They are very helpful and probably get the item faster to you then anyone else. However, they are more expensive then others. I would also recommend calling and not relying on the website. Usually the website will say they dont have an item but sometimes they do

Came here looking for a simple halogen tripod work light, and once again not a single one in Stock. They of course, they can have it the next day, just like everything else you are looking for here. Nothing is ever in Stock. If you need it the same day, then go somewhere else!
