This location was one of the few that had the phone my mom wanted. The entire Cricket system was down when we arrived, so we chatted with the woman at the store until the system was working. We completed the purchase when the system was back up. Very easy.

Tried to get me to purchase a phone asap. Not what I came for. I dont like that type of pressure.

The store manager Carmen was very helpful and helped straighten out a complicated situation. She was very professional Id recommend going to her store to anyone she deserves ten stars but I can only do five
