Staff is very helpful and the results are great! Derrick made sure I felt comfortable with the printing process and that the results matched my expectations.

As always their service is awesome. Be it copying, faxing, enlarging. The staff does it efficiently, polite and always with good spirits. I have been coming there for 10+ years and never have I had a bad moment. Their prices are low and always upfront.

Derrick is the bomb! Never experienced such great customer service anywhere. I’m waiting for the store to open at 7am because I needed to scan documents to Madison ASAP and my printer was not working at home. I explained what I needed and Derrick assured me he can help. While helping me, we made small talk about my new promotion and how I needed help because I was working with a deadline. Derrick was extremely professional and showed so much concern. Needless to say, I asked if I could give him a hug and I left with tears. He truly made my entire year!! He had no idea what I was going through personally and had all the right things to say. He is truly God-sent and a wonderful asset to this company. Keep up the great work Derrick. My fist time in this store and I am a fan. I will be back because of him. We need more of him in this World! Derrick, you Rock!!

The opposite of the rude and incompetent employees at what seems like every Kinkos I’ve been to. Digicopy employees and friendly, helpful and professional. They do high quality work for fair prices. It may cost slightly more, idk, but if so it’s totally worth it even if you’re on a budget.

1 on 1 customer service is outstanding here!. Everyone on staff seems to have decent knowledge and good training. Their pricing is quite competitive. They work with nonprofits. They are efficient and quick. Completely open to customisation and making sure you are satisfied with the product you receive. I have been a customer for 5 years and the service has never wavered. Absolutely terrible experience. My friend has been working with them for years, because his business is convenient around the corner. He did mention and warn me to not get anything complicated done by them because they always screw everything up. They don’t pay attention to details. Well in my opinion, my order was straight forward simple!print, cut, laminated! How could go anything wrong? They screwed it up 3 times in a row! Horrible Customer Service!4th time stopping by... they didn’t even bother redoing my order.
