I love all the anime stuff and other pop culture goodies. This store is almost always in great shape and Ive only had the kindest experiences with the employees!

Cute clothes! But honestly, I mistaken this place for Spencers. So, I was looking for something else that was not offered (lol)

They carry plenty. Just not my style. Pop tees and fun articles for those with expendable incomes.

Havent been to the store in years and its really declined since Ive been there I like Hot topic when I was younger but now its just not the same

Prices are a little high, but styles are on-trend for young people. My son loves shopping here!

I have a daughter who loves Anime and quirky things. Hot topic was the perfect place to pick up a few Christmas presents for her. Helpful and friendly staff. I loved that they only allowed a small number of patrons into the store at a time due to COVID.

Amazing service every time I go. The people that work there are always so nice and willing to help you with anything. One of the best places for customer service. The manager is so friendly and is amazing!

Best manager ever. Every time we come she goes out of her way to find what we want even if its online because we cant find it in store. She even remembered us from the last time we were there which was MONTHS ago! Definitely thought it was very cool she remembered us personally when were almost never out here. Would recommend this hot topic in particular just because of her alone! She makes it worth it!!!

I am very upset by my experience here. A while ago I went in with my friend and there was a buy two get one free sale for t-shirts. A worker who was very friendly helped me out and after I asked, she said I could order one shirt online and buy two in store to get the deal. After checking my receipt after I got home, it appeared as though I was still charged full price for all three shirts. I figured it was not a big deal, as I still liked the 3 shirts and they weren’t too expensive anyway. However, the worker failed to tell me that the one I was ordering online was in “junior” size, so the small that I ordered was way too small. I returned the shirt to the store, which is not close to my house, and I did not want to buy a new one. I just wanted my money back, but I only was given a gift card. Recently, (a while after this occurred) I called to check the balance of the gift card and apparently it was used for an online purchase 2 days after I received it, despite never even taking it out of my wallet. This was a huge waste of money and this is really upsetting.

I love my Hot Topic store. The employees are very invested in their regular AND not so regular customers. They remembered me and I haven been in Hot Topic in a year or so. They are all so friendly and helpful. The merchandise is very trendy and casual. They have a very nice selection of anime merchandise which is one of my favorite reasons to visit.

I really like it hot topic. I would definitely go there again. It really depends on what style and genres you like. But they have a lot of pretty cool stuff.

I love this one cause they have a fairly big clearance section the sales people are helpful and laid back. Also as a thick girl you still have options. So many times in the past I have went to hot topic and the only thing they have is XS or SM not so with this one.

Ive always liked Hot Topic. Its a specific genre of clothing and items but if you like music, this is a store youd probably enjoy. Only disappointment was the cashier clearly didnt like her job. Im not expecting anything amazing but maybe not make me feel like Im bothering you? Lol just a suggestion.

So, I feel like Hot Topic is no longer for goth people. I went in for Pentagon earnings and could not find any which was shocking because its hot topic. Instead I found a bunch of random colorful unicorn stuff. The store is so small and its hard to get trough thw store without bumping into anything. They have some good products and there clearance items are pretty awesome.

The manager there deserves a raise. Despite having worked there for several years, she always happily asks me if I need help finding something every time I come into the store. She sets a good example for her employees Great customer service!

The place I always go Im a teen so its perfect for me! It has Panic! At The Disco, How to Train Your Dragon, Five Nights At Freddys, etc. I love hot topic please visit this place if you are 11-20

Prices could be lower, the quality is pretty consistently good although sometimes the quality is slightly lower than expected. Its also a slightly cramped space. Other than that, great atmosphere and products.

Im always a bit nervous about Hot Topics because Im not exactly the edgy type, but theyre the only place that sells nice looking skinny jeans for a decent price. There was a deal online that wasnt in stores, but the person who checked me out allowed me to use it regardless! So very nice customer service! Only suggestion is maybe turn the music down a little? Maybe Im just not punk enough to enjoy it, but Id appreciate being able to hear the person Im speaking to without shouting over music, yanno? Store is also very packed/crowded so if you require a wheelchair or walker for mobility, I dont think youre going to be able to maneuver this store.

My 13 yr old loves it, I do enjoy the giant assortment of t-shirts

Wish there where hot topics closer to me. Why does everyone have a spencers but not a hot topic.Hot topic is exactly what its name says. It covers clothes and other items based on hot topic movies, music or tv. So if its currently popular hot topic will have stuff for it.I love this store.

Love the people that work at this location. The manager runs a very good crew and store. Definitely one of my favorite retailers to visit and especially this particular location.

Its nice to be able to find clothes for the bands, cartoons and shows you like. However, the store is unorganized and the employees are sometimes rude. During my visit there was an employee who pushed past me while I was looking at a shelf TWICE and didnt even say anything. Prices are also high if you ask me

Had great and awesome items, but the people that were in there were just not my type of people, that lead to an overwhelming feeling that I couldnt shake and was trying to get out of there as fast as possible when check out time came lol. Great store otherwise.

Helpful and friendly woman who checked us out at the counter.The other staff member didnt really acknowledge us, even as she blocked us from walking in the path she was in.Will return though for sure.They had a different variety t-shirts of the 1975 (along with other multiple favorite artists of ours) we are going to see tonight.Only downfall there was they didnt have many shirt size options available.Tons of shirts! But mostly xl or xsmall or small. No real options of medium or even largeI selfishly took the last medium 😂And still giving out 15$ off coupons on orders over 30 next month but dont forget to keep your receipts with it!Happy shopping friends.

Tee shirt selection available at this store is phenomenal!! Man! Puts the local, to us, HTs to shame! Really wish this store wasnt over 6+hours away. Friendly chatty staff. Knowledge about the characters and merch they carry. We spent allot of time here.

Hot Topic has lost its edge a bit, but its still a decent place to buy miniature coffin purses and studded belts.

Not the most cleanest of stores. It appears that they have way to much inventory and no place to display in a way that is esthetically pleasing to the eye. However, the store staff was very attentive and friendly.

Everytime i go to this store i get the best costumer service. Im picky about t-shirts and the staff is always patient with me as i can be indecisive. Only thing i can really complain about it the prices but if the staff and selection remain to be great i cant complain that much.
