Have been using their services for the last 10 years (including their earlier location). Consistently responsive, respectful, efficient. Decided to post this in appreciation for this UPS Store after visiting a different one which was terrible. Realized I had been taking this store for granted!

Hard NOT to like this store. Always clean, service is always fast and once youre a regular they even start getting your packages once you enter the store. Always fast, friendly and efficient.

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. You can’t miss the new location right on the corner of Jefferson and Ogden too!10/10 customer service10/10 location

Went into this UPS to get a notary public. Over the phone they were informative, but after arriving they were completely RUDE! She gave no eye contact. Even when asked questions she didn’t respond only nodded yes or no. Then as we were leaving the male worker walks up and says, “we are closing now so you guys have to go, thanks” and walks away. I explained we were leaving already but before I could finish he turned the vacuum cleaner on and cut me off mid sentence! As appalled as I appeared I gracefully walked out but I don’t wish to visit this location ever again.

Just visited the ups store for the very first time in their new space. Impressive! I recognized the same faces I have dealt with in the past. I had to bring in some boxes so I used the loading zone. This place is easy! Great service as usual.

Ive visited this location many times. The staff have always been helpful and accommodating. Im not sure why some people are leaving bad reviews.

We had to return a box to Nike and it was not taped or prepared to ship, other than in the box. We walked in, the staff greeted us politely, and took our open package and offered to tape it and prepare it. We were in there for maybe 30 seconds.Super awesome experience, kudos to that team!

Erran was incredibly helpful with his services going above and beyond but unfortunately UPS India is corrupt, so no international shipments to India via UPS but UPS US has won me by their dedication to serve their customers and gained a lifelong loyal customer. Thank you for everything erran!

Worst customer service ever stay away. Had questions about a package not delivered and Trevor the store manager disconnected my call because he said i was in the wrong department . (They dont do delivery service). He didnt offer a number to resolve my is in a one call nor transfer me rudest lack of customer service ever stay away.

This UPS store goes above and beyond to help their customers out. Erran helped coordinate a shipment to Scottsdale, AZ for me and was of great help every step of the way. I highly recommend this store!

The UPS store on 544 E. Ogden is absolutely awesome. The people that work there are friendly, professional and very well trained with shipping procedures. They answer all my questions with satisfaction and are very courteous.

Definitely need a whole lot better of training when it comes to fingerprints. Went twice & they still couldn’t manage to get the documentation right.

I have shipped paintings out of this store on a couple of occasions. Both times the packaging exceeded my expectations. They were professional and courteous, but more importantly my paintings got there in perfect condition.

I was going to visit this location to get a document notarized and after viewing a very rude response from the owner to a customer review I rather not! If you are this rude on a public forum I can only imagine how your customer service is in person. NO THANKS!!

They did a great job packing and sending my boxes when I moved.

I dropped off and paid for shipment of a legal document that had to be in Germany asap, then returned to work, where I found out from the customer that changes needed to be made. I called UPS and stopped the package from leaving. Then, with numerous urgent requests at work, I managed to get the document finished by 6:25. I looked up UPS hours and found they close at 6:30, so, while running out the door, I called at exactly 6:26 to request that they hold their doors open for me for a couple of minutes. A young man with an uh, ya, uh... hm sort of voice and attitude told me, we close at 6:30. I said I knew, and could he hold the door for me... I need to send a package and its urgent. ya. I dont know what to tell you. I have plans tonight.He had plans. He couldnt work 3 minutes over to get a package out for a customer that had already paid for the service. He had plans.The manager the next morning agreed to refund the cost. He didnt really have a choice. This isnt a compliment. I complained about the unprofessionalism of this stores apparent policy to close shop not one minute after 6:30, and the unprofessional got plans tonight commentary from a likely underpaid, bored, couldnt-care-less person who didnt have the politeness to tell me it was company policy and he had no choice. The managers response was to tell me it was unprofessional of me to call the employee a spoiled little [so-and-so]. Hes right. It was unprofessional. And I apologized to no avail. He insisted it was a two sided situation, as if I was to share the blame. Ill take full credit for choosing never to go to UPS again. FedEx got the work done just fine, and they stay open till late. I dont know when the customer is always right adage was lost, but UPS no longer has me as a customer.Update: They did not refund the cost. One week before this incident I had sent another urgent package to Germany through UPS. Since it didnt arrive by UPSs guaranteed date, they offered me a full refund. When I went in for the package above, instead of refunding me for parcel one, and charging me for parcel two, they refunded me the difference in price between parcel two and parcel one. --- Long story short: I was promised full refund of two shipments, and because of UPSs failed competence, am still out $60.58.

Despise doing any business with the company UPS. They are extremely inefficient! Cannot complete a scheduled pick up, and cannot ever deliver my shipments in a timely fashion, thus often claim unavailability due to security issues. This company should become obsolete. I have incurred late penalties from Chegg because my rentals are never scanned in a timely manner. Refuse to do any business with this branch or any other.

When I put in the review, the new address was not on the page anywhere that I saw. Maybe it is in the Google maps full desktop web page. But when Im on my phone I saw no new address. I hope you at least changed your address in Google before telling me where to find the new address.

Not open at 6pm. Hours say 7pm.
