Horrible service. Bottles are sometimes broken or chipped. Didnt have caps. Couldnt tell me when theyd get them. Wanted to charge me extra for shipping the caps. Sales woman was extremely rude and unhelpful

Excellent customer service. Krista in particular has been very helpful! My wife and I started Layman Brewing about a year ago and throughout the process WB has happily filled our orders and accommodated our crazy schedule.

Went to pick up an order placed earlier in the week for a pallet load of canning jars and was met by our sales associate, Krista. Annie of our Annies Country Pantry, had contacted her enroute with an inquiry about another jar size that we were having a problem sourcing. Krista presented us with a couple of options that W B Bottle Supply Co Inc had in stock in their huge warehouse. And, she assured us that substantial orders that were already placed, would mean a comfortable cushion should we need more jars in the future. This resulted in an additional order for jars and lids.Mike, the hard working warehouse associate, was gracious and patient enough to pull the additional order, allowing us to forgo a return trip.Krista and Mikes solutions approach to customer service, is the reason for the well deserved 5 star rating!

This not place for 53’ trailer just box truck but they unload fastIf u delivering make sure u get there early before the parking lot fills up so u have whole space to swing around then back in door 1

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great inventory of standard bottles of various types and sizes, glass and plastic. We were checking beer bottles of various sizes (7 to 64 oz). Prices a bit higher than on web. Actually, with no freight charges, overall costs lower at WB Bottle than most web suppliers for less than truckload.

I have been doing business with Gina at WB for many years. Always fast and accurate shipping with good product.

After doing business for over a year, I was sent trigger sprayers that did not match what I had ordered. When I said I wanted to return them, I was told I had to pay the return shipping which cost nearly as much as the sprayers themselves. At least my sales rep, Deanna, offered to waive the 20% restocking fee or give me a 5% discount if I kept them. LOL! What are they thinking? I won’t be doing business with WB Bottle any longer.
