Based on the reviews I made an appointment, which due to COVID is the only way you can now get into the store. The customer service spent a long time helping me get the perfect hair for my wedding day. I’m white with genetic hair loss and finding wigs that work for me seemed impossible (unless I was willing to take a chance on spending $600+ for a wig online). They found me a wig that was full lace that matched my scalp, 30+ inches long, and the hair feels amazing in my hands for only $200! This wig looks identical to the $600 I would have bought online. The staff even gave me free clips and wig tape, cut my lace for me and told me to call if so need ANYTHING. I felt like crying I was so happy once I left the store. Hands down will go back!

As I am pretty happy with the fast delivery and the quality, I have reached out to them to call/email because my color was off of what I thought I was getting. As I know there are no returns, and am happy with the quality of the product, going forward to purchase others, I want to make sure what Im seeing is what Im getting. I still havent been contacted, and as everyone, including myself, is aware of the virus, I still wouldve thought someone wouldve reach out by now. But overall, the quality is great for the price!

I ordered a wig on Poshmark listed length was 24-26 inches long. The picture of the wig was also really long so I ordered. When I received the wig it was 16 inches long. I requested to have the correct one sent or the wig I received returned. I asked what happened and all Tess did was block me from her Poshmark store and any further purchases. I think it’s unprofessional and really rude to block someone on your mistake. I wouldn’t buy from her unless you have everything confirmed. I have pictures and emails so this is NOT a fake review even if she claims it is. I wouldn’t trust someone who can’t take accountability for wrong listings.

Horrible experience! Tess lied to me, telling me the piece I bought was better than human hair! She said it could be colored and styled! All lies! She charged me $300 for a piece of plastic that cant be styled or colored! She was very unprofessional, whispering loudly in the back room with her employee, (I should have known then). Cheap stock of junk also being sold, such as purses and accessories full of dust. Run client, run!!!

I ordered my wig on July 3rd. Company proclaims wigs are mailed out same day if ordered by 3 pm their time or will be sent out next day if ordered after 3 pm. I have yet to receive my wig. My card was charged at time of purchase. I have a tracking number but all it tells me is that my order is at Milwaukee location. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response. No one answers the phone since office is closed due to Covid. Yet they still send out emails regarding specials. I am VERY disappointed in this company.

Should have done my homework. I paid five times the price for an item at Tess than I should have. It doesnt work for me and, of course, is non-refundable. I ended up at Mayfair Wigs, to get the better quality item I wanted and they helped fit me. Tess did not offer this service when asked. Lesson learned!

I went toTesss in the Grand Ave mall yesterday & bought my first ever wig. The lady there Vanessa, was so helpful and kind. She was very knowledgeable & helped me pick the perfect wig! I tried on a few that were really nice. My mom liked the straight one best but Vanessa knew by the way my face lit up Id be much happier with the curls. She gave me some great tips on caring for it. The prices were so much better then other places I went to & she had a much larger selection to choose from Then the other stores as well! I will definitely be going back!

Owners nice, hairs soft, but sheds.. Super thin when I put the wig on my head you can see the tracks. First time putting the cap on the comb came right off. Maybe it was just the wig.. Ill have to give it another try. I want to believe that I really like this company cause the reviews so Ill give it another try.

I stopped in today because My hair was damaged so I brought another wig but not only did Tess sell me a wig she showed me how to bring my hair back to life & how to maintain my wigs!! I do not recommend this store, I asked for Human Hair Bundles she sold me a package of hair insisting that she has been in the business over 35 years so she would no.Well after $168.00 later the hair stinks and I mean literally stinks, you can’t curl it because the smell increases which tells me that this hair is fake, and not what I originally asked for.I went online to search out what she sold me, well It turns out I could have bought this same hair for $60.00. From the corner hair store.But because I dropped the ball I got ripped off big time.I should of known when I saw face when I have paid $180 for human hair that lasted 2 years, she looked like she never herd of such a thing. Yah probably because she don’t deal with the real thing. The quality of hair was terrible and the customer service was just as bad in the last year. So, I found Tess and her Hair Extensions are the BEST!!! 100% human hair... Less tangles, no matting and better to manage. She has been a lifesaver for my salon. She also sells wigs, halos and clip-in extensions. Her customer service is top notch! Bought 2 wigs for over 90 bucks got home and had a nappy dry wig with frizzy hair everywhere. Called to complain and the girl working at the grand Avenue mall said she gave me the wig that was on the mannequin. So you mean to tell me I paid 45 dollars for a nappy wig that everyone has put their heads in? Even the Chinese shop has decency to ask if you want a wig off mannequin if its last wig on shelf. Someone with a reputation like Tess shootings NEVER give her customers old wigs! ! That is so DISHONEST! I will never go there again! I go where in treated fairly and treated with loyalty! HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE RECEIVED WORN WIGS? I guarantee Im not the only one

You can get the same wigs, at your wigs supply shop where you live. And they are alot cheaper. Nothing at all special about the wig I bought from Tess. I then went to the wig boquie down the road from me and could have bought the same wig for half the money. So, I suggest you look around first.

Went to Grand Ave mall just to go here to get myself some hair. Got there at about noon and on a Saturday and there was A sign on the door that stated they would be back in 15 minutes walked around and walked around and walked around and they still weren’t open after an hour of this not very happy wish that there signs would state the true time that they leave so we know exactly when somebody would be there and to travel just to go there and they’re not open because they had to go get change that took over an hour very disappointing.

Arrived at Tess’s wigs during their hours of operation. The manager (Tess) locked the main door and was sitting on her phone. I waved for her to let me in and when she did (still on her phone) I was told she was “too busy to help me” (no one else in the store). I asked her if someone else was there and she said no. I asked if she could help me find a wig and she told me to go online. Waste of a trip.

Last Thursday I decided to purchase the Halo Extensions, I drove all the way out to her national/Layton location during rush hour to find out the shop was closed. You can imagine my dismay since I really wanted to pick up those extensions. That being said I called the other location in Grand Avenue Mall to see if they sold them there, the answer was no. From there on the clerk at that lcoatin called Tess to let her know I wanted to buy them that night and that the only reason the other location was closes was due to car trouble. At the end of the day I was on the phone with Tess and she went out of her way to get those extensions to me that same day. I was so happy with my purchase and the fact that she went above and beyond for her customers that I wanted to write a review!One more thing i LOVE my new Halo extensions, they go in easily and only took me a little while to get used to since Ive mainly usd clip-ins. I would recommend her shop to anyone!!!

I couldnt decide on the Halo or the clip in extensions I ended up going with the Halo only because I have never tried the Halo and I was very happy I will be back so happy I found this place they have a huge selection of hair extensions and wigs the staff was helpful

The customer service was great. However, everything is overpriced. I saw the exact same lipstick i purchased at another beauty supply for $2 less. And the wigs were way overpriced. $60-90 for a SEMI- human synthetic blend. You cant touch any of the wigs btw. Oh and contacts are $20 maybe normal price but the brand is freshgo and doesnt look as natural. Highly disappointed.

I was shopping and kicked out of the store because the one person in the store decided she needed a bathroom break and didn’t allow me to buy my items because she had to use the bathroom that bad. Then proceeded to try to fight with me when I disagreed that she was unprofessional.
