Save your money!!!!! I have a 20 floor scrubber with only 14 hrs of use and I need to replace the batteries. Only 14 hr and the want to charge me $1300. What a scam!!!!

Whoever they have answering the phones is terrible at customer service I dont think I will ever call them again lady cut me off three separate times and was rude from the moment she answered the phone
