My experience with Gigi MKE was just that ... an experience! Bev was so helpful and honest when helping me decide on which dress was best for me and for the day in general (I was mom of groom). My husband and I had so much fun. And then wearing the dress was an experience as well. I received so many compliments. Thank you for all of your help getting my dress to me and fitting perfectly, even though I waited until the last minute to look! I have been going there for years and they have come through with amazing dresses for me for special occasion including attending the Emmy’s, my own wedding and mother of the groom dress most recently. I love the personal attention I receive when going there. If you haven’t already checked them out, you should!

I was three weeks before the wedding and mother of the bride. GIGI not only found me a dress, it was PERFECT. Candace and the owner went beyond out of their way to ensure I would have the perfect dress for the wedding day. I will go directly to their boutique first for any future dress needs. If I could give a negative score I would! literally yesterday a loved one of mine stopped in and was completely insulted...... because my family member said she was a size 8. The woman there said it is diet season they dont make dresses bigger than a 4 she comment on her shape and waist. This is disgusting and horrible in this day and age I can not believe anyone would behave this way especially in sales.

My step-daughter is getting married and I needed a special dress for the occasion. Fortunately, I found Gigis and Bev helped me find the perfect gown. The experience was like no other. She listened intently to what I was looking for and while I tried on several dresses, I picked the first one that she chose for me. The dress is high quality and very well made. Everyone from the sales staff to the seamstress that fitted me have been top notch. I have found myself looking forward to my fittings, as I enjoy Bev and her staff so much. I cant wait to wear this dress next weekend. They made what could have been a very stressful journey into a very pleasant experience. I have been going to Gigi’s for years for evening wear, and I just purchased my wedding dress at Gigi’s too! It is stunning and a one of a kind! Shopping here was so much fun. They have a variety of styles and designers to choose from. They helped me find my dress AND alter it in-house, and they are the kindest and most knowledgeable people you will find in the business. She was very fun and sweet and offered helpful suggestions that aligned with my style. She even got my Mom in a beautiful dress for the day-of! Gigis was simply amazing! I looked all over for dresses for my daughters wedding and I couldnt find anything. I was afraid I had waited too long but they reassured me that they would find me a dress and I would have it in time for the wedding. And wow all I can say is they didnt disappoint. The customer service was impeccable. They kept me posted on when my dress would be available. They did alterations immediately when it got there and my dress was absolutely stunning for my daughters wedding. I would highly recommend getting your dress in this very unique up-to-date dress shop. I have never had so many compliments on my dress. It was a one of a kind ....and the only person I didnt outshine the day was my daughter! Thank you for your amazing service !

Horrible place. Even with their new location- Unfortunately I Purchased my gorgeous wedding dress from here only because I loved the dress... the service was comically horrible. I needed to have the neck line of the dress redone and we set an appointment to reveal the changes so my mother flew into town to see the dress for the first time but NOTHING had been altered- after 6 weeks time! What made it embarrassing is the woman helping meFound out as she was trying to help me into the dress- she didn’t even check before we arrived! They didn’t offer any apologies let alone discount on the alterations themselves.So sad. Avoid this place at all cost. Very unprofessional and added unnecessary negativity to what should be an exciting time! This was by far the worst part of planning my wedding.

Amazing selection, service, and quality.

For my first time shopping for a dress I thought I would have been wowed by the service and selection of Gigi, but sadly I was not impressed. None of the dresses that were brought to me was I wowed by and nothing she kept bringing me was wowing me. The service was awful as well not very good customer service at all. If you are looking for on trend and the latest wedding dresses I would not recommend coming here because they dont have any of the lastest bridal wear and a lady told me they wont even have it for awhile. You are definitely better off going somewhere else. I would not recommend them at all.

GIGI of Mequon went above and beyond to make my wedding dress perfect! There were a lot of changes to my dress including making it shorter by about a foot and changing the zip up back to a corset, and their seamstress did an AMAZING job. On top of the great work with my dress, the shop itself is beautiful and the salon style way of showing dresses really gives you a feeling a being catered to. Wonderful atmosphere and great staff!

High end (expensive) ladies fashion shopping north of Milwaukee. Shopping there makes my mother in law happy, which is a condition that is greatly desired!

After looking at many stores I found my dream dress here and can not wait for my groom to see me down the aisle in September this year!

Do not shop here! I went looking for a tiara for my daughters quince, and I was appalled by the service. They were rude and pompous. I was never so insulted! When I walked in and I was asked if she could help me with something, I explained what I needed. She responded with, We wouldnt have anything you could afford. She changed her tune when I explained my price range, and even told me to come back in 10 years for a wedding dress. I will never, ever go back again!

Do not shop here. Theyre overpriced, and they adopt emotionally manipulative sales tactics. They pretend theyre your best friend, but they just want your money and make you feel guilty if you dont buy stuff.

The dresses were beautiful but way too expensive and I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable here. Not to mention the stupid little dogs running all over the place. If you are on a budget dont even bother
