I cant begin to say what a great experience I had today at Planet Bead! On a trip from TN, I had a very short time to find a replacement gift for a special little 5 year old. With the owners help, I left the store with a pretty necklace that will always be special to little Zaylee! Thank you!

So satisfied with service I tipped the entire cost of repairs. Brought a $2000 Gucci watch in for repairs and was very nervous, but he was extremely friendly and educated so I left my most prized possession with him to be repaired. Did a phenomenal job, looks brand new and only took him about a day and a half!!

My daughter was devastated when her Puka Shell Necklace broke. She bought it as souvenir from Guam so replacing it was out of the question. She tried fixing it herself but couldnt since it was graduated. Im so glad I found this place. Keith was able to repair the necklace within an hour so I didnt have to come back. This place is amazing! My daughter makes jewelry and gets her beads from Amazon and Michaels but now I will have her get her supplies here.

Keith was kind enough to let me book a private jewelry-making party for my sister as a surprise! We did metal forging and it was SO MUCH FUN!!! He was patient with all of our questions and helped us with every step, but also gave us plenty of room to be creative. All 4 of us girls left with a unique, hand-made piece of jewelry that we can cherish for years to come. More than that though, we made some really wonderful memories. Highly recommend!!

A unique store with a great selection of beads and tools but also clock repair! I took my antique cuckoo clock (70+ years old) there for desperately needed maintenance and Keith did a great job with it, it took a little time and a little back and forth on specific details of the clock function but in the end the clock was repaired and it is running flawlessly.Keith did a great job and is definite someone you can trust will take good care of a heirloom.

In June ‘16 I took my dad’s antique pocket watch in to have the cracked crystal replaced and was told it would take awhile due to the crystal needing to be ordered. By September, not hearing anything, I called and said I’d be in to pick it up within a week, fixed or no. I picked it up with a replaced crystal, brought it home and realized even when I kept it wound, it stopped running. When I reset it, the minute hand stuck and rubbed against the crystal. Frustrated after all the time Planet Bead had it, I was not about to take it back. Last week, I took it to a jeweler who will finally fix it: the crystal Planet Bead installed was the wrong size so it had to be glued on, and glue got inside of the crystal, hardened, and causes the minute hand to get stuck. The jeweler will order the correct size and install it correctly. I can not recommend Plant Bead for this type of repair and will no longer do business with them.

Great place for watch repair! My watch was in worse shape than I thought. Planet Bead fixed a broken link and then some. Polished it off, too. Very reasonable charge for the service!

I went in to get supplies for my first beading project. Keith was very welcoming and warm. He helped me find everything I needed and made recommendations based on the picture I showed him of my project. I found street parking 2 blocks away. I should have maxed out the meter, you can spend a lot of time here! I will be back.

I’m one of those people who feel naked without my watch and this had been the case for over three months. My Coach watch with a camel skin band was in need of repair and I couldn’t go without anymore. I googled “watch repair” at 3:45pm Saturday and found Keith who I would encounter to be a friendly gentleman and called him up. Planet Bead closes at 5pm where most close at 4:30. Keith took my call on two rings and squeezed my “5” minute repair in and replaced my watch battery and placed a customize order for a band replacement on my COACH watch. It’s a bead store for sure but Kieth is an expert repair of all things accessories. I know where to go now.

The store is much larger than I expected. So much to see. Definitely coming back. The trade style beads we saw pictures of drew us in but that was only a sample of their offerings.

The pearls my mom wore at her wedding 75 years ago broke. I went to a jeweler who recommended Keith and Planet Bead. Keith did an excellent job and I am so happy to have them repaired!

I have been a customer of this store since 2001. I have always found what I needed in their well organized inventory. Often I dont know what tools I need to execute my designs, their staff have been informative and offered good ideas to help me complete the job. I have never found the quality of their goods wanting.

I took a bracelet to be repaired, it was done quickly and I was satisfied with the work. It just needed to be restrung. I was quoted one price and ended up paying much more than I expected. I thought he jacked up the price, sort of what the market can bear type of thing. Not many places that will repair jewelry like charm bracelets. I go there when absolutely necessary. He has beautiful beads but I dont like prices that are moving targets. The parking is a big hassle and the City is quick to give out tickets.

Man is skilled. Walked in to just have my chain fixed up quick (done in fifteen minutes) and was spouting all sorts of knowledge at another customer.

Lots of beads but alot more than just beads; knick knacks, crystals, all the supplies to make your own jewelry. Also do antique repairs, watch repairs. Fun store to look around in.

Yeah this place is kinda amazing. Tons of stuff. I went to get a chain for a necklace. Dood set me up with a stainless steel chain, put on a clasp and everything.
