempts to make an appointment and I was denied. Can a man get his brakes fixed? Yes, somewhere else. 1 star is generous.

Went there for my Car brakes on my Mercedez and got dropped off and picked up. They did good Job..I like it.

Honest: My Camry had an O2 sensor light come on, but I knew I had an exhaust leak as well. So, instead of fixing both at the same time, Kevin recommended we fix the exhaust first and monitor the O2 sensor light.Reasonable pricing: Labor rates were reasonable and job was done well.Punctual: Got done in the committed time frame.

I made an appointment online, 2 services and 2 coupons. When I printed the coupons it said one per visit/car/service so I called and explained, and asked to cancel one service as $ is tight. They happily said I could use both. Then when I went in, everyone was super friendly and they honored both coupons. I also ended up getting a nail in my tire and they patched it for no extra charge. I will be returning here for future car maintenance!

Staff were great, I came in for an oil change and they set an appointment for me the next day! I came in early and they were able to get me in right away, and work was done quickly! I brought work to do, and the shop has Wi-fi!!!!! Highly recommend!

I like Meineke but at this 27th St. location, the guy at the front has been so rude. Twice. I do not like that location so I would recommend a different Meineke. But Meineke for emissions has always been great outside of that person

I was out one day, for hours, looking for a place for my emissions test. The places on line that said they did them were closed until further notice. So frustrated, I called around the next day and was able to make an appointment at Meineke for the following morning. I was a bit early and it was pretty crowded. However, I was in and out in no time!!! I was very pleasantly surprised at the quick service!

I was greeted by a gentleman named Kevin whom was very professional and answered all of my questions. They were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and emissions test within 30min and he kept me updated the whole time I was waiting. Great service and affordable pricing!

This is my favorite auto repair shop. Kevin is always helpful, knowledgeable and he doesnt try to sell you things you don’t need. I drive a lot and my car always need some type of repair. I had some bad experiences with other car repair shops in Milwaukee, but this is not one of them. Theyre honest and I am always satisfied with their work. Ive been here so many times and never had a problem. They do quick work and the price is fair. I’ll definitely come back here next time I need service done on my vehicle.
