They have an extensive Ala Carte section with homemade Beef and Chicken Bone broth, Ghee and so much more! Their prices are extremely high because you are getting the best meats man can offer because of how meticulously the animals are cared for before butchering. I was in the neighborhood today so I thought Id stop by kettle range and see what they had going on. I bought two grass fed Kansas City strips for dinner. OMG! Two of the best strips weve ever eaten. Might have been the best. Marbled and tender. I just stared at them before I grilled them. Unbelievable. Bought a leg of lamb for Easter. Cant wait!

One of the hands down best butcher shops around. Dry age Christmas prime rib was stellar. I come here once a week for there fabulous meal kits. There meat selection is very good and the staff are all very friendly. Ive been coming regularly for months and only had great experiences.

I look forward to buying kettle range meats as an end of the week reward. They have great cuts and creative take and bake options in their fresh case. They also do custom cuts of meat if you want to wait a few more minutes.

Heritage cinta pork chops absolutley delicious. Grilled over a charcoal fire to perfection. The butcher talked them up the day we were there, They lived up to his description, bring them to room temperature, simply use salt and pepper and grill. So very yummy.

I drive from Mukwonago to this market and pass countless other options.Kettle Ranges quality of meat in conjunction with the prices, variety and staff leave my choice of patronizing them as a no brainer.Theyre one of very few local options that dry age their beef. They dry age their steaks, the steaks are un-graded but always seem to be consistent with what a USDA Prime rating would be.Ive bought plenty of steaks their as well as several of their pre-packaged meals. Im eating the Cuban pork meal as I type this.Aces guys. Thanks for doing what you do, its not unappreciated.

Plenty of a variety of meat, especially frozen! I was looking for beef soup bones, purchased a bit more than 2 pounds for $5.00 a pound, a little pricey. My bone broth turned out excellent, more cartilage on the bones really helps. March 1, 2020 update soup bones are only $1.00lb. local area if you look, as good as Kettle Range!

Bought 2 Tomahawk Steaks, they were absolutely amazing. Cut with a butter knife. MUST HAVE AGAIN. This butcher cuts the best pieces at request and there meats are the tastiest. I advise all to try them.

I have been patronizing this business for years. Five stars for the products, the meat is beautiful and I love the meal kits. I just wish the tall gentleman with the beard was nicer :/ he is almost standoffish at times. I think I may need to seek out a new local butcher shop.

OK so first even though I mostly cook at home my husband requires cooking his steak so fine he can cook it and when he does he usually goes here to get a steak or they also do other meat and it has always been really good even though I dont eat steak much.

Its fun to come here an see what interesting cuts theyll have that day. Their sales staff is super knowledgeable, as well. No pimply kid behind the meat counter giving bad advice. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my life to drive to your location after calling and being informed you have tomahawk steaks ready for sale. I literally made the drive immediately after we got off the phone and upon arriving at the shop I’m informed there are no steaks and if I called the right butcher shop.

This is an outstanding butcher. I have heard many good things and had to try it out myself. It is small and cozy and has a welcoming feel.The butcher had helped us pick out something to make for a small group that was easy. He asked a few question and provided some recommendations. Once we made a decision he even told us a good way to prepare the meat along with a suggestion for a wine pairing they had. Seeing he was so friendly we chose to add on the wine and everything turned out splendid.I have to recommend this place to anyone who cares about the quality of meat they purchase.

Today was our 50th Anniversary and with the current situation we were not sure what to do for dinner. Our son and his family surprised us with a Kettle Rangel Dinner in a bag. It was wonderful, everything fresh with just the right amount of ingredients. Instructions were simple and complete. When you start with their meat, it is hard to go wrong.

Im sitting here eating the best bacon Ive ever had. I almost wish I had never had this stuff, because now Im not sure how Im going to go a single day without eating it! The awesome guy behind the counter walked me through all of their bacon options like a meat sherpa. I settled on the no sugar, uncured bacon.My guy told me that they do it right. I dont even know why bacon is ever made in any other way. THIS IS THE STUFF.GO THERE. BUY BACON. BE CHANGED

Visited once and Im sold. The atmosphere is warm and rustic. Its very clean and well organized. The staff is laid back and extremely helpful. They got my wife the lard shes been looking for forever and fed my eyes with a wide assortment of meats and will certainly feed my belly with...what appears to be wonderful pork belly. Im in love.

Just bought beef jerky from here 12-15-2019. Its the original flavor and the overwhelming taste of pepper feels like I just eat a shot glass full of pepper. They even have a pepper flavor next to the original i could only imagine how much pepper is in that one.

My husband and I stopped in to check the place out. We were impressed immediately by the selection, the complimentary Valentine coffee, and the incredibly friendly staff. We ended walking out with a dinner kit to make pork belly bahn mi sandwiches. They were delicious! Came with easy to follow instructions, perfectly measured ingredients, and a very detailed ingredients list. A perfect, locally supplied alternative to Blue Apron. So impressed! This is now officially our meat spot.

Always buy my dog bones from here due to the great selection and price! Was upset when I found my 5 newly purchased bones with mold on them....soon found out it was due to the bag being closed! The shop gave me replacements on the house 😃

The selection is outstanding. And the pork belly mac and cheese? No idea, as my husband scarfed it down so fast youd think he never gets fed.

Went here for the first time yesterday. They have some of the highest quality meat in the city of Milwaukee. The hyper local philosophy and friendly attitude will hopefully make this a staple in Wauwatosa for many many years!Not to mention the hot beef jerky is delicious!

Guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable.I taste test compared a grass fed ribeye to a USDA Prime ribeye that I cut off a Costco sub primal.Prime wins out for pure ribeye fatty flavor but grass fed has beefy flavors you dont get with prime. I enjoyed that beefy note, Ill be back for more.I also bought a 2 lb. tomahawk that had absolutely insane marbling. A $75 special treat.

Aside from best quality meat, what I like about them is they provide all kinds of cut, even weird ones that you will not find anywhere else.

Besides the great meat, they have a great brat, dog or burger fry on Saturdays. Soda or water at only $1 a piece. Now thats a deal. Paying $4.50 for water at Summerfest is highway robbery. Thanks Kettle Range!!

Everything is wonderful. Some of the best steaks Ive ever had. Plus their homeade butters are delicious. I never get my meat from anywhere else anymore.

I made a special trip to kettle range meats because the website said they carried dry aged steaks, this is misleading because they only had 3 total steaks that were aged, a scrawny sirloin and 2 cowboys which did not look very aged at all anyway. When i asked how long they were aged the clerk did not know so it was a big pass for me. I am sure the meats are all acceptable but they definitely did not have any decent dry aged steaks when I went in. I did not see anything here that looked any better than Rays or bunzels.

Not only is the meat tasty. The employees are welcoming and helpful. The chef answered many questions and made the process extremely easy.

Went to there website and placed an order for 2 ribeyes for pickup because Im a young millennial and Im bad at human interaction (lol). Went in and the place was extremely warm and cozy. I went up to the counter and told them I had an order for pickup.Anyways, the clerk (albeit a little confused) made a quick phone call to the owner and got everything sorted out. She apologized for the inconvenience because they never had an online order before, but I assured her that it was no problem. After confirming that I did order online, she gave me my ribeyes and I went home to make steak that night. Superb customer service.Steak was nice too. Super tender. Tasty.Besides that, I have the special privilege of being their first online customer. So thats cool
