Ive never had anything but excellent customer service at this location. Every employee Ive worked with has been polite, professional and knowledgeable. The store is clean, inviting and they have a decent selection to cover all your health needs. I stop here at least once a week and always walk out happy. Not sure about the bad reviews Im reading but I am a little skeptical as Ive never encountered any issues.
DO NOT SHOP HERE- Ive only given a review like this once before!My husband s been a GNC customer at least 6 years. Most often hes pleased with the service provided, however his most recent experience was terrible. He purchased the BOGO Lean Shakes in strawberry and chocolate. He really didnt care for the strawberry, so he went back to the store to exchange the strawberry for chocolate. The associate said he had to pay an extra $20 to exchange the strawberry. He decided to ask for a refund instead. The associate gave him back $20.72. He then went home to look up his purchase and realized he paid $ 54.99 for the strawberry. He again went back to the store and talked to the manager. Manager said she realizes it was the incorrect amount, but she can’t actually do credits in store due to the bankruptcy. Manager called customer service with us and they also said they cant issue a credit or gift card. The customer service rep said he could only give us 300 GNC points. I asked the value of 300 points and my husband said $30 and the manager confirmed. 300 points is $10. Have an email into corporate and hoping they respond.

Change your store hours, or hire an employee who actually comes in when the store is suppose to be open.
Today visit the store had a funny funky smell. Tried to sign up for the GNC rewards would except either of my email addresses. So the young lady put in hers or some bogus emails addresse and it excepted it. So I miss out on my bonus coupon of 5 dollars. She was on the phone. My previous visits have been alot better.
Great customer service. I get the same person every time and they’re always helpful, patient and tells me about the latest deals. Also gives great supplement advice!

Never ever ever open. I’ve been to this store 3 times now and there is always note saying be back in 15 but they don’t come back. All of the lights are on, no one answers the phone. So frustrating.
