I dont understand how this people are still in business.They sell used stuff covered in new boxes and above all they wont guarantee if they work plus there is no return.They get all this donated and all they do is scam the costumers.I will absolutely never step a foot there again

Purchased an Aerobed for $90. Opened it for use and found a footlong tear down the center. Called the store to ask what they do in situations like this - the manager said no refunds or exchanges and that there was nothing she could do. It seems quite odd that they would sell a fully defective product for such a high price point and then claim no assistance. I asked who I can share my concern/feedback with - she said no one. I asked again stating I didnt just want to write a google review - she said google review is fine if thats easiest for you. Bizarre, poor customer service.

When they first open I could find some nice things. Just brought two paper shedders one looked used it wasnt in the box...it was. One was in the box it looked new it wasnt. Neither one worked, both only went in reverse. Omg why are they selling used items and dont work!? I could of went to a yard sell and and they stuff would of worked!

Found a great sink for our remodel project and scored a great price as well. The store was alittle junky and you really have to dig around a lot...the south location is much neater and organized however not near the merch. As the east location.Anxious to visit the main location soon as well...just wish they had better hours to accommodate the working folks.The staff could use some grooming in customer service...they will barely look at you or ask if you need assistance. No managers seemed to be on sight either.

They lock the doors at least 10 minutes before they close so get here before that if you dont want to waste your time

Purchased a Christmas tree that was working in the store with the correct plug a worker the cashier switch the plug out and gave it to her friend who had the exact same Christmas tree whose plug didnt work and when I got home I had a Christmas tree that the lights didnt work such a disappointing experience.I enjoy shopping for bargains so even though the customer service can be disappointing at Community Warehouse I continued to shop there I want to put on record it took me a moment to understand that it is a salvage store the merchandise that they have in there may either be damaged broken missing parts Etc and when you buy it you buy it as is they will not return they will not exchange they will not give you a credit slip to shop in the store if you buy something there it is like Gomer Pyle shopping Surprise Surprise Surprise Surprise if it works Surprise if it doesnt work and if it doesnt work youre stuck with damaged goods the most challenging part about that and Im not even sure if its legal they dont want you to open up boxes to check the merchandise they want your money they just want you to buy merchandise as is without you even having the opportunity to open boxes and examine material the merchandise. So if you purchase merchandise there make sure you can live with whatever the loss of the cost may be

Good prices but you have to be careful with what your buying. I unknowingly bought a fan from them that was rejected from the first store they got it from because it didn’t work. I have also gotten product with pieces missing. If the box isn’t opened usually you’re ok but I wouldn’t mess with opened products.

So I purchased some holiday decorations out of there and once I got them home the lights was burned out it was 19.99 which is pretty expensive coming out of that store and now they won’t return them or exchange them and I understand if they don’t want to give me my money back but at least let me get something that’s not broken very disappointed in our community you have to make stuff right when things are wrong if you buy something is broken at least let me exchange it for fair or value market is disappointing that you’re in the community to help us but the only turn around and hurt us
