We contacted West Side Radio to remove coins that our toddler had put into the CD player. We were very impressed with how quickly Mike was able to fix it, and he was able to save us several hundreds of dollars compared to if we had to go through a Toyota dealer. In fact, when we called a local dealer about having the coins removed, they recommended that we called West Side Radio directly. We would highly recommend Mike for his good work and quality customer service.

Great service and hospitality

I just want to give a shout out to Mike who helped me this morning. I took my Toyota Highlander in to inquire as to why my disc player wasn’t working (yes I listen to CD’s instead of all this political stuff). It turns out that each one of my discs I had been selecting recently was dirty and i DIDNT realize it. Mike pointed it out to me and said I just needed some cleaner discs!!! He could have taken me for a RIDE but he didn’t. Thanks Mike! Love that honesty!!!
