I always have a good experience when I go to our neighborhood pharmacy. Walgreens on 68th and Hampton!

Pharmacy tech was extremely rude. Location is unsafe; for example, garbage surrounding the store, people asking for money; person attempting to hit car while waiting for passenger; security should walk outside to see what’s going on throughout the day; handicapped parking spots taken by people that don’t have a handicapped sticker.

Pharmacy tech was super rude. Even though it is walking distance from me, I would rather go the CVS. At least they understand what is high quality customer service.

Went to get my medications by the drive thru window. Lady with the blonde wig came up to me without saying anything. Confused and irritated, I asked her if she wanted my insurance card. She nodded her head as if she was too good to say anything to me. She comes back with an attitude saying if it was for a refill. At that point, Im completely annoyed and will not come back to this Walgreen if this lady is still working here.

15 minutes early didn’t let me in

I made a refill on my medication and went to pick it up a few days later only for them to tell me that my medication was out of stock. One week passes and still no medication in stock. I went back two weeks later and still noting. I decided to be patient and refill it again, but now I have to wait for them to contact my doctor? Am I asking too much to know if you have the medication I need in stock?

Nice and clean. Friendly people, but sometimes its SLOW!

Good Pharmacy....Going there 20yrs....

Not sure went but I dont usually have a good experience when I go there, its usually putt of stock and the pharmacy is horrible. They seem to mess up my prescriptions at least every other month and Im getting tired of it. I dont think the staff is properly trained at all.

Got charged for things that I did not purchase will be returning in the morning

The Pharmacy technicians at this pharmacy are so rude!!!!! I called to ask about my prescription since it was suppose to be delivered to my house. It has been a week since I requested it to be delivered. I called to ask about it, and the person on the phone after hearing my reason for calling hung up on me. I am definitely going to change pharmacys. Wish I could give a 0 start rating.
