Came into the building and said hello. Out of two representatives I got no response. Nobody offer any assistance on helping me pick a decision. I shopped at Sherwin Williams before and had superb customer service. This one was horrible because a white older man came into the door and was greeted and offered help immediately. Another person from the back came to the front to make sure he got service. I could not even get them to open my account to help me find a previous paint color I bought last year. I will drive to Machesney Park before I spend money with this store.

What bothers me about Sherwin is how easy someone may charge anothers account. I gave the name of the companys account that was purchasing the product three times and asked if they had the right account, which they ensured me that they had the right account. After the total I told them theyre under the wrong account and I had to provide them the account number so the other company wouldnt be charged. It just seems weird that i can go into any sherwin and charge whatever i want with just providing a companies name. Hmmm
