The employees are always so helpful! I had several ask me if I needed help with finding anything! This happens consistently when I shop here. Reminds me of old school days.

Staff was able to help and made it a quick trip. They were also able to tell me where to go for other projects if they didn’t provide the service. Great store because of the people who work there.

This store is my first choice for hardware. Why? Customer service. The staff is always extremely helpful and will show you the exact product you seek. If they dont know something or dont have something, they will indicate right away and offer alternative problem solving help.In the year since I first posted this review, Ive done a lot of projects and the staff continues to be extraordinarily helpful.

We have used this Ace Hardware for about the past year-and-a-half. Because it is small the selection is not always what you would get at other places. However, that does not stop us from going there and getting what we need. The staff is excellent as is the customer service. The prices are very reasonable and even if a little bit higher theres a price to pay for convenience and amazing service.

Its a small neighborhood hardware store. For their size they usually have what you need. All be it at a premium.

Im a first time homeowner and not very handy, and have made frequent trips here in the last couple of weeks. There is a good selection of items and employees are friendly, helpful, and transparent about what works best for particular projects. One employee even gave me a black & decker battery he owned but wasnt using for free, so I didnt have to buy a new one! Cant beat that!

Always have what I need

Searching for an Cobra mister, Ace showed they carry them. Nearest store said pick up in 6 days, this Ace said curbside pickup available today. Great theyre in stock! After driving to the store, the first clerk had to get a second clerk to tell me they dont have them, you should have called to confirm . I showed, on my phone, how it says they have one for pick up today. . If you had completed the order, it would have said not in stock.....what??? So I went to my car and completed the order. It went right through and I got a confirmation that Ill be notified when to pick up, later that day. An hour later, got the confirmation and headed back to store. After being asked what I was picking up, I showed her the confirmation email of the mister I had tried to buy earlier. She said something about being in the basement, in a shed blah blah blah. After getting the product and a sorry, this Boomer decided that I still needed to vent. When I was in here before, you dismissed me, told me that I needed to call ahead, but I did the correct research so I wouldnt have to go out twice,.. you should have looked harder, investigated more, you didnt do your due diligence

Extremely kind and helpful

This store is bigger then I expected, from the outside view it appears to be average but inside it seemed never ending. From the looks of it they pretty much have everything a person needs. So when I got in the store I wasnt greeted so I walked further in to find a friendly face to help me seeing how this is my first time here. There was a friendly man in the rear that greeted me and asked me what it needed. He found the 2 items I came for very quickly I thanked him and headed to the front. The cashier was not friendly at all she also had some work she was processing on the counter so all her attention was towards that. She asked if a was a reward member I said no and she didnt ask if wanted to be just told me the price I paid her she gave me my change and went back to doing what she was doing without uttering a word (no thank you, no have a nice day) . As I started to walk away I realized I didnt even have my 2 items! I asked her can i please have my items she said oh sorry, handed them to me and that was that. But the store is convenient so I most likely will be back and disregard the unfriendlyness of the cashier.

The people are knowledgeable you dont have to walk the miles to get to your item in the store quick check out price is a little higher however Convenience is everything

The guy making keys was very helpful we had purchased a spare key for our car months ago and never tried it in the door only the ignition and it worked ..well the other day i locked myself out of the car with it running and had my wife bring the spare to me..i was glad we had the spare..i thought. Only problem it wouldnt unlock the door and it was freezing out. Anyway we took the key in today and he fixed us up with no question and it took 4 tries to get it to work but he got it...appreciate his time

Its great to still have the small hardware stores where there are individuals that Know what they are talking about on most issues. Not just one department. Ive worked at a hardware store for 18 years. Glad to see theyre still around. And at Lisbon Ace Hardware one individual Jon. Pretty much runs the place he is an awesome person to deal with.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite stores to shop at. The customer service is excellent and everyone seems to go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Have yet to have a bad experience and no matter when I go, its always all good.

Looked online in need of a back up car key and it was shown to be available at this location for my car make, model, and year. I arrive and they are out of the materials needed and sent me to True value who also claimed to be able to help, but were also missing the requisite parts. Both said when I got there they could copy key but it wouldnt start my car. How does that help? Good thing all the employees were standing idly around at this location to at least give me direction to True value.

You should go to this ACE hardware - support this store. do you really want to have to navigate a football field maze at Home Depot or Lowes every time you need a few simple things for a project? No. No you dont. This ACE will satisfy 99 percent of your home improvement needs and the staff is super friendly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, FAST & FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, KNOWLEGBLE EMPLOYEES, MY VISIT WAS QUICK & EASY WAS IN & OUT, LESS THAN 10 MINUTES, WAS LOOKING FOR TWO ITEMS, ENDED UP FINDING A THIRD ITEM THAT I NEEDED & DIDNT KNOW IF THEY CARRIED IT, BUT THEY DID. THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE TOO. 👍👍

We are always impressed by the level of customer service at this store. The manager and all the staff we’ve dealt with have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is so wonderful to have such an amazing resource in our neighborhood. We bring our lawn mower and snowblower here for service and there is always great turnaround time on repairs and tuneups. ☺️👍🏻

I contact them via phone they did not have the item that I need it, however they ordered it and it came 2 or 3 days later, there was no extra fee for them to order the item. My experience was great.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called another ACE to ask if they had a vacuum belt, none of them understood my question. As a result, I called this ACE and they answered my question right away, plus the put the belt behind the counter for me.
