Update:I am very thankful that 21 century auto was able to realign the grill so that it doesn’t pop out when the hood on the car is down and very content that the primary issue of the ac condenser is fixed and won’t suffer these upcoming hot weather and more ahead. Thank you.The issue that I had with my car was an ac condenser fix. I took it in and the issue of no cold air got fixed, but my car is missing clips in front of the grill and my left headlight is out of place.

A friendly and considerate staff and I always enjoy bringing my car in to be serviced. You could use some coffee in the waiting room though. I like getting the texted inspection reviews and its always a pleasure knowing my car is taken well care of.

I used a simple oil change to test this shop out as they’re closer to my house than my original mechanic.They forgot to reinstall the splash guard bolt (yes, it is a bolt) & half of it was hanging down.When I called to have them fix it, I was offered to have it “zip tied”. I said I’d need my car repaired properly, to the standard it was when I brought it in for the oil change.After an hour of waiting @ the shop agsin, they were unable to locate this, apparently exotic piece, to attach my splash guard back up.I had to get to work & left (without it zip tied 🤦🏼‍♀️)I called my original mechanic, apologized for “cheating” on him, he laughed & said he’d fix it for me tomorrow. He’s confident he has this elusive bolt @ the shop.

21st Century always does an amazing job with all our vehicles. I can always trust them to do the job right the first time and get it done quickly. All of the small touches they have just make the whole experience so amazing!

Noticed a noise in my front end, called, and they were able to get me in right away! Luckily it was just a loose bolt, and the charge was minimal, and they left me with a cute little pumpkin decor item in my front seat! The difference is in the details!

The only reason I cant give 5 stars is that I had a coupon for 15% off labor which (because of exhaustion) I forgot to bring. I would have appreciated being asked or maybe given a reminder of some kind. Otherwise, the overall service was very good, and I would recommend Twenty First Century Auto to all of my friends and family in the area.

Always take my car here. They are very good about explaining the issue in terms I can understand, blunt about when the issues are related to computer system and finding one issue might not be the full repair needed and what you need to look and listen for to bring it back, fairly priced, and will work with you on price if there is an issue they should have spotted and didnt mention. Unlike with other mechanics, I dont feel taken advantage of or lied to. They also offer a ride to work or home when you drop off your car and thats super convenient.

This is the second time Ive been here, they are professional and fast. Their shop is clean and they called with updates to keep me informed.

My wife noticed during the cold snap that the check engine light came on. We set up an appointment and dropped off our vehicle. They were honest, informative, and thorough with the explanation of the problem. They told us what they recommend needs attention right away and what can be given some time. I should also mention they have very fair pricing. Very nice and polite people. My family highly recommends them.

Unfortunately, twice now I have had to return my cars with issues from their previous service. The last time the issue could have been very severe if I had not caught it in time.Additionally, I do not feel I get a clear out of the door price on work. My total ends up being hundreds more than what Im expecting, after taxes, parts, shop supplies and other items are added.The shop does take accountability and follows up with you, but I cant help feel like my trust is fractured after these experiences. Perhaps I just got unlucky.

Promptly got us in for requested repair and although we werent expecting to repair anything else they alerted us to a few minor issues that may need handling in the future but then explained that there was one repair that was of a serious nature that we should probably address. They gave us time to discuss and ask questions so we could make the decision that would keep us safe on the road. Although car repairs are no fun, neither are car problems that could case a major accident and harm yourself or others. We appreciate the customer service and concern of the staff at 21st Century Auto. And they usually offer some kind of coupon which saves a bit.

My family has been coming to 21st Century Auto for years, and theres a reason for that. There was no question in my mind where I would take my truck in for repairs when it started having problems. All the employees Ive dealt with there are incredibly nice and caring. They are always thorough in their explanations of whats wrong, what needs to be fixed now, whats recommended, and what will be needed in the future but has a little more life left. Im always skeptical of car repair places and have experienced dishonest practices at multiple other businesses, including a dealer. I dont have to worry about this with 21st Century. They are always up front. They always make me aware of any charges before they do the work, and they have done a great job so far. Ive had front end work done, brakes, and fuel injectors replaced here. I really dont have any complaints. They even gave a follow up call after a recent repair to make sure I was satisfied. What other place does that? Just great people. Some might complain about the price, but cars are expensive and if you want the job done right, with quality parts I dont think you can go wrong here. Plus you can always look out for their coupons!

All I needed was emissions testing for my car as required by the state and I called around and no one in my neighborhood does it and it was Friday morning and they were the only place that said yes, and the lady on the phone was very nice and said come on over and I did and 15 minutes later I was back on the road! Went in for suspension problems, needed new tires, and an emission inspection. A bad sensor was causing my vehicle to fail the emission test, like it does. The folks here at Twenty First were able to get me 4 new tires, fix my suspension, get the sensor to ensure my vehicle would pass the inspection, AND register my vehicle on site IN A SINGLE DAY. Not to mention very fair cost of labour, and up front cost of parts (parts cost doesnt really dont vary from shop to shop though, honestly). Perhaps the most friendly staff Ive encountered at a shop anywhere this far north, and certainly an efficient team of mechanics and other professionals that were able to make quick work of several problems. I would, and surely will in the future, happily recommend this location to anyone shopping around for any sort of vehicle maintenance or repair.

We have used 21st Century for all of our vehicles for the last 10 years. Sharon and her staff is so nice and pleasant to work with. They do excellent work, never ever had any issues. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

My son has been going here for a few years, mostly for oil changes. He has had a few more extensive repairs done as well. They do good work at very competitive prices.

Very fast, very nice people. I feel the reason they have such a large repeat business is due to the fact that they treat their customers with respect. They help to educate the customer and at todays visit a young lady came in and her car showed an issue. This would be a time that you would think lost car repair shops would take advantage of this. But not here the woman mechanic told this woman with the car issue to go and get a specific product. Use that product I knew she was still having the issue to come back. That young lady was going on a road trip shortly, so she wrote down the codes that were coming up when they tested the car so then if she had a problem she would have the codes right there. The young lady left very happy.They have a very efficient process for doing emissions testing and theres very little weight even when there was a line of three to four people in front of me. They offer a seating area the television and there are snacks you can purchase that actually the proceeds go towards the Honor Flight which gives veterans the opportunity to go to Washington DC to view the war memorials. Restroom is clean. When you have your emissions checked for $10 counter fee you can also get your sticker right there. They also offer and lighting product there as you can see by the photo below that gives you the ability to see further distance ahead of you and wider to the side. My girlfriend had these installed at a very reasonable there because she is now in her 60s and night driving was not as easy for her. Shes driving all the time now in all sorts of weather. Whats nice about this shop is they really dont push a lot of products they have them there for your convenience. They also offer a Napa payment card in case you have a larger problem this card gives you ability similar to a charge card with no interest for a certain amount of time. The mechanics certifications are all listed on the wall along with their continuing education in Auto Repair.

By far the BEST there is! I am soooo glad I came here. I went during my lunch and there were so quick and sooooo friendly! It literally made my day stopping in there. I went in for an emission test and I personally dont know much about cars but though it was going to pass because of the tire pressure light. They checked it for me put air in my tires and worked and no cost!! Super friendly will now be my one stop shop! Also they installed my wind shield wipers and left a little treat in my car for Thanksgiving!! Super sweet staff LOVE LOVE LOVED it there!!!!!!

I have been receiving excellent service for repairing all my vehicles since Bob and Sharon have been at this location. Excellent preventive maintenance means that my automobiles lasted over 100,000 miles (m y last car 180,000 miles.) They did an excellent brake job on my current Buick Lacrosse, which did not break the bank.

Nice friendly people but they are very expensive. They charge $135.00 just to tell you whats wrong with your car. The estimate and fees came to $40.00 less than the dealer actually charged me to do the work. I always thought new car dealers were so much more expensive but I guess that is not the case anymore. If I have to pay dealer prices I will just go to the dealer.

When I cant fix my own car, I go to 21st century auto. They have a really cool newsletter, and have treated my car like it belonged to them. Emissions for my GTO . Check. Repair on my Blazer for runability . Check. Exhaust. Check . And on and on. I send my friends here.

My car wouldnt start so my co-worker suggested that I go to Twenty First Century Auto, and I took that advice. When they looked at my car they told me specifically what was wrong and that they could fix it within a day or two (corroded wires and one of my wires burnt off that connected to my engine) . After a couple of days I went to pick it up and they made sure to review and explain everything that they fixed on my car. The guy that I talked to on the first day talked to me when I picked it up, and he and his wife(?) were so friendly and fun to chat with, it felt more like talking to a friend than a business owner (which was nice). The price was exactly as they described and reasonable for the job they were tasked with, and I left feeling like they actually cared about how my car ran after I left the place. I just got a really good vibe from them, and I would definitely go back in a heartbeat if my car had issues again.

They went above the call of duty to get my car started, replace the battery and even give me a ride home. This was all done on the coldest day of the year. It was all done with a smile. Ill be getting all of my car maintenance done at 21st. Century Auto from now on.
