I have been a customer at Reo motors since 2009 and they’ve always met or exceeded my expectations. Reo Motors honest and knowledgeable salesmen always spent time ensuring that I leave happy. Any time I had an issue with a car I bought from them, they always provided great service and Rep humble owner is always available to address any concerns.

Worst customer service. No one knows what they are doing. I hadn’t driven my car other than back to the dealership and home 4 times. They still didn’t fix all the problems completely. The service desk representative behind the desk was rude and not very helpful since my title and registration still is not received by the DMV. Don’t go there!!

Wanted to look at a specific vehicle. I called them confirming the vehicle was there and still availabl. They told me it was on site. Drive 2hrs to gett to the dealership. I stood around for 30min while they tried to find the vehicle. After 30 min I asked to speak to the manage. He told me the vehicle was stolen. I dont believe that as he had the keys to the vehicle in his hand. Employees were overwhelmed. Very chaotic inside the business.

Great service the best customer service. There on top of what they do. The owners are very good people and very nice.

Was attended by carlos, and all I can say is that all my questions were answered and he went above and beyond to make sure I left with no doubt.
