It was excellent working with Allrite! They are very professional and timely and the work crews were excellent. The roofing crew left absolutely ZERO trace they had been there! Incredible. We also got our siding done and requested lapping corners as well as a new rubber roof and railing for our deck and they got it just right. They probably won’t be the lowest bid, but that’s because they insist on quality work. I highly recommend them!

I needed my roof replaced and insulation added to the cathedral ceiling. I found Allrite on the Focus on Energy page as a contractor that could do both things for us. Jordan was my point of contact. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and quick to reply to correspondence. After the snow melted and before our roof could be replaced, Jordan came out and added roofing caulk to areas that were leaking to help prevent water from coming inside. Once roofing season started we were one of the first on the books for work. The crew worked hard for the 4 days it took to replace the roof and install the insulation. The end result is a wonderful looking roof and a more comfortable living room. The difference in quality between the flashing around the chimney now vs before is night and day. I fully recommend them for roofing and insulation (S&E Insulation is their subsidiary insulation company).

We have had Allrite Home and Remodeling do several projects on our home over the past 5 years. We have very good communication with them and their contracts are clear and precise. We have even called them to ask for referrals when work was outside their scope of expertise. We have been very satisfied with their work.

I recently had my roof replaced(complete tear off), new gutters and downspouts installed and complete tear off of siding and replacement. Jordan was my point of contact, he was patient, knowledgeable and he communicated well with me throughout the entire process. My house is beautiful and looks brand new! I am in awe every time I come home. The team was hard working, friendly and courteous. They cleaned up very well. I had an accepted offer on a house, which had a significant siding defect pointed out by the inspector. The inspector advised me to speak with an expert, to see whether repair was possible or replacement necessary. Jordan spoke with me a couple times, likely for over an hour total. Though he was not able to see the house in-person due to time constraints, he reviewed photos and plans. He shared valuable knowledge with me regarding potential issues. Unfortunately, we did not go through with the home purchase, because the seller was unwilling to do anything relating to the defect. However, if the house that I buy needs any sort of professional contractor work, I will be reaching out to Jordan in the first instance. Thank you very much, Jordan!

I hired this company to help address water intrusion and our energy bills. They performed work in 2014 and 2018. The positive is I liked that they prioritized our work on highest pay back. The work in 2014 went fine. However neither time did they mention a major flaw in my venting of my home. I have no soffit to my vaulted ceiling but a ridge vent. No airflow. This apparently was causing condensation which resulted in water infiltration. I think an excellent company that does roofing, venting, and insulation should have mentioned this. We recently had an inspection and it was very obvious to the other professionals. It would have saved us a lot of money and living with mold if they would have found it. In addition the 2018 job was terrible. The employees showed up with no direction from the estimator on where the insulation was needed. They asked me where they should add insulation. The estimator had spent a lot of time with his recommendations which obviously were never documented. I pointed them to one wall that I knew was an issue. Our current inspection shows they did not remedy the cold air spots. They also added two attic hatches. I was told by recent inspectors that it was not done by best practice. They did come back to fix the aesthetics of one attic. They showed up with the wrong whole house fan and did not correctly reinstall the wrong found that they had taken down in one of my bathrooms. I think the administrative staff and employees were very courteous but there is an obvious disconnect between them and the experts at the company. I also did not see any improvement in my natural gas use per heating degree day. I think this company will be fine if you tell them where to place the insulation but if you were looking for innovation or any strategic thinking look elsewhere. I didn’t feel that they were looking at the big picture. Update: We’ve now had our entire ceiling taken down and see that our ridge vent was clogged up by the insulation they blew in and did not bag off.

What a wonderful company! My husband and I bought a house and a few weeks after we closed we discovered that the roof was leaking. Jordan came out right away to do a quick patch to stop the leaking until they could repair the roof. A few weeks later they completely tore off and redid our whole roof in only two days. Also, very minimal debris was found after we left. They were super clean! Cant say enough good things about Allrite!

We cannot say enough good things about this company! Randy came to give us the quote on our siding and gutters. He took time to explain things to us and really made sure we understood the process. They were patient and most importantly NOT PUSHY as we took awhile to make the final go ahead decision. When we did, they reviewed over things and kept us informed of the lead time. Then, we got word that they could fit us in due to a cancellation...the week before Christmas even! They were here on time every day, did a fabulous job, and cleaned up the area really well! Great choice for roofing. I had quotes from 2 other companies in fall of 2012 and they were the only ones that left me with a good feeling during the quote process. All their workers were very professional and did an excellent job. Had a few issues that they fixed without question. The owner Randy even came out to inspect the completed job when I had questions about some of the work and had them resolved ASAP. 4 yrs later a shingle came loose and they came out within a week or so to fix it as part of the warranty. Highly recommend them for you remodeling needs.

Extremely happy that we choose Allrite as the contractor for two major updates to our home. First we had them fully insulate our home which was built in 1929, so it wasn’t an easy job with a number of crawl spaces and an attic that is difficult to access. To install a ventilation fan, they had to from the outside go into the dormer that is above the bathroom. In there they found more dead space without any insulation and they addressed that. We absolutely can tell a difference that now I’ve had to half block a heating vent upstairs because that room gets to hot now. Also we used to hear the firetrucks blocks away and now don’t hear them until they are going right by.Second job was to replace the siding to the house. Here the owner (Randy) did an awesome job of planning the job out. Gave us an idea of using two different styles of siding for different parts of the home and it looks awesome now.. More importantly was his crew that did the actual work. They have been doing siding work for over 25 years and you can tell. Everything looks so tight, caulk lines clean and not sloppy. Attention to detail was suburbOne of the things we do is have my wife reach out to contractors first to see how they treat her, she used to work in real estate and is really good at telling if they are giving a bunch of BS or talk down to her. Randy with Allrite passed all her tests and ultimately we choose Allrite based on her feeling that they would do the best job. Their quote was higher than all the others, but two things… One – NO OVERRUNS.. even with adding a few things in during the job, he didn’t nickel and dime me. TWO- The quality was worth it.. When I walk down the block and compare houses, you can see the difference. It was well worth the extra investment to go with them and I hadn’t expected to feel this good about how the house would turn out.I don’t write a lot of reviews, but felt that Allrite earned it, that I take time to write this out. If you are looking for a contractor here in the Milwaukee area, at least put them on your list to talk to.

They recently completed my mom and dads house in Waukesha and I was very impressed with the roof, doors, and gutters that they did as well as the timely manner it was completed in. The workers worked very hard all day on the job in cold weather and it only took a few days to finish. Virginia and Larry Brock are very happy!!!

My husband and I recently had work done on our house by Allrite. They installed a new front door, patio door, and enlarged and installed a new front window.Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the work performed as well as the price we paid, and are greatly enjoying our new doors and window. I especially love the color of our new front door.The process, however, left us frustrated at times. When we were first considering Allrite, the company representative we communicated with was responsive, helpful, and very informative and knowledgeable. After we signed our contract, we felt the communication with that same rep was not as good as it could have been. There were several unanswered emails and phone calls, and we felt the overall process took a long time. Our doors and window were ordered in May, there was a six week turn-around time which was fine, but it took until the first week of August for the actual installation to begin. It was then several weeks for the construction to be completed. There was a hiccup that caused a delay that was not their fault; there was a wire that needed to be re-routed that required an electrician to complete it.The men who came to work on the house were knowledgeable and informative, though it seemed they werent quite always in sync with our rep/their project supervisor. For example, the patio door was installed upside down (it was reversible), but it was not indicated to the installer that it was supposed to be put in the other way. We then waited about two weeks for someone to come back out and flip it. This then delayed the completion of the siding we were also having replaced (by a different company). When the (other companys) siding installer came out, they put siding on up to the side of the door that still had to be flipped, causing Allrite to have to have their crew come and take that siding off before being able to flip the door. Part of this was because we also had another contractor doing the exterior work, but I dont know which company is at fault for that miscommunication.While we had some frustration along the way, we are overall very happy with the work done on our house and would recommend Allrite to others--assuming the communication was improved.

This summer we had a large picture window replaced. We are very unhappy with the quality of the window. It feels and looks very cheap. Immediately one of the cranks on the window did not work properly. We asked them to replace the window because of these issues, but they would not.
