Went here looking for baklava and bought a few other things including coffee and pita bread i gabbed a cool one off the shelves and when i come back to pay my things the guy has freshly baked pitas waiting for me at the counter. awesome service they made me feel so welcomed thank you!! Great place to shop. Not a meat eater, but if I were, I would go here for fresh meat. I do get their fresh Feta and olives. Great stuff! Good selection of other items as well.The owner is really nice and helpful. One thing I have not seen at anywhere else is the fresh Dates at the end of the summer. Im hooked! Will have to do it every year.

This is the real thing. I just bought lamb shanks, and they were the best Ive ever had for FAR LESS MONEY than buying lamb at Pick N Save. Ask for Joseph, who will set you straight on how much to buy and how to prepare it to blow your guests away. This is a great store with a very friendly staff!

Their customer service is unbeatable. They are truely caring and loving towards every body!!! They always notice whenever I had my kids would carry groceries to my car and bag and cut the meat exactly how I like it! I never have to worry about the size bagging or if we ask for marinate they know exactly what each customer loves they will give you individual attention to each customer no matter if you Arab or non Arab.

Assalamualikum,I live in Illinois, I come to visit my Mom in WI. so, I make sure to plan my to bring meat from Attari because the price is not bad at all compare to Illinois meat places, for some reason they charge a lot (Goat 9.99lb and I can only buy a whole goat).I recommend this place for all the Muslims and non-Muslims.The service is great and I get good value out of my money and the quantity of meat seems just right.

Attari Supermarket used to be one of the best middle eastern grocery stores in town. The staff is friendly, but the quality of meat and products went down south. They charge more than what theyre advertising (false advertising is illegal). Matter of fact if you tell them that and even point to the pricing board behind the counter theyll try to give you excuses (like the meat youre getting is so fresh and if you want to pay less theyll sell you a less quality one!!!) Also the meat cooler is almost empty and you wont be able to know if they have whatre you looking for or not. The store is a mess and so small. It needs a lot of improvements and some cleaning too. Thankfully therere a bunch of middle eastern grocery stores in town that you can go to if youre looking for fresh meat, clean store and great customer service.

They carry the cadburys flake bar. I havent seen that candy since living in England. Im so happy with this store...

For those who have complained about high prices at this place, realize that this is not a Pick N Save or Jewel Osco. This is a FAMILY OWNED business that does not have the buying power of the larger stores.My wife and I have been customers of this store since 2003 ever since they opened their doors. We dont mind paying a slightly higher price for the service and quality that they provide. Besides, keep in mind that these family owned businesses are the backbone of our communities. If they are gone, we will be stuck shopping at the bigger stores and God only knows what we will be eating from their mass produced packages.

Excellent speciality shop has everything you need for Mideast kitchen plus including halal meat and chicken. ..Staff are friendly headed by very pleasing owner Abu Dawood and his sons. All prices are reasonable. Ample Street parking is normally available.

Great place for picking up pita bread and exotic candy bars. Also good place for labneh. They also have a few interesting kitchen utensils in front. The girlfriend picked up a mezzaluna for around 5 or 6 bucks.

These people are great people anyone who has any fear of American Arabs shop here they are mostly family members that work there and they make you feel like family as well they are beautiful people and will change your mind about the stereo typical view of American Arabs awesome selection of middle Eastern products I love these guys

FANTASTIC is all I have to say.

Their deli counter is legit, some serious halal butchers. The flatbreads and naan are very good, fresh and no preservatives. Good selection of Arabic coffees and teas. Items can be a bit pricy but are hard to find elsewhere.
