I recently got married in September and ordered from Bella bridesmaids in October of last year for my bridesmaid dresses. I had a great experience and I also loved that they have different locations in other states as two of my bridesmaids were from out of town but were able to go to their local Bella store to get fitted. They made everything go super smoothly and I was very impressed with the dresses. Highly recommend!

Cannot say thank you enough to Andrea! She was very helpful over the phone, found me a fitting appointment the same day, and was stellar at my fitting. She answered every question I had, created a very welcoming environment, and also provided different dresses that fit the style I was looking for! The variety of dresses that the store had was great, and the atmosphere from cleanliness, music, etc was all wonderful as well. From the beginning of the process to the end, it was quick and easy with Andreas help! I will definitely be back for all of my bridesmaids dresses.

The staff at Bella Bridesmaid is super helpful and accommodating. My ladies didnt all live in WI so it was easy for them to go to the closest branch. Dresses in all price ranges and very transparent with the process of purchase. Would definitely recommend to any bride!

I wish I would have known about this place when I got married. It was so nice to go to a place that specializes in Bridesmaid dresses. They had tons of trendy dresses and so many colors to choose from. Lexie was really helpful and set up the online portal which made it easy for the other bridesmaids to select their styles online. The online portal was an awesome feature and was so helpful, I don’t know anywhere else that has this. The other bridesmaids could even pay online, so helpful.

I visited Bella Bridesmaid in Milwaukee on 3/13/21 and had the best experience! Lexie was wonderful and already had styles and colors of the dresses I liked pulled and ready for us to try on. She was so friendly and assisted us during the whole process! We finalized our bridesmaid dresses within 45 minutes of being there. She signed us up for a showroom online and explained how to get the other bridesmaids signed up. I highly recommend this location, especially Lexie.

I had such a great experience working with Lexie for bridesmaids dresses for my wedding! When my girls schedules only worked out to have a super last minute appointment, she was able to accommodate us. I, myself, was not able to be there right on time due to a prior commitment, so she let me come in a few days before and pick out the colors. She had a couple dresses already pulled for me to look at. On the day of, it was such a breeze! My friends found dresses right away and it was very helpful that she was there to make sure no one was pulling dresses from a different designer, etc. Thank you again, Lexie, for all your help!

Working with Lexie was an amazing experience! I have a large wedding party from all over the country and I was nervous about the logistics of trying on dresses, figuring out styles and sizes, and ordering as a group, especially during a time when people are not comfortable traveling and going to stores.Lexie made the process so easy and helped me every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive to all my questions and requests through email and phone. I would absolutely recommend Bella Bridesmaids in Milwaukee to anyone who is looking for bridesmaids dresses!

I love the dresses my girls get to wear & the color is 100% perfect. The experience of picking out dresses was great, very seamless process but I wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone based on the sizing aspect. I have 4 out of 5 girls that have to pay nearly the same price for the dress in alterations. They were recommended to go up 2-4 sizes than they normally are, even after questioning they ultimately decided to go with what the girl recommended. 14 weeks later when they received the dress it was massive on them. One of my girls is taking nearly 6 inches out of the waist and another girls seamstress told her she should have ordered 2 sizes down. I’m just disappointed and frustrated because the sizing wasn’t correct or even in the ball park for 4 of my girls.

Honestly very let down by the small selection. I had a booked appointment and they must have double booked because there was another group trying on as well. Considering there are only 3 changing rooms it make it difficult. Also there was no music and I felt very rushed to get out before 5 when they closed. Overall very poor experience. It’s unfortunate considering this is where I was most excited to try on dresses!

The manager was incredibly knowledge and helpful! We had so much fun but also found so many amazing bridesmaids dresses. Great selection of dresses as well!

Our experience at Bella Bridesmaid was excellent! It honestly couldn’t have gone any better. Lexie was wonderful to work with online to set of the appointment and get details of what I wanted on our wedding day as well as in person with myself and my bridesmaids. She had a few dresses pulled when we got there to talk about likes and dislikes, she listened to and respected our budget, and was super friendly and personable. This place is nothing like a David’s Bridal or large chain. My girls and I could tell right away that these dresses were quality and there were so many options (but not in an overwhelming kind of way). Our experience was an 11/10. I consider myself a super fan of Bella Bridesmaid and Lexie! Thank you for an unforgettable day and experience!

Absolutely wonderful boutique and team to work with! A few months ago, a simple appointment was nothing to worry about. However, with everything going on, picking out a bridesmaid dress seemed near impossible. Lexie and her team were understanding, patient and responsive throughout the entire process. From scheduling and leading the virtual appointment to coordinating curve side pick up so my ladies could safely try on the dresses/see the colors, Bella Bridesmaids made everything so easy and went above and beyond each step of the way. 5 bridesmaids dresses every single one of them came in not even close to the right size. Don’t go here until you want to pay an additional couple hundred to get your dress altered!!

Since this was deleted, I will post again.I wish I could rate less. Worst experience I could imagine going to pick out bridesmaid dresses. The girls working were more worried about their phones and conversations amongst themselves. Didn’t ask me (the bride) a single question about my wedding, how many bridesmaids I was having, or the style I wanted. I then explained more than 4 times what I wanted and they both ignored what I had to say did not bring me anything I requested and then when we asked questions and looked through all of the dresses by myself I got eye rolls and completely ignored. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible horrible horrible. Not to mention the dresses smelled like horrible body odor and were not sanitized at all before being placed back on the rack.There was not a single person in the shop when we were there yet both girls were in the back room, did not help either of my 2 bridesmaids try on or pick dresses, did not size either as well.Honestly I’m heartbroken at this experience and hope no one ever has to have this experience when shopping for one of the funnest parts of the wedding.

This store has great service. My sister came to this store looking for a prom dress. My mom, sister, and I were all pleasantly surprised with the service we got. The manager helped us personally. There is a wide variety of dresses in many sizes. I would highly recommend this store for any dress you need!

I am immensely disappointed with my experience at this bridal shop. I have been in 5+ weddings and I have never had a dress fit worse than the one I ordered through them. Their hours are difficult for anyone not in the area and working full time, and our entire bridal party was recommended dresses 2-3 sizes too big despite disputing their recommendation. I am normally a 0-2. They recommended a 6-8. I questioned this multiple times, but decided to go with their recommendation of a 6 as I figured they just must know the designer. I have had to alter the dress EXTENSIVELY. My tailoring costs from how much fabric they had to cut out and adjust in ALL areas of my fit was atrocious. I would NEVER use them again as on top of the expensive dress, I had to spend nearly as much getting it to actually fit. Cannot stress how stressful this whole experience has been with them.

Wow is all I can say. This place is so great! Sydney did an amazing job finding exactly what I wanted. Lexie has amazing customer service skills. ❤️

The shop has very limited hours. When we were at our scheduled appointment they were adamant about the appointment ending exactly on time but were helping a walk-in customer try on multiple dresses with only 1 employee working. All of my bridesmaids were recommended to get dresses at least 2 sizes too large, even when they questioned the size based on past bridesmaid experiences. They did have a good dress selection and we like the dresses we bought, but would use a different vendor in the future.

Lexie the new manager was SO helpful and SO sweet. We ended up chatting for almost an hour! So happy I was able to have a good experience especially being by myself (bride and Bridesmaids live in Florida).

Came here to look for bridesmaids dresses with my friends and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere, staff and dress selection! Lexie made us feel so comfortable and really did a good job at listening to what our bride wanted for us in dress style and color. Would recommend bella bridesmaids to anyone looking for dresses!

Lexie was so helpful and easy to work with to find my girls their dresses! Once we found the perfect dresses, Lexie was great with follow up communication. Unfortunately with everything going on we had to postpone our May wedding until next May. But I can’t wait to see the girls in their dresses next year.

Went there with my MOH and asked them to pick out colors I was picturing for my big day. Lexi helped out so much with already having 4 options based on the color and once a color/designer was picked she showed us all the other styles.The process was so smooth and stress free: the rest of the girls got to preview the dresses ahead of time and know which few they wanted to try on.With COVID potentially affecting the groups order, the staff have been in constant communication with me and the bridesmaids. Definitely appreciate their time and organization! Highly recommend

I do not recommend this boutique. My experience was as follows: I came to this boutique in search of a maid of honor dress. My friend had scheduled an appointment for both myself and her young daughter. When you schedule an appointment, they appoint a salesperson to assist you. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by our salesperson and were shown dresses for both myself and her young daughter. After that, we were not assisted further or checked on, until towards the end of our appointment when we approached the salesperson appointed to us with the dresses we had found. The salesperson took measurements and finished up the sale. There were 2 other parties there at the same time as us. Our salesperson, who I believe was named Lauren, left our party and began assisting the other parties early on. Another salesperson eventually came over to help us. We were grateful for her help. I wanted to write this review months ago when this experience occurred; however, I decided to wait until my friend & I could speak with the manager, because I have worked in the service industry for years and know how service recovery works, as well as how badly a negative review can affect business. We recently picked up my friend’s daughter’s dress. We were met at the door by a salesperson, who handed my friend her daughter’s $200 dress stuffed into a sealed plastic bag. I understand that COVID-19 has presented new concerns regarding safety & cleanliness; however, the dress I ordered from an online site even came in a garment bag. We asked the salesperson if she would be able to retrieve the name of the woman that had helped us during the appointment. The salesperson said “I should be able to find that information for you, but can I ask why?” I then said, “We would also like the manager’s information, as there are a few things we’d like to bring to the manager’s attention.” Her response was, “Well, I am the manager, which is why I’m asking.” She did not introduce herself to us, and I quite literally had to ask for her name and the name of the salesperson from our past appointment 3 times. For the sake of shortening this lengthy review, I will leave out more details as to how things went downhill from there. I will include the fact that I told the manager (Lexi) that the other groups were being assisted that day, to which she said “I know the day you’re talking about, and we were overbooked that day.” It is not my problem that they were overbooked. My friend booked an appointment in advance and her wedding party should not have to suffer because this business is not capable of booking the appropriate number of parties per day. The manager then accused my friend of not booking for the appropriate number of people, stating “I think you only booked for a dress for your daughter.” My friend assured the manager that she had booked for 2 people, her daughter and me. Lastly, I told the manager that she should be cautious in the future, as it did appear to me (a white woman) that the salesperson’s neglect might have been (MIGHT, not was) racially motivated, as my friend and her young daughter are black, and every single other person in the boutique at that time was white, including the other 2 parties which received constant attention from our salesperson. The manager’s response: “Well, I doubt it was that, because I know the salesperson you are talking about and her father is actually African American.” Okay. I only wanted to bring my perception to the attention of the manager in order to help her address this issue (regardless of the reason it occurred) and prevent future issues, but it was clear that she was protecting her staff/became defensive at the first sign of receiving negative feedback. Make your own decisions, but: there are very few bridesmaid dresses to choose from, it’s not guaranteed that you’ll be helped, and management needs additional training on service recovery.

Great experience, I gained the “quarantine 15” this spring and a dress I had ordered for a wedding that is now postponed didn’t fit anymore! I was able get the right size ordered just in the nick of time for the new September date!

Came here for a dress fitting for my friends wedding next year and the experience was great. My friend had pre selected the styles and the woman who helped me had all of the dresses pulled out for me and ready to go. She took my measurements and helped me with sizing and was very friendly. The sizing did shock me a bit because it was over what I typically wear but she assured me that was just how things worked in the bridesmaids world. I highly recommend coming in here for your big day the staff was so accomodating!!!!!!!!!

I got all my bridesmaid dresses here! I had a unique situation that consisted of me needing different styles as well as colors. There selection was amazing! So many styles to fit each girls body and the perfect shades of blues and grays, which was crucial for my wedding! The customer service was the best I have had at a dress shop too! I would have to say that the most amazing part was how reasonable the pricing as well! Over all I cannot praise this store/company enough! Absolutely recommend them!!! Go HERE Brides!!!

Excellent new location! This place has by far the best selection of Bridesmaid dresses in Wisconsin and the staff is AMAZING! The area is very inviting for bridesmaid shopping with brunch and tapas restaurants right within walking distance.They also have a complete selection of mother of the bride/groom and flower girl dresses.From start to finish the girls at Bella took care of everything, it could not have been more perfect and the dresses were gorgeous.Amazing customer service! The sweetest, most accommodating owners! They really made this experience so enjoyable and memorable!Thank You!

I can’t express enough how wonderful the experience was at Bella! Lexie did a great job with helping us girls find what we were most comfortable in and the perfect styles! The experience couldn’t have been more perfect!

EDIT: Lexie (the manager) and I spoke about my experience. I do appreciate her taking time to follow up and speak with me. She did address the issues that were not okay but also provided more communication on policies and procedures at the store. In the end Lexie and I concluded that things should have been communicated more clearly throughout the appointment. Lexie ensured that she spoke to the stylist and that she would communicate with all the other girls reminding them to treat each guest like it is their first time visiting and/or looking at dresses. I am hopeful for future guests.We had a very weird experience at Bella Bridesmaids. It started out fine and I was hopeful but the appointment only got worse as it continued. We worked with Hannah and although she was nice, her customer service was lacking. Initially she did a wonderful job but as the appointment went on she did less of her job and me, my mom, and my bridesmaids, did her job for her. As my MOH and bridesmaid (she only had to help two girls total...) found a dress they both liked, Hannah failed to notice that the girls picked dresses from different designers so the colors didnt match and she wanted to see if there was a close/same color with the different designers...obviously there wasnt. We had to put those dresses away and basically start over which bummed my girls out because they had each found a dress they loved and my priority was that they felt/feel amazing in their dresses. So they both settled for dresses that yes look great on them but wasnt their first choice.During the fitting itself, I got left with the task of helping my girls try on dresses...zipping them, clipping the dresses for them in the back to tighten so they could see what it might actually look like, and helping them take dresses off the rack. I was on my feet more than the stylist. In the end she took the girls measurements which was great but then she made us type them into the laptop filling out information for each girls dress. We should not have had to do that when she had the paper in front of her and she didnt even give it to us to refer to. I had to rely on my MOH and bridesmaid who thankfully were on the ball.While we were putting in the info she was putting dresses away. I can understand if the shop was busy and there was an appointment directly after us but THERE WAS NOT. It was completely empty and we were the only booked appointment at that time w/ only four of us total (at least we did not see anyone else coming in). If that wasnt bad enough she mixed up my two ladies dresses on their check-out pages...like there was only two of them and now one girls dress is on the other girls receipt and vice versa. It was so bad that Lexie had to email me and contacted my MOH and bridesmaid the day after to confirm the order because it got messed up.I dont live in town anymore and made a trip home just for this since both my ladies are in the MKE area. I am also incredibly disappointed since I researched a few bridesmaid shops in the area and felt from the reviews that this would be our best choice. I gave one star because me and my girls love the color/brand of the dresses we got and because Lexie did help us sort out the order but that is it. Crossing my fingers we get the right sizes, style and color. Honestly, we only bought dresses that day because I needed to leave to go back home to another state and wanted to get the dresses off my check-list.Lastly, Hannah didnt even offer if I wanted to get a picture with their sign w/ my girls, which made me sad. I didnt say anything, which is on me, but I shouldnt have had to ask. Despite my experience I would have posted the photo and love to have the memory.I am an easy going and optimistic person but I do expect quality when I am spending a good chunk of change. Also, I have worked in retail and customer service myself so I get it. I will say this is one of the very few bad reviews I have ever left anywhere. I rarely feel so compelled to leave a negative review but I couldnt let this one slide.

I am trying to get in here to try on bridesmaid dresses but their hours are not realistic for people who are working full time jobs. Consider staying open late (til like 7) one night a week or take requests for appointments outside of business hours.

I went to a couple of dress shops for my wedding dress, and I was really looking for a simple an elegant dress, rather then a bigger fluffy dress. Bellas was by far the best experience. The shop is located in the beautiful Renaissance building in the 3rd ward, and although on the smaller size, it is more of an modern elegant style then the traditional dress stores I went to. I had no problem getting an appointment, and was the only one in the store, so I had a lot of freedom to look through the selection and Kayla, the owner, gave fantastic personal service. I didnt feel pressured at all to buy anything and received great practical and honest advice from her. We fell in love with a dress, and I am so looking forward to going back for sizing. This shop is great for people looking for a wide selection of modern, elegant and affordable dresses in a beautiful pressure-free environment. Highest of recommendations.

I tried calling to set an appointment so many times and it seems like nobody works there! Nobody ever picked up and I am sick and tired to keep trying. If they already have a hard time picking up a call to set up an appointment, that already tells me how their customer service will be and contact for future reference if my bridesmaids were to purchase about their whereabouts for their dress.

Terrible customer service after purchase. They were great when we were picking out the dresses, very friendly and helpful. Good luck if you want to get in touch with them after that. I dont think they even check their voicemail box, you will NOT get a call back. My bridesmaids got their dresses here and I had a terrible time getting in touch with them for picking up dresses. I thought it was a fluke, but then I bought bridesmaid dress here for wedding I am in and they are just as unresponsive!
