If you ever have the unfortunate experience of having an intoxalock installed on your vehicle, I highly recommend getting it at Expert Electronics. The team there is kind, experienced and very knowledgeable. Due to the type of car I drive, the installation was not easy but they installed it perfectly. They gave me great instructions on how to use it and made sure I knew what I was doing before I left their shop. When I had an issue that intoxalock customer service couldnt help me with, the staff here went above and beyond to try and help me. I am grateful to have such a positive experience with Expert Electronics while dealing with the intoxalock device.

Stopped in this afternoon to get my Sirius XM radio repaired. The guys diagnosed the issue and provided me with a price that was probably fair, but more than I wanted to spend today. They were nice enough to put a band aid on it, and the radio works OK. Now that I know the overall issue, and closer to a pay day, Ill definitely be back to get the radio fixed.

Tinted my windows, installed my system, upgraded my headlights. All around they do phenomenal work. Joe and Nicole are very helpful, and awesome to deal with!

Joe did great work doing a custom install of a Kenwood Navigation & Multimedia display into my 2006 Subaru Outback 2.5XT. This car has a factory stereo that is hard wired through the climate control system so it was a particularly complicated job. It also has turbo boost gauges from the factory that I wanted to keep. Joe moved the gauges to where the ash tray was and modified the spot where the gauges were to fit the new display. Now it looks like it belongs there and works beautifully.I will say their pen and paper organizational system and lack of apt. scheduling is a little frustrating sometimes. But these guys do great work and somehow they keep it all straight.

The whole experience was terrible! Absolutely the worst work done. I had to come back to get the sound system fixed more than 3 times! If you want your system to be done correctly and in a timely manner DO NOT GO HERE! And I see the owner replies to these reviews, please sir/Ma’am call me to discuss this matter….the owner replied and had no logical explanation and still has not CALLED ME ABOUT THE ISSUE…he/she was not there and doesn’t know what’s going on but replies to defend bs! WOW just WOW! And what are you talking about me expecting you not to feed your family I PAID FOR MY STEREO AND ITS NOT WORKING! They damaged my dash (gave me $200 refund job cost $450! Outrageous I’m it’s self!) then tried to recoup the money by saying my amp is bad when it was just fine before…y’all wired it wrong in which it seemed as if the amp went out…how do I know this because a place that knows what they are doing wired it CORRECTLY AND ITS NOW WORKING! A little advise if you want to stay in business address your customers concerns instead of replying to reviews and defending terrible work! Also hire people that KNOWS what the hell they are doing…like I said anyone reading this DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET ANY WORK DONE YOU SEE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I really wasnt going to write a review on this company, but I felt compelled to do so to help someone else from making the same mistake I did by trusting these people who I thought were honest, Joe feels that he has to consult with Daniel who is always behind the desk and greets everyone when they come into theshop as if hes the owner, I noticed that anyone who comes in wanting to speak with Joe he will not allow you to talk to him instead he will ask what do you need then go in the back run it pass Joe and whatever he has said or convinced Joe to do or say he comes back with an outrageous price, I took my truck there to have an auto start and alarm installed asked before arriving how much would the cost be since I have my own equipment, spoke with Joe he said its $70.00 an hour and said they would get it done within an hour I waited an hour and 45 mins. and they still didnt get it right, after leaving I had to come back because they didnt connect the alarm after they did the light kept flashing, when I hit the key pad for the alarm it chirps 5 times instead of once which is suppose to arm it. I called to ask why the alarm isnt working and having a difficult time starting Daniel again goes to talk with Joe comes back telling me I could bring it back but they would charge me $70.00 an hour to check it and tried to sell me one of their systems, I feel now that they didnt know what they were doing,since when is theres a charge to check out your own work? What ever faulty wiring was done to my truck burned out the ignition switch, which now has to be replaced and I decided to have the remote start, and alarm system installed by another shop.If you want a good professional job done to your vehicle I suggest that you find a good shop with a certified tech thats familiarwith all types of electronics...

Recently got my windows tinted here and wished I didn’t. This place constantly switches up the quote and price when they want to. Considering the fact that I am a woman I am aware that whenever I get anything done to my vehicle I can expect to be over charged which is why I always call for quotes beforehand. Don’t be surprised when you receive a lower initial quote then when it’s time for you to pay they try to charge you a different amount that isn’t justified.On top of that the work they did isn’t even worth the over charge. I ended up with a bad tint job from this place. The dotted matrix on my rear window is terrible and they wanted to charge me more to fix. I’m pretty sure they knew it was a bad tint job before they were done and didn’t care to fix it. I will never come back here for anything.Update: Initially I did not include full details as all I care about is the principal .I came to get a 1 window tint redone and was willing to pay the agreed price which was $30 before the job was started and Also to discuss the recent tint job that was done since I was not satisfied with the rear window dot matrix and wanted to know if it could be fixed.I was told there was nothing that could be done and I would have to call the manager for a custom redo which I dont not argue about I then asked for a quote for another window to be re-tinted which there was an amount that was agreed on but when it came time to pay I was told I had to pay another amount.I was given an ultimatum that if I did not pay the said amount my warranty would be voided for the pervious tint job. The amount I paid was not the amount they try to make me pay. I did not pay the amount and only paid what was initially agreed on. You cannot tell a customer one price then change it when you see fit then also threaten that if I did not want to pay the price that my guaranteed warranty that I initially paid full price for would be voided.Miscommunication is an understatement, poor customer service and bad business practices was definitely the culprit.

Terrible experience i asked for speakers in one place they put them where they wanted to out them didnt call me to ask me for my opinion.. customer service is horrible joe the manager needs to be fired i dropped my truck off at 9 am and didnt get it back until 7 pm and all I had done was a four channel amo install with 4 skar tweeters which they only installed 2 of those dont know where the other two went... on top of that one of his employees shot a customer with a pellet down and caused a whole lot of drama with me being locked in the building for 30 mins of so I would not recommend this place to anyone...

Just got my vehicle tinted today, 5/17/2021. I must say, this shop is very professional. They did an outstanding job on my car, and they have very good customer service.

You will literally be putting your life in the hands of a company more concerned about making a buck by hacking things together than the quality of their service or safety of their customers. What should have been a simple Apple Car Play install has turned into a nightmare for us with Expert Electronics leaving us with a bill upwards of $5,000. They had our vehicle more than 20 hrs over two tips plus a third to see an auto mechanic friend of theirs to diagnose why our airbag light was on after their install. They then advised us to take it to an authorized Toyota dealership to diagnose the issue (not a competitor as they will say). The dealers feedback: this was a total hack job with bare and cut wires, and most important a severed airbag wire.After understanding the gravity of damage done to our vehicle and zero accountability from Jason (rudest business owner weve ever encountered) we stopped payment on our credit card. Returning our vehicle to factory standard will well exceed the cost of the equipment (which they will say we didnt pay for. Their free fix - they thought we should bring the vehicle back for a fourth trip so they could solder the airbag wire to avoid the $5,000 fix. As our insurance company, attorneys and Toyota dealer advised - there is no way a car manufacturer out there would stand behind a soldered airbag wire.Based on the lack of ownership and willingness to work through this in a professional manager by both Jason and Joe we absolutely did not trust bringing our vehicle back to them. Do not trust this company - if given the change to make things right good chance you dont know what the trade off you might be making. They will respond making it seem like we are unreasonable customers who didnt pay for the equipment. Is returning our vehicle back to factory standard to ensure the safety of our family unreasonable?We have reported this to the better business bureau. Think twice before using Expert Electronics.

My remote starter stopped working and the business where I purchased it closed down permanently since covid 19. I called Expert Electronics and spoke with Joe. I came in, no appt necessary, it took a while for him to diagnose the problem but he fixed it. Even though I shouldve been charged for labor he did not charge and therefore made the waiting well worth it. This is an exceptional business with exceptional work ethics and values. I would recommend anyone who desire quality, good service and honesty to make this your first stop.

Probably the BEST customer service experience I have ever had. Joe installed a remote start system with a Linkr Module on my 2015 WRX STI. My car got shipped to me across the states and I experienced some problems with it. He went out of his way to help me and sent some wires at no charge. I requested that my AC+Radio also start when I remote start the car and he sent over a relay to make it work. The problem was I didnt know how to install it. Me being lazy almost A YEAR passed and I contacted him about trying to install it. He asked me where I was located and contacted a shop near me that does work on the aftermarket remote start system. He said take it there and it will be installed and hed pay for it! Seriously wow. I have never had customer service like that! What a legend! HIGHLY recommend!

I’m a pretty harsh critic when it comes to business is because I am a businessman as well. But I have to say in regards to Expert Electronics it is the best Auto electronic and tint shop that you could ever deal with in the city of Milwaukee and probably beyond. I’ll be honest I never had them do any tint work for me but everyone that has had are very satisfied. other than the awesome work they do and the knowledge and the fact that they stand behind their work 100% in other words if you get something done there and you’re not 100% satisfied they will keep working on it until you are that’s not really what impressed me the most. It’s the leadership the organization and the way they treat people. The boss Joe is probably one of the best business people I have ever dealt with. normally their big headed and snotty. no exaggeration. and then his employees are diverse but you could swear that they were from the same family because they all are the same polite professional experience knowledgeable I could go on forever.

Customer service needs more work. He took a whole 25minz on the phone with a customer calling in about a car stereo, vs 2 customers waiting in front of you with money to spend.

I had tint boys on south side tinted my car before, been over 5 years tint was still looking as new, they also came with life time warranty for the tints. Price was way less then these overpriced idiots.

Got my VW AllTrack tinted here for a very reasonable price compared to some other businesses that I was getting quotes from. I walked in and had a good experience dealing with their friendly staff. They were very laid back and got the job done in about 2 hours. The tint job was done very well and I couldnt be happier with how my car looks. I highly recommend this company for window tint work.

Expert electronics is why we need more people to quit shopping the internet and going to big box stores. Joe and everyone down there have made my experience feel like I was dealing with family, from picking out the right system for my truck and what I wanted, to the tinting of my windows. No one tried to push a certain product on me and the the only thing they all wanted from me was to be happy and satisfied with what I chose and the workmanship put into my truck.If your looking to do modifications to your vehicle such as window tinting, new stereo or any other service they offer I say start here because you need not go anywhere else they are the best.

They’ve got a variety of products, at different price points and they know enough about each one of them to ensure they set you you up with the best customized set up for your needs within your budget.So why did I give this establishment only one star? Because if you’re anything like me one of the first things you do is check a place’s bad reviews, and while I know some people have had bad experiences here, I can honestly say those are not indicative of the experience that you’ll get here.

I had them install a new radio in my car and they did an excellent job. They were professional and extremely quick with the installation. My fiance was also quoted a very reasonable price for his windows to be tinted. Overall great service and great prices.

Joe is honestly a very nice guy who does a lot of good work for a lot of people. But if you have a foreign car I wouldn’t let him do electrical work on your vehicle. He messed up my BMW. the way he wired my car caused a lot more problems to my car than I initially went in with. And after trying to resolve the problem countless of times he told his employee to tell me that he is refusing to do anymore work / fix the problems he caused. Even though he was 5 feet away from me but didn’t want to say it him self. Now I am forced to take him to court.

Eddie and joe fixed and installed my amp within 2 hours and the system sounds spectacular. They even charged me way less than they initially thought. Ill be getting subs in my car soon so Eddie and Joe will get my business!Cheers guys!

The guys at Expert Electronics are always attentive and does a good job on every install. Ran into a bit of trouble with an OWI. Expert Electronics did a great job on getting the intoxalock up and running. Recalibration is routinely done quick and easy. Highly recommend Expert Electronics!

Called on Wednesday to set up a time for tinting my windows Saturday morning. Showed up at 10:30 on Saturday and was told they could no longer take me and would have to reschedule for next week. So I decided to take my business elsewhere and left. At first I was pretty upset but then the owner called to apologize for the miscommunication and offered to make things right by tinting my windows at a significantly discounted price.I understand that mistakes happen to everyone, but not all businesses have the decency to admit their mistakes and make things right with every customer. After speaking with Joe (the owner) on the phone, I can confidently recommend this place to everyone because they really do care about making sure all of their customers have a positive experience here.

Joe redid my whole sound system in my 2013 Ford Fusion hybrid, which alone isnt easy but with it being a hybrid its make it that much more difficult. I was very pleased with the customer service and the knowledge of this place. He knew what I wanted and definitely worked in my price range and listened to what wanted. He got my car done in a very reasonable time and kept me updated along the way. The end result was amazing! I would definitely recommend coming in and seeing the guys here for car sound systems.

Had my 2016 Range Rover Evoque windows tinted. First they match the rest of the windows, second Joe gave me a time it would be done, and he was spot on. I would recommend his shop to any of my friends. But before I went to Expert Electronics, I stopped by Sun Busters, once a force, now its sad too see how far they have fallen. I was afraid to leave my car there, I thought they would chop it up and sell it for parts.

My boyfriend brought his truck there after he installed a radio himself and had issues getting the bluetooth to work. Joe the installer was able to figure out what the issue was and didnt over charge like most would have to resolve this issue. Excellent customer service.

Called to get my car done have a brand new alarm they said they couldnt do it. I was gonna pay for the bypass and the installation at there place. But I guess there scared of work, some places dont like to make money. So I guess Ill take my work somewhere else. Dam do I miss Capt install I would of gotten treated better.

Time management.Walked away after my 4yr old daughter was exposed to pornographic drawings.Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for actions, and owner confessed to it.Oddly electrical tape job hidden under seat. The radio in dash was not secure properly, so I ended up having to get it reinstalled by another shop to keep it from falling into dash. The wiring under the dash was a nightmare, and pretty much everything was redone to make it serviceable.The shop figures people won’t ever see behind the panels once work is done, and the shop surely won’t disclose mistakes or broken parts, it will just cover it up and hide them.

Joe was really cool. Got me in for window tinting on my Subaru and then gave me some $$ off. Made suggestions and it turned out great.

Considering how difficult it was to work on my car and having other companies back out. Electronic experts stepped up and made my install happen, even when i was having user issues they offered to come to me and fix it. they even offered to have me on speaker and go step by step with me. that is good service my friend no matter how you look at it

Went in for a couple of questions, walked out with a brand new installed stereo system! Joe is awesome. Cut me a deal and everything. He is even from my hometown so I definitely had to go with him! They do great work. Did the whole installatation in about an hour and a half. Highly recommended!!

Last winter I took my car to a different stereo shop to get a remote starter installed. My car is a hybrid, push start and I had nothing but trouble with it from the start. The remote start would randomly disable my car and drain the battery causing a huge inconvenience on a regular basis. In the beginning, they seemed eager to help resolve the issue but when they were unable to provide a fix for the issue, they became evasive and would not return my phone calls. They ended up telling me there was nothing further they could do other than offer me refund of half of the cost of the starter.I was referred to Expert Electronics for a quality remote car starter. I was instantly impressed with the awesome customer service by Joe and Nick. I told them the issues I had with my first starter and they assured me that they could provide me with a starter that would work properly. Its been 4 months since I have had the starter and there have been ZERO issues. I upgraded to the Car Link package so I can start my car from my iPhone and I absolutely LOVE how reliable it has been. Joe has followed up with me after the installation was complete and has continued with the great customer service!

The remote starter i purchased seems not to work as good as i thought. I was told the model that i purchased has a half mile range. I can be 10 feet from my car and it wont start. Im considering taking it back.

Put plenty cheap stuff in my car. Then trying to charge for labor. And wasnt working on my car the full amount of time. Had my car a whole week. And still wasnt done. You want it done right go to Elite.

Updated Review: Stereo stopped working twice after bringing my VW Vanagon in for an install. Both times pretty immediately after leaving the shop. Brought it back after the first for a fix. The fix lasted a day. After inspecting the work I decided I would never bring my van back to them again. Awful shotty work. I brought my cars here many times before the name / owner change. This shop is definitely far from its roots.

I needed to get bluetooth in my 06 passat. Joe and the other dude got it done in an hour and i was a walk in. Best deal i found in town.
