This company is excellent! Great communication. Great product. Great integrity! They are worth more than their requirements. I will use them again.

These guys were great they came replace my windows vacuum the glass out of my car and was real polite Im sorry I didnt get to see it before they left otherwise I would have gave them a good tip

The guy was pretty nice overall but he left a lot of glass inside the door so whenever I open my trunk I hear all of the broken glass moving around inside and left a bunch of the broken glass from my trunk on the ground in my driveway. For almost $500 I feel like there could have been a better job. Now I have to take my car to the dealership to have the door taken apart and cleaned out. Not to mention there was still tape on the top part of the window that I had to struggle to peel off and whatever gasket is under the window for my rear windshield wiper wasn’t really put back right so some of it is slightly stretched out from under the window and is visible from up close.

The install was good but they unpluged my washer fluid line and never hooked it back up.When i needed the washers they didnt work.The need to complete the job .If you have them work on youre car check the work before you pay them.

This company is very unprofessional and a waste of your time.I contacted this company on April 15 th. 2018 When one of there representatives left me a voicemail about the claim I filed with my insurance company to replace the windshield on my 2017 F 350 PlatinumI spoke to them and was informed that they didn’t have the windshield in stock and that it would take two weeks to get one .I said ok no problem just let me know when it comes in and I verified my phone number with them.On May 14 th 2018. I called to get a progress report since I haven’t been contacted. I was informed that the window was never processed and they would have to order a window .At this point I am done dealing with them I contacted my insurance company and told them about my experience with this company and asked to be switched to Safelight Autoglass and now I will be getting my truck done on Wednesday next week .Horrible customer service, VERY unreliable, a total waste of time and energy .
