I guess you get what you pay for. I went in for a windshield. It wasn’t done right and now the windshield and somehow the passenger side window both leak in the car wash now. They didn’t before. The owner seems like a nice guy though.

Went in to get ground wire changed left my subs werent even working anymore my bass knob light wasnt on DO NOT SHOP HERE

I tried out this auto shop since it was within walking distance of my home. The work that they have done for me so far has been amazing. There was a mess up with a faulty spark plug for a tune up I had them do for me and they fixed this instantly with no questions asked. Very nice people and very upfront.

My friend recommended I try getting some work done on my van about 15 years ago. Since then I have recommended many people to get their cars serviced there and they have all thanked me for the tip.It helps if you speak Spanish, I’m sorry I don’t, because there is a bit of a language barrier.

Too expensive for the amount of work needed and counter prices for parts are tripled poor customer service no one is ever in the office and they act better than everyone else when in all reality they are not

Never ever would i go back to this place worst place ever tying to take advantage of a women thinking that us women won’t know what’s wrong with our car. They tried to charge me $300 for something so simple. I already knew that the max I would get charged would be $150 i had taken my car for an oil change somewhere else and they checked it there and told me what was wrong with it. So Shawn i took it to Lomelí i knew what was wrong with my car they tried to overcharge me telling me that they could only order the part from the dealership 🤬🤬🤬

This placw always takes care of me and my family and friends. Ive been to plenty of other mechanics who see i am a girl and they try to play games and charge extra. Not Lomelis. They are always honest and have even told me when the work is simple enough that i can do it myself at home. Cant reccommend them enough!

I got rear door speakers installed in my Honda Crv. I think they did a clean job. They sound rude because of their English but they are nice to work with. Only thing is they do not allow you to see your car while they do the work. Generally I pefer to see how things happening when it comes to anything related to stereo/ speaker installation

What is special about this shop is that when they say something is wrong and give you an estimate they stand behind it, if what they said and fixed for a certain amount was not it they continue to fix it at no extra charge untilled it is resolved.Other shops dont know what they are doing and charge you for repair that was not the problem to begin with.

Terrible place. They forgot to tighten lug nuts. Tire wobbled bad. I pulled over and could take lug nuts off by hand. This was b4 labor day.
