Fresh produce and organic products at reasonable prices. The store was modern, clean, and had a wide selection of items. The staff were friendly and quick to process checkout.

I’m not sure who greeted me with, “Hello, ma’am! Happy Thursday morning!” But this is the kind of energy I need more of in my life, so thank you for that! They also had my hair color in stock from Naturtint, which Whole Foods always seems to be out of. Great market!

Fresh Thyme has always been very well organized and clean. Right from the sanitization station at the entrance to the layout inside. Not only is it appealing but it is easy to navigate especially if you are a first time visitor. The human touch is worth a shout-out, the staff is hospitable and friendly and always greet you with a smile behind their masks 😊 you can tell. Products worth trying are there fresh thyme line of fresh juices and their dairy products. Fresh fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Please inform all your staff that they are doing a splendid job and that they make a huge difference to why people choose to come back to you. Thank you.

Huge fan of this place! Ive been there 3 times in the span of a week.The best way to describe this place would be if Whole Foods and Trader Joes had a baby. I get more of a Whole Foods vibe on the inside. But the prices are cheaper like a Trader Joes. Plus, I feel like Fresh Thyme has a larger selection of foods (specifically in their perishables section) than a Trader Joes.I love that I can shop on a Sunday or Monday and its not packed. However, I am thinking that is due to the fact they are still new.

I think Fresh Thyme is the best chain for produce and seafood. For quality and price. They also have great sales for other goods. I am not at the stage financially to shop here exclusively but produce and seafood, yes please.

Good produce, lots of options for food (plant based and normal). You can order some fresh hot sandwiches as well, super yummy, can take a little to make if your in a hurry, but still good

Great prices, quality and selection. Its got a ton of prepared food, cheese, dips and the like. Definitely leans on healthy and organic side of grocery stores and can be a bit pricey but they have awesome deals too so if you keep your eyes to their discounts Im sure youll get a great deal.

I am very impressed with the concept of this store. Got a little bit of a snub when I used my food stamp card when I asked if I needed to pay again. The feeling I was left with was that I wasnt really paying but using a food stamp card. But, I am not a hater didnt think about it again until just now. The main point is the disappointment with the packaged dried papayas from Deerfield Illinois. It seems that they added sugar it says low but the taste is quite high. And they added food coloring. Basically it tastes like very sweet candy. My thoughts are that we as a country have completely departed from the original health food store movement of like the 1980s and 1990s. Before Wholefoods bought out all of the small health food stores there were a multitude of them sprinkled across the country. We had them in Chicago. Evanston was a hub of naturalists and Birkenstock wearers. And the people that worked in those Health Food Stores believed in and practiced the lifestyle themselves. Even if they said nothing you could see they lived what they were working about. That is not so common these days. But to take the dried papayas away from the already natural innate qualities and enzymes that are already in them. We really are losing quality and nature as a culture. I ordered Organic Sage from Mountain Rose Herbs Bulk online...an imported batch from Italy. It appears that the essential oils and natural aromas of the entire pound of Organic Sage that I sacrificed to order had been boiled or steamed out and then sprayed with a synthetic sedative. Thanksgiving has a great deal to do with the fragrance and the natural calming properties of Sage in the home around the table and in the dressing or stuffing. So much is changing. We are ordering too much from overseas of our powders and herbs on Amazon. There is no quality control. Mountain Rose Herbs says that they do quality control checks with their in-house scientists of all the bulk herb batches that they bring in. But it is not true. I have ordered from them for years and have gotten a number of poor quality herbs in from smelling like human waste was used to fertilize the crops (or reclaimed waters) of Licorice Root and Burdock Root to boiled out Sage. In short the dried papaya with their medicinal enzymes are just Brachs gel candy slices or drops. My point is if I wanted a bag of Brachs gel candy slices or drops then I would have gotten those, but I was reaching for an all natural, healthy alternative to candy and cookies and pies and cakes. That being said the concept of Fresh Thyme and pretty much your store I really love.

Some sale items only available for a presale on the app. Prices higher in person.Frustrated because I take the bus and would have to make a whole other trip back after purchasing on the app- ridiculous.

I can always find the freshest organic foods at Fresh Thyme Markets. Their Deli Meat and Sea Food sections are excellent; and I just love their fresh produce and vegetables especially during this time of season.Their prices are an excellent buy when your family is looking to buy farm fresh produce, meats, and sea foods. Especially when your family is looking to be more healthier during these tremendous times that we are living in.I highly recommend that you should give them a try for yourself and see the healthy results for yourself.

Fresh Thyme is my favorite grocery store and I normally go to the milwaukee location but today one of their cashier’s treated me awful when I try to use an invalid coupon. This specific cashier failed to explain why I couldn’t use the coupon and treated me like I was stealing. Thankfully her manager came over and explain to me why I couldn’t use the coupon in very straight forward approach which I appreciate. Ended buying the item with the coupon but based on this interaction with the original cashier I think I’m going to start going to the greenfield location. (I did write to the specific location and I hope this cashier gets training/ reminder to just explain coupon usage and how to respectfully treat a customer).

Fresh Thyme tries to be a health food store, with a more limited selection at higher prices than its competitors. I recommend going to Whole Foods instead, to get the experience that Fresh Thyme is aiming for. Biggest plus of Fresh Thyme - the staff is really friendly!

Fresh Thyme has a great selection of things. I frequently come to the deli for fresh salmon.

Its ok. Been once but Ill stick to my regular grocery store. From the mailed ads I assumed things would be cheap but its more 2 out of 3 dollar signs if u know what I mean

Love this place. Pricey on some things but their sales make up for it. Clean and very nice staff.

This is the place I stumble in drunkenly and spend $45 on stuff I dont need, like quiche, bulk mixed nuts, and premade food, and organic ice cream, and whatever I can hold with my arms cause I was too drunk to get a basket or a cart.

While they dont always have name brands, what they do have is awesome. The store is well laid out, with lots of fresh and intriguing ingredients and meal options. Love the incense and yoga section!

My goodness, tonight was my first time visiting here and it was AMAZING!! I wanted tofu and Aldi didnt have any so my friend suggested this place and it did not disappoint! $40 later Aldi who? Lol. Fresh Thyme is a great place to get groceries! Their prices are very competitive, their produce is great, and their meats are very good quality. I also love their prepared foods - bacon ranch pasta salad and loaded baked potato salad are my favorites. And to top it all off, their carts have a handy wine bottle spot!

Great stuff at reasonable prices, but the parking is horrible. I was yelled at a guy who was sitting and waiting for a spot to open. I had no idea he was waiting, but since he was so agressive, I didnt even bother to explain why I didnt know he was waiting.

I like shopping at Fresh Thyme. It is always clean and not crowded. The are a variety of healthy selections and the produce is usually very fresh. They dont always have a large selection of poultry and meat so sometimes I do have to go to another store.

Nice grocery store that doesn’t feel like a warehouse. Produce and meat sections are excellent. Limited general grocery selection, but that is due to size of store. Quality of products is great, however, if not a little pricey. Staff is always been helpful and friendly. For a smaller store, they do have a lot of specialty areas, such as deli, hand made pizzas, soup and salad bar and coffee area.

Today was my first visit to Fresh Thyme, though I have always wanted to stop. I love this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Brandon, who works in produce, went above and beyond helping me with my items and showing me some of the special things they do. The natural peanut butter was yummy, and I love the honey, olive oil and vinegar station. Im hooked. Cant wait to come back.

Everything is great except some items that should be available arent always available i.e. chicken wings especially but also yellow watermelon. The advertise it one day and the day after its its not in stock, nor has it been. Despite all of that no one beats there quality

I got what I needed but it can be hard to find powdered milk, nowadays (Olny had powdered goat milk). Their brownies are good though.

My wife found some health products at a cheaper price than Amazon. Everyone was very helpful.

Staff are friendly and the store is clean and the bathrooms are always clean. Great selection on food and fresh fruits and veggies never molded or rotten.

Like a whole foods and a neighborhood market joined forces. Lots of selection and helpful staff.

Usually go to Fresh Thyme once weekly for work munchies. I like their fresh selection on nuts: cashews, praline pecans, toffee peanuts, sessame sticks, etc. Sometimes, and very irregularly, something really interesting & cool, such as lavender coconut toasted pecans, which I thought Id hate turned into something great! Unfortunately it was available only once. Ive gotten fresh Jackfruit there which was excellent, fresh spiced tuna sashimi (great!) And some other fresh fruit, veggies, & spices, and some frozen seafood on sale... Used to get coffee there as whole bean or ground, but I dont like blends or flavored types, and most of their coffee, although well priced, just isnt distinctive enough. (So back to Collectivo, Stone Creek or similar.) Ive also used Fresh Thyme as 1st choice before going to Petes, Pickn save/Metro-Mart, Whole Earth, Sendiks, Cermak, or Wal-Mart for what I need for special recipes (teas, spices, turky red heritage flour, barley malt for baking, etc., but none of them have what i need either!!). So bottom line, A for effort, B- for implementation. Indoor underground parking lot during inclement weather is a Great Plus!!

Lovely market. Not as expensive as a Whole Foods or Trader Joes while still able to provide competitive products. Its a clean, well kept establishment with friendly employees! Cant beat some of the produce and meat/fish deals on Wednesdays (their double deals day) and there is always some sort of sale or promotion going on. But my favorite thing is the convenience of parking! The underground (well-lit) structure has plenty of space and is very safe. Great location - they have a customer in me!

Since moving from Stevens Point, we had to find a whole new grocery store. It wasnt a hard find with this place. It is absolutely amazing and it has such a homey energy to it. The staff is always super friendly and helpful if you need them and they are never far away. They have great produce and meat which is just very important to me since I am all about quality food. You cant find everything that you need but you do find some really interesting products that you wouldnt find in just a regular grocery store. This is a great place to buy food when you are having super, important guests over or something like that. The price is very affordable and the quality is out of this world remarkable.

They have a great selection of fresh produce and meat at reasonable prices. I absolutely love getting spices here because they let you buy as much or as little of each spice as you need. You have to be careful buying anything else here as the prices can get a little crazy but if you stick to their own generic items the prices are usually really good for the quality of the products.

Great grocery store offering a lot of organic options and brands you might not find somewhere else. Everything is neatly organized and relatively easy to find.I like to come here during my lunch break some days and pick out some of the pre-made sandwiches and wraps - theyre quite delicious. They also have a decent salad bar as well if thats your kind of thing.Staff is also very friendly helpful from my experiences here. Overall one of the nicer markets in the area!

Fresh Thyme is always a great place to shop. They are very friendly, helpful and upbeat. The best day to shop is Wednesday, the sales paper from the week before is still current and the new sales papers is also in effect. So you have double sales every Wednesday. They back up their food and returns are not a problem. You can get rain checks at the register if they run out of a sale item. If you can not find something just ask one of their staff and they will help you find it or direct you to the person who can help. I used to have to take a min. 3 hour bus ride to Oak Creek to get the best deals for my daughter but not most of the time. I have been shopping at Fresh Thyme since the very day they opened last year.

We tried to go to Fresh Thyme today While there are no pine cones in the shop and couldn’t due to the lawn having just been treated withTru Green lawn pesticide. I again wonder how it can bill itself as a healthy store while it continues to poison my family. Does the lawn need to be weed free? I thought we celebrated diversity and wish it would be extended to plant life. Additionally, you sell organic produce that once you step outside, it becomes not organic. The building touts a green roof but once the water runs through the lawn pesticides, it negates any positive effect it had on our water quality. Please discontinue with the lawn treatment.The introduction of the scented pine cones at the entrance is disappointing.  My family is extremely allergic to scented products and try to live as green a life as possible.  Wed like the next generation to have a nice home.  We liked to shop at Fresh Thyme because they dont sell pesticides and tend to keep their cleaning products less toxic.  I find it extremely incongruous that a company who advertises healthy food, healthy values would stock the Raid of scented products, holiday pine cones, in their store.  I’ve tried to find a list of ingredients for this product but it is not listed on the package so I can’t speak for the actual toxicity of the product, only how they negatively affect my family.I spoke with the manager of the Pleasant Street location in Milwaukee last year who told me his hands were tied by corporate and he wouldnt remove them from the store.  Perhaps that is why they are now at the front door rather than inside the store.  However, this is like spraying pesticides on every customer who walks in the store as it relates to our allergies and is an unacceptable solution.  Unfortunately, since my customer request to remove these items from the store altogether has been disregarded, we will no longer shop at Fresh Thyme while the pine cones are present so that we may practice healthy living with true healthy values.Id appreciate your feedback and thank you for acknowledging my concerns.

Fresh Thyme has always been a nice grocery store, but lately I’ve been loving this location even more. It is extremely convenient if you live on the East Side (minus the tight parking lot). The quality of their produce has been consistently better than many grocery stores in the area, and the prices are comparable. The bakery items really stand out; the variety of fresh breads and pastries available is fantastic, and I LOVE the croissants!

Lovely local grocery store with lots of vegan options. Really excellent customer service too. I complained about a vegan product being mislabeled in the bakery, and a few days later I received a handwritten note in the mail apologizing for the issue and a $20 gift certificate! They really went above and beyond to resolve the problem and make me feel valued as a customer. Just an overall pleasant experience every time I shop there.

I love this store, but the crab legs were frozen instead of fresh as I prefer them.
