I have been buying meat here for over 15 years now. Although not cheap(sasta) as the name says, I used to go back for the quality of the meat. Recently I have had bad experiences with the expensive goat meat that I buy here. The lady at the counter keeps yelling Everytime for one or the other reason as if she is giving the stuff for free. ALERT!!!! The prices on the menu do not match their prices on the scale.. watch out. It felt like it is a scam. This has happened to me earlier with the meat but she said it was raised due to pandemic and board is not updated. I bought goat liver today and what they charge is 3.99 vs 2.99 on the board. She doesnt even offer a refund and on top of it she is yelling on that saying - ok I will update the board see the attached pictures for the incorrect billing.

It’s a small Indian grocery store.You can also buy fresh cut meat here.You buy all kind of masalas,Spices,Lentils,Pickles and more.I find this store’s prices are higher then the the other grocery stores around.I think a lot people come here just for the fresh cut Goat meat and chicken.It’s located on the historic Mitchell St.Sometimes it’s hard to find parking here.

The front desk person is the most arrogant and incompetent person I have met in my life order is never ready on time will never go to this store very poor hygiene .

I was regular customer there but lately every time I went to that store I receive worst customer service & attitude. After yesterday I will never go back there anymore. If anybody decide to visit there be ready to be humiliated & worst customer service.

Sasta Bazaar was wonderful. Ali and Shiva.K were great. Both were very helpful and informative. The store has a wide variety of foods and meat. All delicious! I will definitely be going back.

Good store for getting Goat meat. Their staff is good and they clean meat well. Its always fresh too. I guess they have same owner as that of Anmol - not sure though. Their location is old - but they have parking space !

Sasta Bazaar used to be the most trusted HALAL meat market in town, but NOT anymore. The store has one grocery aisle only with little items on them. Some of the products are expired and they dont check the expiration date on their items even if you inform them they wont bother to take them off the shelves. They also start running out of meat and poultry in their meat section. The meat price has become expensive. The beef keema that I bought last couple times was nasty and the smell was so bad I had to threw it out! The lady behind the counter is friendly, but other employees arent. I dont know what happened to this store but Ill definitely stop going there.

Its the only place you will get fresh Goat meat and parts as you want like liver, brain etc.,. Very famous in the downtown. But it is not spacious. You also will get the other Indian recipies.

Worst customer service and name says sasta (economical)but nothing is sasta here.And if you want lamb you have to take whole lamb 30 pounds which doesn’t makes sense.Worst experience over all, I recommend to explore other places than this one.

One of the worst product service in Milwaukee, they care least about the customer satisfaction, sells many expired products, bugs and worms in the dry friuts, low quality food supplies. Initially I thought sometimes it happen, but it was repeated sequentially. Bad experience. I could nt able to give less than one star.

Most of times guy on counter take wrong order. He is always on his personal phone with someone. I ordered 4 lbs Qumme and 4 lbs chicken breastfeeding.He made 8 lbs Qumme from different places.
