Had 2 pick up my grannies some treat bags for h ollween party Friday

Low stock, unorganized and 1 cashier for 20 people checking out. On a positive this Dollar tree does often have some good beauty products that others dont.

I went to 3 different Dollar Trees looking for a dust pan with a stick handle, and no luck,I was shopping for my 84yrs old Uncle.

This isnt the Dollar Tree I normally frequent but it is a step up from the one near my home! Stocked and such a variety. Store was clean and staff was friendly. Anytime Im on this side of town Ill defiantly be shopping here. The only con is its an extremely busy store and lines can be long. But worth the wait to find everything I need in one place.

Dollar Tree is a good place to shop for certain items. Locations can be hit or miss. This location in particular is a big MISS. Broken glass in the aisles, boxes everywhere to the point youre not even sure where to stand to check out, shelves that havent been faced or organized in months... I could go on and on. Avoid this location. Clearly theres no management holding anyone accountable there.

Nice dollar tree the staff are all nice, but shelves are empty ..improve on stocking the shelves.. that’s my only problem with the store

A lot more organized than other Dollar Trees Ive been to, however almost every staff member was not wearing a mask properly and were not enforcing social distancing for customers. They were also not wiping down their carts and baskets which was unfortunate to see because I know this chain has plenty of resources and staff members available to wipe these carts down after they have been used. I will not be returning to this location.

Shelves were empty. Lines were long. My cashier didnt even speak to me. I plan on driving as far away as needed to find a better dollar tree. Ive always had better experiences in Brown Deer or Germantown.

Big improvement. Its under new management. Store is kept clean and neat. Checkouts move pretty fast. You see the employees actually working.

(almost) No dollar Reading glasses. No deodorant. Like others, they have no store stockers 😭

Shelves are always empty and always one line is open.

I have to say this place has really cleaned up its act. I have never seen this store this clean. I stopped going to this Dollar tree because it was filthy and the people that worked there had very bad attitudes. But now its like a whole new place. I will start going back there.

Its always a toss up. Sometimes $1.00 tree is full of products. In the afternoon its ransacked.

Was able to get in and out. The lines where not long. Very courteous employees

Lines are long and slow theres never enough check out isles open for the huge amount of daily customers that shop here.

The woman they have as manager is very unprofessional.. hung up the phone on me 3 times.. An had a attitude once I got to the store

Well they try to keep the store nice it can be overrun by heavy traffic and a lot of items that are either out of stock or misplaced

Its not in the nicest neighborhood so often the ambiance outside is less than ideal but shopping inside is okay.

The manager did not assistances the cashier with a customer. The manager made the customers wait for longer than 15 minutes with the line going to the back of the store. He also refused to open another line.

Everything costs $1. You cant really ask for much else.

Each time I go shelves are fully stocked. Check out can be a bit long, but they are short staffed- but they do acknowledge you waiting and provide good service when checking you out.. Best one in the city Ive been to. I care soley about customer service when I spend my hard earned money- and they have good service.

Absolutely great experience. You can go grocery shopping in there and not feel guilty about it. Yes it is bigger than what I know so i took my time. Loved it

I recently went to purchase a few things for a birthday party. Unfortunately the shelves were half empty and I could not find what I was looking for. On the other hand I purchased balloons and was able to come back with my receipt and fill them at a later date. I thought that was really convenient

Horrible customer service person on register throwing my items got into argunent with customer behind me. I asked for paper or something to wrap my glass items and he told me they didnt have anything lady behind me said its paper under his register and he then threw some of the paper at ne for me to do it myself. Another person came over who may have been the mgr but he just watched me wrap my items as well. Need a whole new crew if u ask me.

The store is definitely a lot cleaner then it use to be. The lines are still always really long, so expect to wait an extra 10 minutes at check out. They added a snack area with a cooler and looks so great 😍

The Dollar tree saves lives! Lol! Seriously, when youre low on cash, or just want to save a few dollars on something that would cost three times as much somewhere else, go to the Dollar Tree to get your items. Why spend $5 when you can spend $1? Its a no-brainer. They even have basic vitamins and health items.

Manager was so very nice and helpful, she helped me with my cart to my vehicle and unloading...too much to show

Horrible experience. Must be the worst Dollar Tree in the whole City of Milwaukee. Only 2 registers open, both Lines stretching all the way to the rear of the store. When another cashier is called to open up another register, she comes up with an attitude- and begins throwing the merchandise (that I just purchased) violently into the bags. On another note, there were no grocery carts or baskets throughout the whole store. As a result, All of the merchandise to be purchase- had to be carried to the register by hand. Honestly Im shocked that they are even in business. Lastly, the store was filthy from the Floor to the shelves. * Note to self: I will never patronize this establishment again,and Ill be sure to pass this information onto would be potential shoppers.

Love this place! They get in things that i havent seen at other stores. Its amazing all of the diys you can find on Utube with items purchased at the dollar store.

Its always busy during the holidays. But the cashier that checked my items was quick.

Selection is good but the check out lines back up.

Great place for teachers to get containers for starting another school year!! It got 4 stars because it was outrageously messy in the store, even though there were employees standing around who could have, and SHOULD have, been taking care of that.

A man range up my pop socket and I paid for it but then claimed that I hadnt paid for it and maid me pay for it again.

A bunch of disabled carts clogging up the entrance unable to be used (at least 10) and staff unwilling to fix the issue. There was also a long line of customers and only one line open with about 4 additional workers hanging around the front of store.

It went better than I expected for a pre-Christmas weekend. I do this thing every holiday season where I buy a lot of presents at a dollar store to act as fillers. Kids often like quantity over more expensive quality ones. This Dollar Tree didnt let me diwn

Dirty messy disorganized and so was the staff. I love dollar tree but this one has great products but the place was a mess.

Always so filthy inside, the shelves are a constant mess, and they have unfriendly cashiers. Such a shame.

This store has a variety of food and cleaning items at a fraction of the Supermarket price. You will also find Freezer food that cost $1.00 and Ive had quite a lot and was only disappointed with the Broccoli & Caloiflower winter mix came out soggy .
