I usually go through Walgreens for my pharmacy. It was my first time going through CVS seeing as it’s closer to my home and honestly Walgreens just always seems to have an excuse for why they can’t help you. When I called CVS the man who answered was a man named “sonny” he was very kind and took the time to help me set up my insurance and get my prescriptions through right away ! Prompt service! Very kind staff! I’m happy to now be using CVS as my pharmacy .

I took a COVID 19 test on 7/10 and today is 7/23, and no results as of yet. Called and told the results are backlogged and will need to wait longer. When I scheduled my test the site stated results in 3 to 5 days and the sign at the drive-up testing window stated the same. The Technician did tell me the results were back logged and it would be more like 7 days. I am now at day 13 with no results . I am more frustrated with CVS testing then the store itself, but this is the only place I can share my concerns.

Friendly staff and they have what I need.

I had a Covid test scheduled at this location today (9/25) and the technician refused to give me a test. He was incredibly rude. I had tests scheduled at CVS for both of the past two days (9/23 and 9/24), both of which were canceled, requiring me to go to this location. Never again. In fact, because of the lack of customer care at CVS, I have transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. There are plenty of options for prescriptions, and CVS does not deserve my money.

I would give zero stars if I could. They lost my husbands covid results .. lost them!! Do not go here to get tested!

It is still irritating using their coupons. Too much time is spent trying to figure out what the coupon is for. Then you get to the register and the coupon does not apply. My coupon for Maybelline face makeup (it did not say foundation only) did not include mascara...who would have thought? I have no clue what it was referring to, neither did the check-out woman. So no sale!

Waited over 30 mins just to get tested here. The process is very slow when all they do is simply hand you a bag with the swabs in it for you to do yourself and dop back into a box. Very inconvenient.

They never know where RXs are. Have gone in store to pick up cant be found. I use the CVS pill pack for my monthly meds. I do the in store pick up. Several times now I have called to see if it has been received. Told no call CVS pill pack after waiting no less than 15 minutes only to be asked my information at least 2 times on phone to pill pack or even at pharmacy. Call pharmacy again only to be told oh they found it. Just frustrating to go through this every time.

After getting a Covid-19 test 7 days ago, I called today which is 7 days from the day I took the test, for results, I was told they didnt know and they was to busy to look up the results this was CVS at 3860 S 27th St. Milwaukee, this was very rude. Therefore I have to go somewhere else to take the test.

The staff at this CVS location, both front of the store and pharmacy, are EXCELLENT. As I am permanently disabled due to an accident, I cannot shop anywhere on my own and there are just some things that you cannot order online. The staff at this location provides me very personalized service whenever I need it and they are polite and respectful. A special thank-you to Corrie and her entire staff for taking such good care of me.

Located on the northeast corner of 27th Street and Howard this location is open 24 hours and has a walk in clinic. The pharmacy is one of the better run ones in the area with enough staff that is helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself could be cleaner, but often has great deals!

Very rude pharmacy staff.

Pharmacy is ill staffed. I tried calling 3 seperate times over 2 days. Morning, afternoon, and evening. All 3 times i hung up after being on hold for over 10 minutes. Maybe they were actually busy with customers, but based on my experiences of waiting in the store for a prescription pick up I assumed that they were probably just complaining about their jobs and coworkers as they are usually doing. I have encountered a friendly employee or two period.

I used to go to this location when I worked on the south side. I always got great associates. They were very helpful and kind.

The clinic nurse was pleasant and informative. My issues were addressed and a solution provided.

The pharmacy help is much better than it used to be. But no matter who they get up front at checkouts. It takes FOREVER! slow, slow,slow !

100.77 for DOT physical.. too much. Much cheaper at petro in Racine and you can get a kringle

The pharmacy staff is lazy and unhelpful. They seem to hate their job and their attention to detail and customer service makes them appear either uneducated or apathetic.I wish CVS would not employ staff who dont want to be there. This doesnt help anyone.

Take too much time to get the medicine refill and if you call they put you and the waiting line for long time

Security in this place ??? Means store not secure, always looking for something in store, not in stock. Always empty.
