After my original dress was completely ruined the week before prom I went here to see if I was able to not only find a new dress, but also have it altered to my unique petite stature. Boy oh boy did they deliver. I absolutely fell in love with the dress as soon as I laid my eyes on it. My dress was altered and returned 2 days before prom and I looked radiant.

Im so disappointed, frustrated and angry 😠. This store told us that my daughter Quinces dress will be ready by middle of Jun, but they never called us back, so we call them several times with no answer because the business phone has been disconnected, so we drove to this place and guess what? The store is empty and no body around knows were they went. If any body knows anything about them will help me. Thanks

My Fiancé and I purchased her Dress in November from Hallelujah Fashion. When we purchased the Dress, they told us it will be ready for pick up March 9th, 2020. Since this date, we have been trying to reach out to Hallelujah. The Worker John Lahl told us he will reach out to my Fiancé at least once a week and keep us updated on her dress since it was not ready on March 9th. We never received any form of communication from them. Additionally, we have tried calling and going to the store to see if they were open and they weren’t. Here it is June 12th and they still have not reached out to us and our Wedding is June 20th, 2020. Since I never heard anything from them, I was forced to purchase a New dress from DAVID’S BRIDAL. I tried reaching out to Hallelujah Fashion today and they Changed their store Phone number, making it impossible for anyone to reach them.

Please discard my previous five star review. Got alterations done and I drove an hour in the snow to pick up the dress. I was by myself so I thought no problem right? Just pick up the dress and go! This wasn’t the case. When I got there, the SAME lady who sold me the dress asked for the receipt. I told her I did not have it on me but she was the one who helped me pick out the dress. She continued to ask for a receipt and refused to give me the dress. Will be coming back tomorrow to pick up the dress WITH the receipt, but will NOT be coming back to this store.

This shop accepted deposits for dresses and never delivered, changed their phone number, and remain closed! the owners are scammers, please avoid.

The salesperson didnt seem very interested in helping me. While I was trying on one dress she said she would find others for me to try on. I waited a little while and when I came out of the dressing room she had 4 other dresses for another customer, nothing for me. She wisked past me and said we dont have your size, you have to order from the book.

Worst experience ever...... I went in looking for prom dresses with a $300 budget and John the owner told me to pick out a dress and he would tell me the price. I picked up several dresses and he seemed to be making up prices off the top of his head. So I asked him can you come and show me dresses in this budget range and he couldnt (because hes making up the prices as he goes)! I waited a week and went back and asked about a specific dress that he said was $378 which he was now saying was $478 (as I said before making up prices as he goes). The fact that these dresses are samples and have been tried on by hundreds of people and he is charging these outrageous prices is ridiculous! I know I wont make or break his business but I will not spend my hard earned money there! Off to Illinois we went and found the same dress for $260. Thanks Peaches Boutique for the beautiful dress.

John was extremely professional,great customer service and very nice.I am extremely pleased with the many items I have purchased from his store.

They try to get over on people with the prices. They will tell you one price but when you come back its a higher price. John is very rude and his mother pretty much goes along with what he says, even if she told you something different. Will never buy anything from them again and recommend that no one else does.

Absolutely terrible service. This place is scamming people left and right. The salesman passes as an employee making referreces to the owner, but HE IS the owner. He quoted a price per each suit, after 10 visits to the store at different times for measurements, he waits one week before the wedding, when its time to pick up the order, to increase the price by $37 MORE per each suit!! He LIED! He was asked multiple times for the total and he gave the same amount each time, only to increase the amount a week before the weeding. DONT do business here!! This is John guy is a scam artist.

This is a TERRIBLE place. I would not recommend it to anyone. Dresses are WAY overpriced. Staff never there on time. You can spend 2 hrs calling them and they dont answer. They are making so much money they dont care if they are there or not. We ordered a dress and we were standing right there when the owner ordered it over the phone. Said it would be there in about a week. Two and a half weeks later we get a call stating that the dress was not available in the size we ordered. 2 1/2 weeks later???? So time is of the essence. Then we have no choice but to order the few out of the catalog that were in the size we needed. AGAIN the delivery time was terrible. The dress we ordered was nothing like the picture, it was ugly and my daughter did not want it. So just by luck she found a dress from a friend and it was too small so had it altered at this store. We had put a $100 down payment down on the first dress. So we paid $109 to have a dress altered. The dress DID NOT fit properly and my daughters breasts were haning out of her dress. It ruined her whole prom experience. Look elsewhere to find a dress. If this is your last resort then do it. But I highly recommend that you DONOT buy a dress here.

Customer skills are certainly lacking here. Very unfriendly and rude attitude. She seemed to be irritated and had no intention in assisting my daughters and I.

Most dresses have to be ordered 2 weeks in advance . I would think they would have enough of one dress for bridesmaids in the case it comes up.
