I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The first person I met at the dealership was Sir Victor. He listened to what I wanted, and made it happen! He ordered the car (exactly as I wanted) and once it arrived he spent time with me and in great deal explained all the features the car offered. I highly recommend you work with Sir Victor. I did not get the high pressure tactics I have all learned to expect, I truly believe his interest was getting me in the car I wanted and needed. Management was excellent also. Brent made sure everything was set up so I could pick up my car, the next day after it was delivered to the lot. Their customer service is outstanding. I left the dealership knowing I had made the right decision on both the car, and the right dealership to purchase from.

The worst place to buy a used car here.They charge a premium on a used 2012 Nissan Altima stating they have done a complete inspection while selling it and stating that if any issues come in 2-3 weeks they would take care of it for free.However, I was forced to send it for repairs with the malfunctioning passenger airbag light on within just 1 week of purchase and again in the next week for a check engine light for leaking EVAP.They charged me 289.23 $ stating they are giving me a 50% discount on the cost of repair: 45$ for part (canister purge valve ) and 553.46$ for the labor(more than 12 times the cost of the part ). While the authorized service dealer quoted 232$ for the repairs.I feel they jacked up the labor prices to fleece me while showing on the face a goodwill gesture of providing a 50% discount on the cost of repairs.I feel that a vehicle that is sold to a customer after full inspection should not get a passenger airbag sensor malfunction light or a check engine light in just 3 weeks time of purchase. It clearly looks like the vehicle was not inspected before being sold with a very high premium

After having this vehicle for just 7 months I can officially say that this is by far the worst experience and worst vehicle I have ever owned. Ive had to put another $2,000+ into a vehicle that I just purchased. Control arms are shot, tie rods are about to be shot, sway bar end links also are getting there. Plus the vehicle throws misfire codes on a regular basis. Just more and more bad stuff happening every day. Stay away from these people unless you want to throw your money down the drain. How dare you take advantage of a single dad with 3 kids with a unacceptable answer of you shouldve purchased our extended warranty. Fact of the matter is, theres no way you missed this during your initial check in which means you are willing to sell a vehicle with issues you know needed to be fixed immediately. What a joke!The woman in financing left a bad taste in my mouth and showed probably the worst display of professionalism Ive ever seen. When someone comes in and states, I will only allow you to run my financing through so and so bank, you should probably not ignore them and do things your way. You should also probably not get angry when a customer tells you no; arguing with a customer is beyond rude and a magnificent way of losing future business.Also, dont purchase anything used from them that isnt a Toyota, youll be sorry.
I was there for my car oil change and tire rotation. As it was my first time going there by myself (otherwise my dad takes to fix anything) I was very nervous as to where to stop and talk to about my car. I loved the customer service that was provided to me by Jesus Rosario. He helped me and explained all the thing that were necessary for me to know.
Sir Victor was so nice. Not pushy at all. Very helpful. We bought a used vehicle thru Sir Victor and I would certainly come back. He is the true 007 Salesman.
We had a terrible experience here, my husband bought a Toyota a year ago, they tried to give us $50 for our trade in for a 2003 Honda Accord, Kelley blue book value for fair condition trade in is $1200. Then they convinced my husband to finance through them and there was a $1000+ finance fee in fine print. They had him there for hours and hours. Now I am getting tickets in the mail for the car that we traded in because they never took me off the registration. We will never go here again.
This is my 1st time financing a vehicle and the experience ultimately turned out to be very negative. I test drove 2 cars to begin with. The 2nd vehicle ended up smoking really bad and had a very strong burning stench. We had to pull over after being terrified that the car was going to blow up with us in it.. (mind you, at this location the sales people ride with you when you test drive any vehicle) Even the sales guy was worried about it. So he had to have someone from the dealership to come pick us up because it wasnt safe for us to drive the car back. Then I chose a car that I liked after being there for countless hours. At the very last moment they told us the car did NOT come with a warranty. So we told the salesman that we didnt want the car. He was anxious to sell us the car and told us Ill take care of it, if we went ahead and purchased the car. When I came back to pick the car up 2 days later, no one honored the warranty, even when I told them what our salesman said. Which then I had to purchase a warranty that was only for 3 years or 30, 000 miles. After all the paperwork was done, we talked to our other salesman (we had 2 different men who were helping us) and told him how we didnt get the warranty that we were promised and he told us to talk to the guy again because we shouldve got our car certified. Which almost a week later, all we got was a run around, and NO warranty. Also, I put a deposit down which was never applied towards my car so was suppose to get a refund and they are so unorganized that Ive had to go to that dealership 4 days in a row and still havent had my deposit refunded. I just dont understand how so many things can be screwed up?? And how no one is ever on the same page?? I would not ever recommend anyone to go to this location
I took my Toyota in for an emergency diagnosis appointment due to emergency lights related to my brakes appearing. The tech diagnosed it as a major problem that would be expensive to fix. I thought it sounded odd, declined it, and took my car into my local mechanic instead who I had to wait a bit longer to see. He found the actual problem (rusted/immobile brake pads), and said that in order to see it the tech would only have had to remove a tire to look at the brakes. This struck me as odd that the tech wouldnt have done that, since the reason I took it in was for a brake problem.Maybe they were having an off day, but this seemed to be a inexperienced misstep at best.
Cassandra was wonderful. she kept me informed on what was happening and went above and beyond to get me good service. When it was going to be more than the estimated 1.5 hours, she called me and offered to let me borrow a car so that I could go do my errands and not have to just sit there. She communicated with empathy, grace and fairness.
I dropped by vehicle off for service at my scheduled 12:00 pm appointment time. After not receiving an update on the problem and cost, I called at 4:00 and was told someone would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. I did not receive a phone call with an update on cost until well after 6:00 pm. I was quoted a price of $544 but told I owed $678 when I went to pick up and pay. After going back and forth with the manager on duty, he said he would honor the price, but the total cost of service still ended up being $607. This was a classic case of “bait and switch.” The service adviser was not clear with the cost, the manager was rude and unapologetic, and the time frame of service was lengthy. When dealing with auto repair I expect transparency, and will never again do business of any kind with Don Jacobs Toyota.
Where do I even begin. I have been thinking about this review for the past couple of weeks, because I want to be able to express accurately, how grateful I am that I went to Don Jacobs Toyota. From the very beginning, the moment I made the phone call to come in, I knew I was in good hands with Bernard. We was very warm and welcoming, and listened to what I was looking for- and made sure I got it! Being a big purchase that I have put years (no joke) of thought into, I appreciate the fact that he understood that as well. He never made me feel pressured, and always followed up with me during the entire ordering process. WOW, I love this place. I have been shopping around for a Avalon for a while and during my lunch break I decided to swing by Don Jacobs to look at cars. I was a approached by a fine gentleman named sir Victor who quickly answered all my questions gave the information I need and did an excellent job walking through the process. Victor took me on a test drive and was very inviting and I felt very comfortable around him allowing me to discuss my Financials and money down etc. He processed the papers and took me to Walter who was the fiance analyst. Mh credit is not that good and I was expecting a high interest rate, but to my surprise Walter was able to workout a extremely low interest rate because Don Jacobs has a good relationshipwith Toyota financial.. I was mind blown by the interest rate. I will forever only buy toyotas going forward and I thank Sir Victor and Walter so much for their efforts and support. This was an excellent experience, I highly recommend anyone to come and by a car at Don Jacobs Toyota.
Don Jacobs couldn’t even change the oil correctly-had to go back for them to redo it after I realized there was a huge oil leak. They charged me for work they never did and told me I needed work that wasn’t needed (I got a second opinion from another Toyota dealership). I wish there was a score lower than 1 star based on their lack of ability and deceit. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.
We had a phenomenal experience at Don Jacobs Toyota today! The entire process really started on Wednesday when I submitted an inquiry with Kelly Blue Book about the value of our current truck. Jean contacted me that day to say they were interested in making me an offer on my truck and that there was a newer Ram 1500 available that had been traded in to them. We made an appointment for Saturday to see the truck. When we arrived we were greeted by Max, one of the salesmen. He was aware of our interest and got the truck ready for a test drive. Max was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. He asked about our needs as far as the vehicle went (payment, terms, etc.) and worked with his group to get us what we wanted. His knowledge of the finance process really put us at ease. We were handed off to Walt for our paperwork. Another great guy! Easy to talk to and walked us through everything so we understood exactly what we were getting and what we would be paying for it. Presented us with options and didnt pressure us to do anything. By far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle! The next time we are in the market for a vehicle, we will definitely be back! Thank you for the great experience. I drove 90 miles after work to see a Tundra. They held it for me, had it all ready to go, provided me with a low pressure salesperson, and let me decide to buy. I did. The necessary staff stayed after closing time to finish the deal. There was not one unhappy face. Thank you!
This is the worst Toyota dealership in Milwaukee. The finance manager is very rude. They will give you much higher prices as compared to other Toyota dealers. I Do not recommend going to this place at all.
My daughter worked hard to save her money to get this used car. She found a car there. Got it home wouldnt start and she has now been in the 4th car rental and she still cant drive the car because they cant find the problem, this is now month 3 still in a rental. Toyota car service area was great they did all they could and yet the car is a Lemon. We are now in a discussion for a refund of her down payment. Lets see how this goes. Youre not only loosing one family sale but all of us.Update: We met with Dustin (GM) & Scott yesterday and after a lengthy but funny conversation we all agreed a newer car was needed. Our concern was her staying in her budget for a monthly payment. Dustin worked his magic and Just like that she left with a car that was much better and one that she loved. Shout out to Don Jacobs for keeping a happy customer and Save that Lexus Im coming back to get it. All Smiles
I recently purchased a 2013 dodge charger from Don Jacobs Toyota. And when my check engine light came on I went to them for help turned out I needed some major work done on my car . A.J. a wonderful staff employee was very friendly, understanding, and patient with me to help me to understand everything that was to be done. They fixed my car and got me back on the road again in no time. They even paid half of my Bill for me to have original Dodge car parts. I would like to Thank everyone there who help worked on my Dodge Charger including Donna the receptionist was very awesome .The body shop who fixed my trunk free of charge and a few other things I had no clue. I would recommend anyone to Don Jacob Toyota for any car services or care. My experience was a great. And Thanks you guys again.

Their cleaning team needs some practice and the interior of the building seems very outdated, but other than that, no major complaints. Unprofessional, disrespectful sales woman with no people skills. If you’re buying a car from someone you expect them to do at least the bare minimum. Accused me of taking keys to a car when she was the one who left them out on the desk we were sitting at so obviously I’d assume they were mine. Sorry to break it to you I am not interested in stealing a 2007 used car. I also don’t expect to only be given one key to my car and left with a completely empty gas tank. She had the worst professional skills I’ve seen in a long time. You expect to be harassed at a car dealership but not after you’ve already bought a car from them. ONLY giving two stars because everyone else was professional and respectful.

I got my 2009 Toyota Corolla from here and I had great service. The salesman Rigo Ramirez had the cars ready once I was back from test driving and he was very friendly and was the most personable out of all the salesmen we saw that whole day. I would recommend this dealership and will definitely come back here to look for my next car.
Really terrible! We went to get service on our Toyota sienna and nobody approached us, it was 20min that we were there and there was only one car next to ours. Regardless, we were not attended and they had them waiting too, there was also a bunch of workers walking around doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely terrible and do NOT recommend this place to anyone. It wasreally ridiculous no doubt.
Im not sure why there are negative reviews. If you come here for a oil change expect to wait a hour plus. Thats because they do a great job and make sure its done right. The service people are very nice and professional. The waiting area is one of the best Ive seen
Pretty disappointed in there honesty when it comes to used cars. Recently purchased a Toyota Matrix from them. When I test drove it I heard a rattling, they said theyd look at it. Test drove it again and there was no noise. Drove out of the lot there the noise was again! They lied to my face. Got it looked at, and found out the heat shield was half broken off! Then to top it off my car wouldn’t start at the gas station, had to get it towed and had to get a new starter put in. I got the car less than a month ago! I’ll never be purchasing from here again.
Absolutely do not bring your car here if you want it done correctly and in a timely matter! Failed to order my tires twice . Put the wrong part on my car telling me there is no correct part Leaving me to contact the dealer for the part. Missed time from work to be jerked around! Terrible service! Worst in my life! Didnt even offer anything to make up for it.

Two hours for an oil change. Unorganized. Took at least 20 plus minutes to even be acknowledged even after walking up to counter. Was told to go back to car. Ouch. Rude. Awful. Never again.
I would highly recommend Don Jacobs Toyota! Jan and David were two personable salesmen who were very helpful and resourceful. David even helped find a Rav4 in my budget by getting rid of the features I didn’t care for like the power trunk, but ensuring i would get my heated seats. The manager, Mike, is oh so patient and beyond kind who went above and beyond to ensure my demanding husband would be happy too. Ann helped with the financing and was kind enough to explain gap insurance to me several times and call my parents so I could make an informed decision. This is the first time I have ever left a dealership 100% satisfied and certain I received an excellent deal! Plus free oil changes and tire rotations for 4 years! I will definitely go here for all future purchases!

It did take a little longer than they predicted, however they did a fantastic job, and my car drives like a dream. I will most likely be a repeat customer.

Looks like they charged me for tires rotation and they didnt do it. Since as for the second day the tire sensor is still showing the tires as it was before my visit.
Very happy this time. The service writer was great and polite and has 5 girls. Great experience today, hasnt always been that way but a good service writer sets the tone for your visit.

Decided to check out the inventory at Don Jacobs Toyota. We were in the market for a new Highlander. We wanted to see if they had the XSE model that Toyota introduced this fall. They had the exact model we wanted even our color choice. Matt was our sales person. He was very friendly and not pushy which we like. It was a great experience from the salesman to the finance department. We had some questions on the Highlander and Mariah helped us. They all work as a team. Highly recommended!!!

Please dont buy a used vehicle from this dealership! Or at the very least dont buy a Non-Toyota, or Non-Certified Vehicle, from them. My experience purchasing a car from them was abysmal from start to finish. Additionally, they are either shady or incompetent.The first issue I ran into with the dealership was the lack of communication. After finding a car on their website I made an appointment to see the car, but when I arrived no one knew about it and the person I made the appointment was not in that day. Okay, so another sales representative helps me with the test drive and purchasing the vehicle. After purchase, everything else goes downhill. I take the car to a Ford Dealership for a safety recall and mention the car is hesitating during acceleration. Their diagnosis is a stuck Torque Converter and state the car needs a new transmission ($4,000+ repair). I then try to contact the Don Jabobs Sales Representative that helped me with the purchase, but he won’t respond back to me. Great communication! While I’m waiting for a response from Don Jacobs, I take my car to a local transmission shop for a second opinion on the faulty transmission, where they back the findings of the Ford Dealership. Still no word back from my Sales Representative, so I call and make an appointment to meet with one of the Don Jacobs managers to see if they can help in anyway, and he requests that his technicians look at the vehicle. I leave the vehicle with them for a day and get a call a couple hours late from the technician that nothing is wrong with the transmission, he states that they test drove it and no lights came on and the computer was reading in normal parameters. He then says that the Ford dealer must have better access to the computer because he can’t replicate what they were seeing so he suggests I call them and ask me how the other technicians found the issue. Seriously? Okay, so I call back the Ford dealership and they walk me through how they tested the transmission, which was simply driving the vehicle and monitoring the RPMs, and that the transmission is shifting at incorrect intervals. I leave this message with the technician and get no response. The next day I pick up my vehicle, and a different technician tells me the car is in perfect shape. So now I have a car that I actually like, but that will cost me more to get running correctly, because Don Jacobs is incompetent and does not care. So in closing, please don’t buy a car from this dealership.

Recently visited Don Jacobs to purchase a used vehicle and I had test driven multiple vehicles and honestly I was disappointed.Each car seemed disregarded as if it was traded in and no one checked to make sure it was ready to be shown or ready for a test drive.Cars were dirty with crumbs left behind, cigarette ashes and not cleaned at all and what’s worse is the carfaxes shows the cars had maintenance performed and when I test drove the cars the issues the carfax showed were fixed were not and very apparent durning the test drives.After reading reviews on others sites I dodged a bullet by not purchasing a vehicle here.This dealership is known to sell poor quality cars.Think twice before buying a used car here.Would not recommend.
Just brought in my car battery that I bought from them a while back for my 09 prius. I know, it has a tiny 12v in the trunk. (My smart charger at home says it has an open cell or something and wont take a charge.) Got sent to service to have it tested for warranty and the service guy turned me away and said All 12v batteries only have 12 month warranties. I pointed to the very large 84 MONTH WARRANTY sticker on the battery but he kept repeating the 12 month thing. Parts department says they cant do anything without a receipt and were unable to look me up in the system. I need the battery or my Prius wont start, so $252.Keep your receipts from these guys.-follow up- Went home and found my receipt, brought it back and went to the parts desk. The cashier person must notify the parts people to send someone out because as the door opens I hear, Oh, is the car battery guy...again in a not so happy to see me voice. Gentlemen comes out to me and I tell him I have my receipt now and would like see what we can do about the warranty. I explained that the service guy blew me off. New parts guy didnt care one bit. He tries to tell me to bring my car in so they can check the battery..in the vehicle. I explain that I checked the battery with a smart charger...omg, his eyes rolls so hard they almost fell out of his head...and that the car doesnt start with a dead 12V battery and I cant get it to them to check. He said, Well, you could (implying I could have the vehicle towed to him...to check the dead battery that was right at my feet). He then said he needed some code to complete the warranty, its procedure. The service guys would give him a code...if I could get them to test it.(because apparently it is my job to fight with the service guy) I went back to the same service guy from earlier and asked him again to test it. Service guy got a technician and got the battery tested and handed me a little 2 inch receipt thing that said battery @ 6.6 volts and a chart that said my battery was in the replace zone. No special code I could see. Took this little receipt thing back to parts guy. Had to wait again for cashier to page parts guy to come out. I handed him the little receipt with no code, and he took my original battery receipt. He left, came back 5 minutes later and said I had 25% left on the warrany. Credited me $56 and $30 for core charges. If i hadnt found my receipt, and hadnt asked the service guy to test my battery a 2nd time, Id be out of luck.Im changing my review to 1 star. I service my own vehicles, and I prefer to buy OEM parts when I can because theyre made better..most of the time. And Id expect a lot better experience for warranty coverages through a dealership because these guys represent a brand. But I was sent to chase my tail, had a bunch of smoke blown up my behind and then treated like an annoyance from Don Jacobs. Worst experience at a dealership ever. Just look up my receipt and test my battery next time...simple, and maybe a smile.Put the new battery back in my Prius and she fired right up, no issues, no red triangle of doom. Thank you Toyota, not Don Jacobs Toyota.
I purchased a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Don Jacobs Toyota for my wife. From the test drive, having my mechanic go over the vehicle top to bottom, to the final purchase it was a true delight. Edwin Hernandez was my sales person. Edwin is a true pro with a cool sense of humor. Walter Davis handled the financial aspect of closing the deal. Walter I can say is the coolest financial person I have ever dealt with in purchasing an automobile. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, please work with these 2 gentleman. My friend and I came in here to get his car traded in for one of their used cars. Needless to say, the salesman said little to nothing and when he did, he was passive aggressive. The other staff were rambunctious and irritating, especially the financing representatives.It felt like I was in a shady used car dealership on 16th and north, and that’s not a good thing.Full stop. Go to a different dealer.

Was in the market for a car for MONTHS I went though numerous dealers dealing with a lot of different people but Meriah Mabry and Jessica Podlesnik made purchasing a car a breeze. Meriah is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me so many options that helped me find my perfect car. And Jessica is so kind, she helped me break down all my finances and helped me understand basically everything. Not covid friendly!!!!! The main manager and many workers not wearing masks..... eating at the main desk and talking to customers without masks! I have never been in such a hurry to leave a place before. When you have to ask someone to make sure they put a mask on when in your vehicle during a pandemic that’s bad. Down the road at the Honda dealership they had places marked on the ground where to stand..... very disappointed.

Honestly, I have never had such a wonderful customer service experience in my life. He was personable but also handled every encounter as a professional. He truly made my experience a positive one. Karli in the rental unit was also fantastic. She did an excellent job explaining to me my options, reached out to my insurance company, and was clear on the entire rental process. You have a wonderful team at DJ Toyota. You can also tell how much your staff likes each other and coming to work which makes a huge different to the customer. They treat each other with kindness and are also professional. You should be incredibly proud of the team you have developed in your service center. They are exceptional.

We had a wonderful experience leasing our beautiful new RAV4 from Heidy. She was very friendly and helped to get the deal done quickly. Im excited for the free oil changes and awesome service plan. My 3 year old son loves that the windows go all the way down in the backseat and he has almost more leg room than in our old Jeep Grand Cherokee. I like the weather proof floor mats and speed limit notification on the dash, and am getting used to the lane assistance:) My husband and I appreciated the precautions all sales people were taking which included wearing a mask.
I went in there today for the first time for a recall fix and talked with John and Chris. They were so nice! They helped with any questions I had and were overall very welcoming. The mechanics had my car done very quickly and even did an oil change which was overdue that came free with the warranty but I wasn’t aware. I usually don’t write reviews but I was very impressed. I will definitely be going back there for any car troubles or questions.

We had our Tacoma serviced there for an oil change and asked them to replace our wipers. They charged us for changing the wipers, LIED to us and told us they changed the wipers, and did not change the wipers. How do you know if they rotated the tires or did the oil change? You should trust your mechanic and I DO NOT TRUST this place.
I have purchased my last 2 cars through carvana because I was sick of the dealership Hassel.However I took a chance when upgrading my wifes car.I was in and out in about 1 hour !!!!!!Loved the service !!!!See Brent Totten!!! Do NOT go to Don Jacobs Toyota. We dealt with Jean and Scott. They were not upfront with us. Scott was rude and dismissive. We ended up going to Boucher and had a much better experience. There are so many choices to buy cars in the Milwaukee Metro area. I will not return to Don Jacobs or recommend them.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional staff. Sold me a vehicle that was no good when I complained they had me trade in my vehicle. I got the second car that was also no good after the 2nd day of having it the vehicle was accelarating by itself while parked and while driving. Brought the vehicle in to service and they didnt want to take responsability for it. The service director JOSE RIVERA actually had us leave the permises. They refuse to fix our vehicle, they refuse to give us a loaner & refuse to take responsability. WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE.
