Velasquez complete auto repaired a exhaust on my vehicle,but during inspection their was a power outage, while vehicle was up in the air on the rack. Well, long story short it was due a wind surge We Energies finally got the power on the shop gave me 20% off the total cost, and a $20 oil with my next repair for the inconvenience of not having my vehicle.

Came in for a muffler issue, less than 2 hours later it was no longer an issue and the service was affordable. Fast, professional and quality service. 2 thumbs way up.

Over charged so for a oil change and inner and outer tire rods so i was told 849 dollars. And my oil light keep saying its low. They were fast and got it done right away i guess for what it cost me. Never again

Great service went in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and they got me right on. I explained that Id had two oil changes prior and the oil is always low on my dipstick so before the oil change they hoisted it in the air checked for leaks and didnt see any and after they finished the oil change I checked the stick and it was full and the oil looked clear and cleaner than midas and woodmans

Ricardo is the best, he doesnt speak much English but hes super helpful, saw i needed help changing my tire so he grabbed a jack and a wedge and changed it for me. Super nice guy very helpful.

This place is SOOOOOO unprofessional. I had an appt and the machine that they needed to fix my car broke 5 days ago. They didnt even attempt to contact me nor would they call a different location to help me get my vehicle serviced. I would suggest you go somewhere else.

Poor car came out worsened then it can in the shop

Very fast and affordable. They took me at the end of the day on a Saturday and got me out with a custom muffler and pipe bent in no time. I think I paid the Gringo rate, but I plan to keep going back so someday Ill get the regular price.

3 time back same car. Think the guy burned a wire cause check engine lights are coming on and off after last visit so back again. This place on Hampton is the worst one to go to. The guy at the front desk don’t say nothing or don’t speak English. Also long wait for easy fix will never come back again

Went in to see if they can put in a new air conditioning or repair the old one. Will cost me 50 bucks to see but they will take it off the cost. But looks like you have to leave you in my case van there

Man they tried to charge $220 just to replace my brake pads they are super overpriced that should’ve been a $70-100 job

Terrible experience took it there to get a simple brake job for my car and my car havent been right ever since i drove it out the lot. They did not bleed the brakes after putting the new pads and rotors on ruining my caliper in the process. Smh no good

I took my pick up truck for exhaust work. The mechanic was inspecting exhaust and in the process he is trying to up sale. So he starts moving brake lines. Causing a leak. Then said 400 dollars to repair. I have gave this place my business for years. Will never go back!!

This place gets real busy so it fills up fast a little pricey but I got everything I needed done and got a warranty so cant complain good customer service.

Very long wait! I was quoted 45mins, it ended up being a hour and a half. I still wasnt able to get the work done. Per my records, they didnt have the part. So they suggested purchasing it and they would charge me $500 to put it on. Subtracting the $35 they charged me to look at it. I wouldnt recommend

I went in to get my ball joints done. They told me that it would be 30 mins. 2 hours later they said I was next. 30 mins after that I took my keys and left. My car barely made it there because of the issue. I had to slowly drive back home and hope that know other damage occurred. Poor service

My abs sensor wasnt remover when they did my wheel bearing... the guy that did my wheel bearing broke my sensor n told me that is was too rust that it broke off but when i look at the sensor it wasnt broken! The guy left the sensor on the hub n press the old bearing out n broke the sensor cuz it was a straight cut off on the sensor!!!

Went and got a gas pump changed my car check engine light been on ever since and it is still leaking gas when I went back and told them they lied and said I had a Crack in one of my gas lines and I have to pay for it to get fixed when I asked why wouldnt they tell me that the first time she said they thought they did. Sad
