By far the best place I have ever been to for my car issues or maintenance. They have taken care of all 4 of my cars without any hassle or attitude, EVER. The staff is awesome and the owner Antonio really knows how to run a business and keep customers happy. Super knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and dedicated to fixing things the right way, the first time. Him and his staff always go out of their way for me. I wont ever take my cars anywhere else. Fantastic customer service and excellent communication. They did a great job on the servicing, but were also attentive to my scheduling difficulties, allowing me to reschedule on short notice and then finishing the work in almost half of the expected time.

I was recently driving from Chicago to Wisconsin and had car trouble on the highway with three kids and two adults in the car. We stopped at the first place we could find in Milwaukee, which happen to be this place. I was so impressed with how professional and friendly they were, they took my car and didn’t mind me leaving it there for five days. They did extensive diagnostic work, driving it 5 times and doing multiple tests. The issue turns out to have been a fluke and has never happen again, but they didn’t charge me anything either for keeping my car for that long or for all of their diagnostic work. Many other places could’ve made some thing up to get some money out of me. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service. I highly recommend them for these reasons and appreciate that I happen to come upon them.

When something is wrong with your vehicle you need it done and you are usually concerned about someone ripping you off. I was so relieved to find this place. Not only do they try to help you in a time of need and high emotions but they do so with respect, honesty and actually offer professional opinions. If it does not need to be replaced they will tell you how they can fix it or provide options. Prices are very fair and Antonio at the desk runs a great crew of guys. I will continue to take my vehicles to a place that actually cares!

So disappointed with 4 times back and forward because they do really sloppy job for fix my alignment and balancing. Maybe they good for fix something else (base from other review but not for this stuff). Dragging my kids with unsure situation isnt nice at all. Absolutely will not go back here. They need different guy for the front desk. He kind of rude and dont explain detil what we need to know.If anyone want try this, ask every single detil, including how long you need to wait. And read all review even though from 7 years ago. It seems they dont change much about fixing alignment.

Really happy and pleased with the customer service at Quiet Zone with my Chevy Suburban from the owner Mohammad and the manager Antonio. I called for a price on an engine swap for a rebuilt one and I got quoted almost half what the local dealers quoted me. The rebuilt engine they chose for me was included with a 3 year warranty by the manufacturer and Quiet Zone. They went ahead and gave me a free shuttle service as well as free synthetic oil change. I am satisfied with this business with their integrity and efficiency to complete all of this within a few days. Thank you Sirs

Walked in for a price quite on my muffler issue. Service was pleasant and quick. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my muffler and quoted me a reasonable fix. Explained everything including offering other options and price quotes so I could make an informed decision on exactly what I wanted. They were able to get me in right away which was a plus. Service was convenient, quick, and all for a great cost. I had come into this after meeting with my mechanic so I knew that the quote was reasonable as well. Customer service was amazing. My go-to mechanic shop. They always are able to fit me into the schedule when I give at least a half day’s notice. I’ve never been back to the shop twice for the same issue. Once I leave, I know my problem is resolved

Ive been going to these guys for a few years. They are HONEST & reasonably priced. Ive had them check my brakes multiple times, but every time they told me my brakes were fine. I go to a dealership and they instantly want to replace them... My car had engine problems for 3 years... The quiet zone replaced my fuel injectors and spark plugs to try to help me prolong the life of my car even though there wasnt much they could do. When all of it went bad due to the fact my engine was leaking oil, they re-did the spark plugs and flushed the injectors at NO CHARGE to stand behind their work. The toyota dealership wanted to charge me a grand to replace everything. The quiet zone told me the fuel injectors were not bad but just clogged up due to the fact that my engine was leaking oil. Theres not much anybody can do besides replace the engine or oil rings. I trust them to tell me the truth. I feel like they give an honest opinion based on what they would do for their own cars. They dont request their customers to replace parts that still have life on them.

What an experience I had today. I’m in town from Houston, TX on business and the engine went out on my van. I’m responsible for other individuals well being and we need transportation to fulfill our contractual obligations. I arrived at The Quiet Zone at 7:15am because I wanted to be the first person there. The staff arrived on time and saw me immediately. Unfortunately they had to break the bad news to me about my van being irreparable and that it wasn’t safe to drive any further. The owner Naji of this auto shop also owns a car lot and was able to sell me another van. I had even more issues due to the fact that my bank is not local here. Naji was extremely patient and helpful and went above and beyond to get me back on the road with a good quality van so I can continue on my journey. To top that off he’s gonna replace the engine in my other van so I’ll have 2! Words can not express my gratitude with dealing with everyone at this shop. I didn’t catch the managers name but he was also awesome. I highly recommend this auto repair shop as well as their car lot. You guys have really made a way for me when I felt like the walls were closing in on me. Thanks so much!

My recent experience at The Quiet Zone was terrible. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY ENGINE PROBLEMS. I took in my 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan to them because it had an engine misfire code and two of the cylinders in the motor weren’t firing correctly. They did a “diagnosis” and told me that the car needed new spark plugs and coils, which they replaced for $400. Eight months later, my dashboard check engine light comes on again and I take it back to them since they give their customers a “one-year warranty”. They told me that the spark plugs and spark plug coils were not the real issue from the previous diagnosis, but rather that the PCV valve on the Volkswagen needed repair instead. They repaired the PCV valve and charged $160 to complete the job. A brand-new PCV valve for a Volkswagen Tiguan purchased online costs $120. I also did some research online on PCV valve repairs and discovered that the kit to fix one of these things costs only $40. Also, it is best to replace the ENTIRE part because it is mostly plastic and some of the other seals in the PCV valve are known to malfunction in addition to the piece they fixed. The point is, they charged me $160 for a $50-$70 job and didn’t even put a new part into the engine. This is all on top of mis-diagnosing the engine problem in the first place just eight months prior! True story. Do not waste your money here folks.

My family & I were on a day trip from Chicago when suddenly the muffler failed. The national muffler shops were closed at 2:30PM & those that were open were too busy to help. Except for Anthony & Shawn at the Quiet Zone. Pro diagnosis & service delivered very, very quickly. And honestly, the price of a $79 repair of a flange with a spring set - well, I doubt that it would turn out that cheaply in Chicago.I recommend very highly Quiet Zone for your auto repair needs. Great guys & quality service. They were our lifesavers that day. Thanks, guys.

Went here to get an oil change and inspection. Service was great and very respectful workers that get the job done. Had them repair my air intake and now my car runs much smoother and my gas mileage is back up to par. Will be coming here for years to come!

AWFUL RIP OFF!!! I took my SUV there for new front brakes and within a week they started skreeching terribly. Took it back and they gave me zero respect and tried to tell me it was the rear brakes (which it most definitely was NOT). I went to a different shop who told me they had never seen a worse brake job done on a car than what The Quiet Zone had done. Girls: do not go to this shop expecting to be treated fairly, they will take full advantage of you!! Everyone should avoid this place and they shouldn’t be allowed to rip people off like they do over and over again.

I needed someone to look at my car somewhat urgently while trying to drive home from the Milwaukee airport; just happened to pull over near the Quiet Zone, so I called and they got me right in, and took care of the problem in less than an hour, and didnt even charge me! (Presumably thanks to my small children being stranded with me....) I couldnt have asked for better service.

I would totally recommend them. Repairs on the lower end of the margin in terms of what I paid. They did a great job and were very helpful.Would go there anytime again.

Management has changed in the past year or so. In the past have had transparent, informative engagements. Now, sometimes calls are responded to impatiently. Emails are never responded to anymore. Specials seem to have disappeared as well.

A rare gem... An Honest Auto Repair Shop. I had trouble with my clutch. Thought I had to replace the clutch. Called the shop & described the problem. They didnt think the entire clutch was gone. Had my truck towed over there around 1:00pm. Mechanics took a look and a cylinder needed to be replaced. Instead of spending over $700 to replace a clutch, I paid a little over a $100. They could of easily told me the clutch was gone & took my money. They were able to fit me in & repair my car before they closed @ 6pm. Added bonus... I didnt get off work till 5:15 and it snowed which made the roads horrible. They stayed open till I got there around 630. Thank you guys!! As a women, its scary when your car breaks down.. shops see big $$$ signs on your forehead. Alot of them will take advantage of u. Not this place. Ive told all my friend girls to take their vehicles here. They get the job down!! Honest!! Knowlegable!! Friendly!! This is the 2nd time Ive taken my car there. Excellent service. This will be the only place I take my car. Thanks again!!

Otherwise, the guy gets more business then any other Autoshop in Milwaukee cause he gets far more reviews then much higher volume auto repair shops.Now, my orginal review. He commented on it saying I wasnt even a customer! How many people slander companies they have no beef with? Moreover, how many go out of there way to do what Im now doing? The guys a FRAUD and will be turned over to the better Business Bureau now.If I could give this rating a negative 100, I would. This place is terrible. Takes your money then disrespects you and your car~! No follow through and could care less less once they got your wallet. Unprofessional, inappropriate behavior. Make sure if you call to request exhaust that you know exactly what you want. I spent hours listening to exhausts online for my specific car and decided on the American thunder by flowmaster. I called on getting this actual exhaust on my car. i specifically said I wanted the Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust. And was told by the person on the phone they can do that and quoted me an extremely low price. Lower than I ever thought it would be. So I asked why and was told it was because they fabricate the pipes in their shop. But after thinking about this, since that exhaust system costs anywhere from 1100.00 and up online, I sent an email asking what material do they use? Is there a warranty on their work and the parts, etc. And I never received a response??? So it just appears that since I probably figured out they were going to install just a plain steel system with regular flowmaster mufflers and that is not what I wanted, that is why there was no response. I would have rather had them tell me they cant do it, rather than saying they could to make me think it was going to be the same system I wanted. What I would recommend is being more straight forward with customers and listening. Please do not compare a steel exhaust system to a stainless steel system if the customer is requesting that? There is no comparison. And if you do decide to have work done here do your research first to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Maybe this place does great work...not sure and i will never know. But I did find a place in Wauwatosa that ordered the system I wanted and installed it for a great price, and its full warranty and full stainless steel cat back direct from flowmaster.

This place is a joke! I brought my car in for a simple alignment, when I pick it up I take it out of the parking lot and immediately notice the steering wheel is 15-30 degrees off to the left. I take it back in and the guy behind the counter starts off with I dont want to insult your intelligence and went on to try and tell me it was just me noticing the curvature of the road. I tell him thats BS and his mechanic went for a ride with me. The whole time the mechanic is telling me its fine, as I can see the steering wheel is completely crooked. After pointing it out numerous times he finally admits its wrong and begins to tell me the only way to fix it is to mis-adjust the toe in and they would not be liable for dammage to my tires! Ive spent the last 10 years of my life working on cars, the only reason I brought it in is I do not have an alignment rack. I know enough to see they either dont know what they are doing or are just trying to get me to take it as it is. Not wanting them to touch it again I just have to take it somewhere else, pay AGAIN to have the same SIMPLE job done by someone a little more competent. As I drove off, one of my co-workers was sitting in the lobby as the mechanic walked back in and said to the guy behind the counter that the car was just fine, I didnt know what I was talking about and I now thought it was fine. If driving straight down the road and my steering wheel is pointing at the drivers side door is normal, then yes its normal. This is my first experience with this place and they really screwed it up bad. Stay away youll just have to have the work done again somewhere else.
