This is the best cheese pizza I have ever had.I normally don’t like cheese pizza because the cheese is usually too thin, and no flavor. But not this one.My order had 2 slices but I already devoured one before I remembered to take pictures. The cheese was so smooth, juicy and thick. I can taste all different types of cheese within it.The bad thing is I have to save the other slice for my husband. I am not sure how long that slice will survive

Where do I even begin? This place has some of the best pasta in Milwaukee. It’s fresh, it’s cooked to perfection, and always combined with the best and tastiest sauces. Then they have the AUDACITY to make amazing pizza too! My go to is always the pickle pizza. Sounds quirky but it’s amazing. I highly recommend it yall. And I love trying out their weekly specials. The carbonara was great as well! This place is truly the best restaurant at the collective and it’s clear to see why! Great food, awesome quality, and it keeps you coming back for more!

New to Bayview, so we thought we would stop by this made to order pasta bar everyone talks about and we were not disappointed! The staff was extremely welcoming and kind, it’s an interesting order process but they made it really easy. The pasta was incredible, truly the best noodles I’ve had anywhere in Wisconsin and the sauce was incredible too. A really fun spot to bring a date or a group of friends with outdoor seating near the most adorable part of Kinnickinnic.

Delicious pizza with a curiously pillowy crust. All the different (standard) pizzas looked amazing, but I opted for the pizza of the day, which was a parmesan cream base topped with basil, a mozzarella provolone blend (one of my favorite pizza cheese combos), and delicious, salty ribbons of prosciutto. Super rich and savory. Highly recommended for a quick slice.

The pizza here is really good, especially the pickle pizza! The pasta on the other hand… not good. I’ve tried the pasta twice and was disappointed both times. The pesto pasta was flavorless and super oily. It tasted and looked more like pasta with olive oil than pasta with pesto. The lobster pasta was flavorless and the lobster did not taste fresh at all.

Got delivery from here. The good: The pesto barrage was excellent. Really nice soft cheese paid with the bread well. My pizza slice was nice with good ingredients for toppings. Really nice if your in the mood for a more doughy slice. The bad: Came luke warm at best. I popped it in my oven for a few minutes to get it up to warm. I wouldnt complain to much but I live a 5-10 minute walk away, that pizza left near cold. Not cool! Id order again but gotta keep those slice hot!

This is probably one of the best places to get pasta in Milwaukee. After following them on Instagram for months and being teased with delicious looking pictures, I finally was able to place an order.I went to pick up my order last Friday around 6:30 and they were absolutely swamped. The speed and efficiency the two guys behind the small counter worked with was super impressive and on top of that they remained friendly & conposed. The burrata was super creamy and fluffy on a stack of sliced tomatoes, pesto & balsamic vinegar. The pistachios on top were a nice touch and provided great texture.I got the bucatini with regular tomato sauce. The sauce itself is bright and not overly seasoned, it really lets the pasta shine as opposed to being drenched in a heavy sauce. The parmesan on top provided a nice salty spin to go with the freshness of the sauce. My wife got the carbonara which was also phenomenal. There was a great balance of bacon to sauce, not too rich but each bite was perfect in flavor and texture.I was concerned about the portion size but I can definitely say each order contains two servings with a little bit leftover for tomorrow morning. I definitely will be back to try more dishes and hopefully Crossroads gets sandwiches soon like I see the Bay View menu have!

I am so sad. I was excited to try the pasta here but I was disappointed with what I received. I asked for the pasta as dine in but I still got a to go container. The pasta itself was good (I got the carbonara) but for the $14 price tag it wasn’t worth it. The portion size was so small :( it was really more like a snack. It wasn’t the hottest, I got it room temperature. overall I just felt like I needed and wanted more.

Terribly disappointed in the carbonara. could tell and see that the sauce did not have the correctly ratio of egg yolks and honestly tastes like someone who has never had carbonara before decided to make it based on visuals alone.though because it did have way more egg in the sauce than it should a short reheat does turn it into an omelet. so if your looking to make weird leftovers this place might be for you.

Hells kitchen brought me here. I ordered chicken Parmesian pasta as a flavor of the day and it was just average. The noodles were good but the chicken was soggy and not crispy at all. I also ordered a slice of the 4 cheese Pizza. I was very disappointed in the pizza flavor. Little Caesar has a 5$ hot and ready cheese pizza that is more flavorful and about 1/4 the price. Overall I was very disappointed Chef Ramsey would tell you the pizza sucked and give you 1 star.

As a Hell’s Kitchen lover, I was so excited to visit Egg & Flour and support local. However, I was greatly disappointed. My party ordered the specialty pastas Angel hair & rigatoni, and the bread and burrata. It was all bland to say the least. I was expecting finesse and flavor, to be wowed. But, spending $55 was painful for pasta that is flavorless.

My first trip to Crossroads Collective with E&F Pasta on my radar. The pasta of the day was giant ricotta gnudi served with cacio de pepe sauce and grilled chicken (for a steal $) I had to have it. I took a bite as soon as I got to my car so I could try it fresh. At the moment the pillowy, creamy gnudi hit my tongue I was entering nirvana. Was craving pasta on July 29(still during covid). And this place looked like it would tick all boxes!!! Showed up and they had great practices to limit the spread. We ordered the special of the week pasta and the bucatini with chicken breast. Pasta came out in togo containers (understood to prevent spread lower costs) but the pasta was nothing like the pictures on the ordering menu or the pics in the reviews. The chicken was also pretty dry. The plastic cutlery they gave you to eat with was extremely soft and would not hold form while cutting chicken or trying to lift pasta off of the plate. I will give this place another shot when the pandemic is over but during the pandemic keep moving to find another place. To many sacrifices hurt the hyped up experience you think you are about to get.

For my first time visiting Crossroads Collective, I decided to eat at Egg & Flour Pasta Bar. I had heard a lot of great things about Egg & Flour prior to visiting. I had a solid lunch there, but I will say I was a little disappointed and underwhelmed (maybe it was just overhyped). The experience was good enough, but it was just that and nothing beyond. The menu is somewhat small, and they do not have daily special options available on weekends (we visited on a Saturday). I chose the Creste Di Gallo, which is basil walnut pesto. The food was good, but the pasta was a little al dente for my taste.I will say, it was somewhat off-putting to watch my food being made…with only one glove on. The person working was just reaching into the basil and other ingredients, and throwing it in the bowl with the pasta, and wiping their bare hand off on their apron/pants. It definitely made me a little uncomfortable and concerned…I don’t thing wearing food safety gloves should be too much to ask, especially when the food preparation area is open and customers are watching you make things. The pasta was good, but it was just a large bowl of a little too hard pasta noodles with good pesto. It would have been nice to be able to order half the portion of pasta and a small salad for the same price ($10 plus tip, which was reasonable for the amount of food).I would return to Egg & Flour…but I would hope a different person would be preparing the food, or they would be wearing gloves. If I had seen that on an order ahead of placing mine, I would have chosen a different vendor. The food was good, but nothing especially exciting.
