Trying to call to talk to Jerry who told me to call him about hair. Black lady keeps hanging up on me taking phone of the hook so horrible very bad customer service for her. Jerry is the only nice one

Very nice own very nice worker I wanted this wig so bad and they had only one he said he couldnt sales it that only one and he see how i was looking it the wig make me happy he sold it to me very nice owner and worker

This place has a wide variety of hair products for natural hair, childrens hair, and protective styling. The place is clean and organized. The sales associates that I have encountered have always been helpful.

They get three stars because they were not wiping down the areas that were the most used where you place your credit card and the counters. People were wearing masks; and keeping social distance in the check out line but social distancing was difficult in the isles of the store. The store didnt have any hand sanitizer for the customers to use inside the store. Great thing was it was not very crowded inside the store.

Nice and clean store...thats fully stocked however make sure if you purchase a wig you are 100% sure you gonna love it because you can not try on the model and you can not return it👎🏾

Value Beauty has something for everyone. They have a great selection of hair products wigs and other accessories including clothes. You truly get a self of accomplishment when you go and shop at Value Beauty. There is just so much items and product to purchase in the store. The store is huge and no one will be disappointed in the amount of product they have. If you cant find it there they are able to tell you where you can find it or get it. The manager is very knowledgeable about all the hair products that is sold in that store and the staff is very friendly. Value beauty is overwhelming at first when you walk in if you never been there. The reason for the four stars is because employees if they are hiring for the wig department are really not that knowledgeable about their wigs. Im not sure if they even take time to look at the product so they know exactly what you the customers talking about when you want to go in there and purchase one. In this maybe not true since I went on a weekday and not a weekend. The young lady who I talked to was very young and she didnt seem to know much about the hair for the wigs. I asked the young lady about the front Lace and 360 wigs. She seemed not to know anything about them and that was a disappointment. Other than that I will still keep shopping at Value Beauty. If I find a wig that Im interested in I will just look it up online and do some research on it that way.
