Beauty paradise. Large selection and great customer service. 1st time visiting but did not like the surrounding area where it is located.

Purchase a store made lace wig. It wasnt like the display. It was to poofey but curly. The part needed lots of help. Diffidently have to work on the wigs.

Was able to find products for my eczema. Crowd were just rowdy

This place actually closes at 7. Not 7:30. Dude said he be in his car on his way home by 7;30. Okay no problem that’s your business... but change the time online so customers don’t waist their time trying to spend money with you... which obviously you don’t want.

Great selection of products, accessories like gloves, hats, scarves. Wig selection is cheap and tacky to me. Selection of lashes are very tacky and few unless you wear those Super XL ones the chicks are calling big blinks now.

Stay stocked in merchandise...reasonable prices...got a few outfits out of there that my fiance picked out 😍😘

I liked this store before renovation. Now, it doesnt have a good atmosphere and I dont feel it anymore. Staff disinterested, like it urks them to no end just to talk to you. Only if pressed will I shop here

They have a great selection of hair products here; the wigs are reasonably priced and the staff, for the most part, are very nice. However, there is one glaring problem with this location. The woman who runs the wig selection has to be one of the most unpleasant people Ive encountered in a long time. She is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. they should look into finding someone who actually wants to be there and treats paying customers with respect.

Better prices than A-1 beauty supply on some things.

Need more selection for looped box braids and looped fox locks. Also they needed to dust that nail polish shelf bad. So trifling!

Friendly and had the wig I was looking for from the chic natural Youtube page!Update: Went last night at 7:00 and was told by someone they close in 20 minutes. No problem. Because rather we’re getting ready to close I asked the Asian woman where I can find drawstring ponytails for little girls as I was with my daughter. She was standing right behind the counter and seemed irritated that I was there right before closing. Without looking up she told me the aisle. When we walked off my daughter made a comment to me saying dang she seem rude and mad. Yup so we pretty much left without anything. When will ppl realize customer service plays a big part on how ppl want to spend their money. This is why we need more black owned businesses around here.
